I had never been to a Lego store before. I somehow feel as if I had been cheated out of something until now. This is a decent enough store located on the lower level of the mall. The staff was nice and polite. The selection (I didn't know there were that many kinds of Lego sets!) . We were there the day after May the Fourth (be with you) and they had people dressed up from the Star Wars movies with light sabers to entertain people. Pretty cool. i would recommend this joint to friends and family.

This isn't just a place for kids. Though there are many benefits for kids here like free monthly build kits. (Kinda jealous... Hey, I could pass for under 12, maybe? Ha.) Prices here are pretty much the same as prices for LEGO sets are standardized everywhere. The benefits to shopping here are getting points for the VIP program and other special gift incentives offered for larger purchases (usually of over $99). Items that are hard to find are clearly labeled with orange around the shelf tags and exclusive items are labeled with similar blue tags. There are builds of most items in displays next to the boxes which helps give a real sense of what is inside. The LEGO wall in back is quite impressive for a custom grab of miscellaneous colors and shapes. It is organized very nicely and extremely aesthetically pleasing. Don't except to find very specific replacements here, they have those online. My only real complaint was that when building the mini figures there are many pieces that are only available towards the bottoms of the bins... But when you put your hand down there to reach those rarer pieces you grab a lot hairs and sand like pieces of dirt. I consider myself usually pretty hard to gross out but once it got under my nails I was pretty turned off from touching the rest. I have been here many times over the years and staff and service is pretty average. Nothing bad but nothing particularly memorable or special. Pretty much what to expect, so nothing bad about that. Overall the selection and good deals make this place a trip worth driving across town for instead of buying else where.

They always have a fun time here!

It's a fun thing to do before visiting the museum at Prairie fire around the corner. The selection of toys is really great honestly especially for being a "smaller" store. They have great quality toys, all natural materials, and well renowned brands, such as Melissa and David. The set up is really inviting and everything is very well organized and easy to find what you're looking for. The prices are what you would expect for high-quality toys made to last. If I were to have a complaint, it would just be that the majority of the staff there very much gives that "Johnson County" uptight Service. don't get me wrong, a couple of the employees were very pleasant and didn't seem put off by the presence of children. The majority of the employees though very much appeared to be auditioning for a Disney villain role minus the wardrobe.

They have almost all the toys out on tables so you can play before buy! They have great door deals every Saturday the month of December. The staff are always so friendly and you are greeted once you open the door! One of my favorite parts is they have FREE gift wrap!!! Nothing is too small or too big!! If you have kids and just need a place to "play" this little Toy Store is absolutely awesome!! i can't wait for my little guy to visit. We will definitely be going in for a little adventure!!

Customer service was fine; However, I will never sell/conduct business with Wild Child again due to the simple fact that I was unable to see or receive an itemized copy of the items I sold and the prices they were sold for/accepted for. I was told that they do not keep it in their system and they have no one way of going back. I have never worked with a consignment that did not keep records of their items/inventory sold to them regardless of the timeframe in which accepted or not accepted, which is quite baffling to me truly and to add the cherry on top, I received a total of $37 ($47 store credit) for the 22 items I sold and two of those items accepted were both from GAP, brand new, and never worn priced at $24.95 and $16.95 was quite baffling as well. The items I decided to sell today were brands like Nike and GAP that were unable to be accepted through the consignment shop which I typically do business with unfortunately, but I honestly wish I never conducted business with Wild Child nor accepted the offer as it was not a fair deal and should have just asked for the items to be returned and could have donated the items in the first place as I was going to, but you live and you learn and I definitely learned today lol. I personally wouldn't recommend this place of business when it comes to selling your items but all in all, I hope there is a family out there that will enjoy the items.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find some things I was looking for like Hot Wheels even after a couple runs back and forth through the store. Maybe this is because it was so busy and I missed things - or because they were out. And the store runs on the pretty expensive side. I love supporting local and spending more is worth it to me. Maybe I'm just not familiar enough with toy prices, but it seemed well on the higher end to me - spent more money here than I have probably anywhere else locally this holiday season simply because of the high price points.

I came back this morning with her to buy more of the similar toys and also, I address the issues to your store Manager. He pointed to the policy I indicated I understand but that's sucks for a child that just paid for it out her own money and we did not even play with it. He got defensive and told me he can't do anything in a rude manor and giving details of about why the policy is there insinuating we broke it and things of that nature. We had st this pointI tried to explain but he got louder in front of my daughter, we told him we where done and I tire quickly de escalate indicated he was out of control and should not be in that manner and he really got mad and told me he does not need our business that's of course as cashier who clearly was embarrassed was checking our 10 year old out with the additional toys she wanted to purchase. We have never been treaded in that manner and if it wasn't for our daughter I will have gone straight to customer service and report it.
