The top floor had more toys, such as a wall of Playmobile, some German toys, and some more neat models, including models of Leonardi da Vinci's inventions that you can put together and actually make work. There are also some toddler and preschool level toys, like pretend food and Melissa & Doug puzzles and toys that teach skills like tying shoes. The bottom level is a model train lovers dream. We love looking at model trains but absolutely aren't into making them, but it was really cool to look around and see what a model train enthusiastic world is like. Customer service is great. I think we spoke with the owners, or at least some of the main employees, and they were super nice, showing our shy children some of the toys and letting my kids try them out.
