I have submitted a delete review request, and do not know why the review is still active. However, it's incredibly unprofessional to share details on who has and has not toured the facility. From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

This is by far the best school, I used to love the school my kids used to go (I still really…read moreappreciate the teachers) but the Goddard school is just amazing. Everybody is super friendly, my son is turning 5 and in less than a year with them he can already say some stuff in French and Spanish, he does have homework sometimes which I found fantastic because he can see over again with us on the weekend what he learned and he gets so excited. The people at the front office are so nice and really good understanding needs. Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. I'd love to be able to control my payments, and see documentation, etc. Overall great experience for the kids. 10 stars

They wanted us to continue paying full price despite them being closed. I understood. About 2 years later once I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, I called to see if they had availability, they did, then once they got more of my information, they never called me back. I tried three times to get an update and was ignored. I believe they were annoyed I pulled my son in 2020. Either way, unprofessional and petty.

My experience with this daycare was one of the most unprofessional encounters I've ever had as a…read moreparent. On Thursday, I called to ask about availability and a tour. I was told directly that they had openings and was scheduled for a tour the next morning. On Friday, I toured the facility, and told them I was ready to enroll immediately so my son could begin on Monday, just as I had mentioned in my initial call. Rebecca suddenly claimed she wasn't sure there was space as 2 children had enrolled on Thursday, even though she had told me there was. I had just saw his classroom and counted about nine children, clearly not a full class, when the student to teacher ratio is 1:11 and there are 2 teachers. From there, the situation became even more concerning. Rebecca went into the office, whispered with Chris, the owner, and returned stating : there were actually no spots available and my son was second on a waiting list. After voicing my concern about being told there was availability, Chris came and spoke with me promising to call me back about the availability, but that call never came. Instead, I received a generic email confirming my son had been placed on the waiting list. This experience was not just disappointing as a single mom -- it was deeply troubling as this is a faith based school. The whispering in the office, the sudden contradictions, and the lack of follow-through made it clear that honesty and transparency are not priorities at this school. I would strongly caution other parents to look elsewhere. If this is how they handle new families at the door, I shudder to think how issues are handled once a child is enrolled.

I had high hopes for Green Space, I'm a public teacher and have a degree in early education. I was…read morethrilled to find a place I thought aligned to my beliefs for child development, but it ultimately fell short. The director, Amanda, is unresponsive and dismissive, which sets the tone for the entire operation. Communication is inconsistent, and the operation is disorganized. The handbook lacks clarity. Policies contradict each other, and important information is often passed by "word of mouth." I liked most of the teachers; they genuinely cared and kept my son safe. However, the constant turnover made it difficult to establish a stable environment. My son had three different lead teachers in just five months. Safety concerns and inconsistencies. It was revealed to me, quietly of course, that there had been no fire drills during my son's time there. The hours changed from 7:30-6 to 9-4 unless paying extra. I also think there were time that the ratio wasn't correct. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members, the leadership and organization issues make Green Space a place to avoid. I wasted time, money, and peace of mind. If you value stability and clear communication, look elsewhere. The Texas licensing page says that they provide snacks and the handbook says that they provide snacks. Apparently that's only the toddler class and older. And my final complaint, I sent an email to the owner at the end of October, three months after my child had started there, expressing all of my concerns and feedback. She never responded. Now that I have experienced a different daycare, one right across the street, I see how much Green Space was lacking.
