We saw Cher yesterday for myself and my daughter. She is phenomenal!!!! It's so hard to find someone who truly knows what they are doing, listens to you, and turns out a fantastic cut. I'd leave less than one star I had an appointment with Meredith Crossley on Saturday the 27th and sent Insp photos prior to my appointment of what I was wanting. I arrived and she discussed what she was going to do. I of course was like I'm cause I'm not a hairstylist and trusted that she had the experience to be able to get me to my desired look. She started out by chopping about 8 inches of my hair and I then knew it was too short. She then started on color. I admit I was worried but thought she knew what she was doing and trusted the process. Well I trusted it too much. I left with hair that looked nothing like what I wanted. I later contacted her after I got home I didn't know any to cause a scene in the salon. I then told her I was unhappy and asked her to fix or tell me how I can fix at home. She told me she would charge me for product to fix it. Then she agreed to have me come in. I went in today the 30th for a fix and she admitted yo not even looking at the color inspo i sent in our original conversation. Well let's just say my hair is even shorter the color is horrible it looks like I clipped In extension pieces and it's just very poorly done. I asked her for a refund after I cried my eyes out in my way home and she won't refund for the mess she has created in my head. STAY AWAY FROM HER read more

Hi this is Meredith from the Look salon! I wanted to address the bad review I received from Mariel a few months ago. I want to say first off that a lot of her statement is incorrect. She asked for an a line bob with blonde balayage. At the time of the actual consultation and appt she used this photo that showed darker hair with the highlights/balayage. I informed her that her base color is lighter so we can do the same technique just with her base color and not darken it for better grow out. She was happy with the end results leaving. Later messaged that is was horrible and so I offered her to come in and add some more highlights on top and she wanted the a line SHORTER. so we did that. I added some pops of highlights to her top and brought up the back of the a line. I DID NOT charge her for the fix and she left happy again. Only to message me and send me pics of her just out of the shower with it not even styled saying it's horrible. I apologized she felt that way but at this point I have done everything I can to do what she wants and have lost time and money in fixing the situation. I understand some people think they want something and end up regretting it, but bashing me and misinforming and telling me she will ruin me on socials is not okay. I appreciate any and all business. I hope potential clients will go to my social websites and look for themselves at the work I do and my reviews on my website itself. Unfriendly staff , 7/15/2023. Casual Saturday farmers day market Saturday ! I'm happened to come across this salon without looking online first ! If it was appointment only I just happened to pass by figured I'd walk in and if booked possibly schedule an appointment! really unhappy with her service. first off, I had asked for electric blue hair color, however, my hair is more of a dark blue/purple. second, my hair has been bleeding color for the past two weeks despite washing with cold water and has even stained my skin. my sister's wedding is next week and I have done almost EVERYTHING to get rid of this blue hue on my skin, but it just won't come off. I DO NOT recommend this stylist for vivid hair color. read more
