My almost 4 year old came here last December in the middle of the school year, a week before christmas and he was having severe behavioral issues, and acting out major after attending a different daycare and getting bitten and hurt constantly. He turned angry and I was struggling to deal as I also had a 9 month old at the time and was pregnant. They both bawled their eyes out every single day when I went to drop them off and left sick to my tummy and so heartbroken so many days, sometimes even having to force them out of the car... In addition I had extreme sickness and had a very high risk pregnancy. As soon as my sons started at Premier Prep, they single handily worked with my older son to create a positive, happy boy, who now has self esteem. Many times he has stopped me and reminded me to pray, coincidentally it happens when I most need it. My son is caring, and has gone from hitting to hugging and learning to love his younger brother.. with the arrival of our 3rd son came ever more chaos. He was born 2 months early and almost didn't make it more than once. I also work from home as a lender, and I am tough to deal with. I'm extremely direct, can be very demanding and have a tendency to speak at people. I'm confrontational and don't always start questions out nicely.... And they have handled me with kindness, respect, love and sincere care. Never treating me differently for being a helicopter mom. But here's the deal, I don't have to be anymore.. this place is so safe, and I trust them 10000% with my 3 kids. I used to check the camera at my sons daycare 10 times a day, and call constantly. Never able to focus and get work done, just worrying all day. I can truly say, that has never been the deal here. I never worry. I can't even say what that's worth when you have small kids. Now.. I don't call, I don't check in.. my almost 4 year old was completely potty trained by them at 3 almost over night, he is respectful, loving and happy, and blows me away constantly with how smart he is and how much he knows. They taught my 1.5 year old how to walk, and have completely helped to develop his fine motor control.. he is happy, loving and learning so much as well too, and last my 6 month old... he smiles as big as possible every day and is developing daily. My kid's don't cry when I drop them off..they run in, so happy and can't wait to tell me about their day. You've helped me raise my children and I'll be forever in debt over all that you've taught them educationally and socially.. My sons are learning good character and that is priceless. The director, Amanda, is unresponsive and dismissive, which sets the tone for the entire operation. Communication is inconsistent, and the operation is disorganized. The handbook lacks clarity. Policies contradict each other, and important information is often passed by "word of mouth." I liked most of the teachers; they genuinely cared and kept my son safe. However, the constant turnover made it difficult to establish a stable environment. My son had three different lead teachers in just five months. Safety concerns and inconsistencies. It was revealed to me, quietly of course, that there had been no fire drills during my son's time there. The hours changed from 7:30-6 to 9-4 unless paying extra. I also think there were time that the ratio wasn't correct. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members, the leadership and organization issues make Green Space a place to avoid. I wasted time, money, and peace of mind. If you value stability and clear communication, look elsewhere. The Texas licensing page says that they provide snacks and the handbook says that they provide snacks. Apparently that's only the toddler class and older. And my final complaint, I sent an email to the owner at the end of October, three months after my child had started there, expressing all of my concerns and feedback. She never responded. Now that I have experienced a different daycare, one right across the street, I see how much Green Space was lacking.

