No, I didn't need 10 new pairs of shoes, but c'mon. I was able to get a lot of grocery items on really good clearance. They didn't have a great selection, but good enough to get me through the weekend. They had a lot of stuff marked down to 25¢. I ended up spending $50 when I went in to buy about $3 worth of stuff. WHICH IS WHY I DON'T COME HERE!!! The guy that checked my stuff out was quiet but really nice. I had signed up for a Big Lots card a long time ago, but didn't have it. He really wanted me to get credit for the big purchase I made that day so volunteered to take the time to fix my old account so I'd get those "points" even when I told him he didn't really have to go to the effort if he was too busy. He wasn't that busy, so was perfecty happy to do it. I'll definitely go back, although I'll have to be careful not to buy too much.

I tried to cancel my order through Target since it was the same day, but because it was a Target Plus item meaning through a 3rd party vendor I can't cancel the order because it's already been processed. Great customer service Zola/Target...wrong!!! Instead, I had to make calls to Zola who then referred me to Target, who then referred me to Target Plus just to tell me what I already knew. Which is ridiculous since I ordered the gift item on Sat afternoon and tried to cancel it that night! The ordered had been processed, but definitely NOT shipped because the estimated arrival date was over a week away!!! I should have easily been able to cancel that order because Zola/Target registry doesn't communicate with its retailers and is beyond worthless in helping resolve the issues they create! So, now I have wait until Mon when I hopefully get the tracking info and I have to call whoever the shippping company and refuse the shipment per the Target Plus customer service agent's instructions and then I should get a credit back. I remember pre-covid I used to go here to hunt for a steal on clothes and usually left with some goodies. On my recent visits I've left often without anything in tow, as I think there are often better deals online. I will say, however, that on our most recent visit my husband was in need of a new suit for work and knowing how expensive suits can be, and that he only needs to wear one a few times a year, it was great to find a good price on one here for him. Additionally they were able to alter it in house, which made for one less stop. Overall I'll continue to shop here, but I doubt I'll ever be as frequent of a shopper as I was pre 2020.

Go in one door when you arrive, get ready to leave, walk all the way across the store and that door is now closed. Locked up tight. No signs, no one there to tell you. So we had to walk all the way back across the store to get out the other door then once we got out that door, we had to walk all the way across the parking lot to get to our car that is parked at the locked door. This is simply a messed up place. I'd say lack of training, from the top down. Will not be back. As we were loading up our merchandise we saw at least 7 people go to the locked door to enter. Obviously, the doors are locked with NO signage denoting that the other door must be used, everyone we saw got back in their car and left.