They then called my mom her emergency contact she didn't answer and they left her a message saying that my daughter "Smashed" her hand and if she could get in contact with me and let me know. The co-director then called me again 3 mins later this time I answered while at work and she simply told me my daughter smashed her hand... In my mind I'm thinking she closed a door on her hand but nothing too bad. I told the co director ok let me see if I can leave work early and she said ok and we hung up. By then my mom heard her voicemail & called me and I told her they told me she smashed her hand they didn't give me any details as I didn't asked either because I'm at work & im still believing she just smashed her hand in the door. My mom called the daycare back & she asked what happened they explained to her that another child knocked over a wooden book shelf & it smashed My daughters hand. & my mom asked well is it bleeding how bad is it. They said yes it's bleeding my mom told them to call 911 or have her transported to an emergency facility the Director told her well her mom said she was on her way #1 I didn't say that I told her let me see if I can leave work early my mom told her NO her mom is still at work and she needs to be transported to an emergency facility but she basically denied that action stating that she didn't feel that 911 needed to be called & also stated her mom doesn't seem to think that it is an emergency since she is still at work! "First of all the co director didn't even tell me what exactly happened didn't explain to me that my daughter was bleeding or anything" secondly I had to take proper actions before I could just leave work! I'm trying rush out of work after I asked my manager if I could leave early because of the situation smashed hands may not be A lot but any little thing makes me nervous and anxiety starts to kick in so I was going to leave work anyways I DO NOT like to hear babies getting hurt in any type of way especially my own... I rushed out of work leaving my purse in my locked desk so I had NO INSURANCE CARD, NO DRIVERS LICENSE no nothing and didn't realize it until I got her to the E.R. So I did take it serious but still didn't know the severity of it......My mom is the next to call the shots if I wasn't available you should have called 911 but refused because you Didn't think she needed medical attention? You don't have a license to practice nursing or a medical degree to call that type of situation especially after you were asked to do so from someone who is able to make those decisions on her behalf. I get too the daycare & the director tells me your mom is really upset but I didn't think 911 needed to be called but I want you too know it is bad and she needs to go to the emergency room so I'm like what happened & she tells me that another child mind you my daughters age group is 18-24 months knocked over a wooden shelf onto her hand and I'm like how is that possible "it's no carpet it's just tile so the shelf was leveled not even a 2 year old could knock over this heavy shelf "the oldest age in her classroom" I just don't see it" so she gives me a copy of the incident report I sign it and I'm just trying to get to my daughter at this point I'm pissed my daughter is isolated in a room with a teacher who is holding her hand up wrapped in a hard paper towel no cloth or anything full of blood & she's just crying loudly you could hear the pain in her cry she cried out mommy as she reached for me with her other hand I rushed to her & I seen her hand & was furious at that point I rushed her out the door leaving her coat & shoes behind in which the teacher brung out to my car "the teacher just kept saying I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry" very apologetic unlike the directors. I had to rush my daughter to an emergency room in 4:00 pm traffic in Arlington tx by myself trying to pay attention to her and the road as she is bleeding badly. 45 minutes had already passed by the time I had to rush out of work and rush her to the emergency room when all the daycare had to do was transport her right? All that pain with no Pain medication or anything she had to suffer and then not to mention the short wait at the emergency room until they gave her some pain medicine. When the Doctor seen her he automatically knew she had broken fingers but the Director of the daycare didn't think it was serious enough to call 911 She had two crushed bones in her finger tips and she had to be sedated to get stitches in both of her fingers 6 in her pinky finger alone and lost her nail at the age of 1.... **Update she has to have surgery on Monday to fix the bones in her hand

Friendly staff who are very professional. My daughter has just started attending here a few weeks ago and so far she's enjoying it. Probably one of the only few preschool I've found that aren't afraid to disclose the tuition fees upfront online and are a very organized church preschool who have their curriculum together. They are involved in other outside organization such as additional sports activities and also has scholastic book clubs that I take advantage of. They serve her breakfast lunch pm snack and dinner and they all play outside and I can't forget all the friendships she has made! My daughter can't wait to go to school. And when I asked on multiple occasions to have meetings set up to discuss any of these "issues" I would get completely ignored and blown off by the teachers, director and especially the owners. Anytime I went up there to pick up my child, no matter what time of day, all they were doing was eating, sleeping or playing. Very rarely had any educational papers to bring home of things that my child had done and learned that day or even that week. When asked to see what their curriculum was, that they are legally suppose to always have handy and to allow any parent to see them, there was always one excuse or another for why they couldn't show me. They will go on and on about how great their curriculum is and have it posted everywhere, yet the children don't learn or do anything educational. I have now put my child in a phenomenal daycare where he actually learns and they can't see how this daycare could've said anything that they did. My child loves to learn and has energy he wants to wear off. This daycare just wants to get paid to babysit all day everyday. Doesn't want to help the children learn or act like the young energy filled children that they are. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND NO CHILD WILL EVER GET PREPARED FOR SCHOOL IF THEY GO HERE!!!!!!
