I can't say enough good things about Kiddie Academy. I posted this review on their Google page last year, and all of it still applies and so much more. They have been so amazing through all of the Covid concerns, and worked with us as parents when times were so uncertain. Here is my review from last year: I toured so many daycares before choosing one for my then 18 month old. For some reason this one did not show up on my search and we ended up at Goddard. We spent 6 months there and it was a really rough 6 months... we decided to try a different place because too many incidents continued to happen. We were referred here by a friend, and signed up at our tour. I cannot say enough good things about this center. The rooms are huge. You have the option to see your baby on camera throughout the day. The teachers are so calm and sweet. They go above and beyond the state teacher to child ratio requirement. The front door is very secure. They provide meals, cots and sheets that they wash daily, and sippy cups for you baby. They have an indoor play area for bad weather and a splash pad. Our daughter had a little accident and they were quick to call my husband and I to let us know, and we were able to watch the accident played back to us since there are cameras. Just a tiny fall. There's a million other great things about this center, but these are just the ones that our previous daycare didn't offer. We were also paying more at our previous daycare. We feel so secure here!! Everything we wanted and so much more.

The same night at 10:30pm, they knocked on our door. They came in and went into every room, searching through things, and took pictures for an hour. Bedrooms, bathrooms, even the refrigerator. Then cps forced us to undress our son while they took pics. My son and wife were crying. Such a violation of our home. Such disrespect, to be accused of being abusive parents. The cps person said it's obvious it's eczema and the case will be dropped. How can someone in childcare, not know the difference between eczema and abuse? We pulled him out immediately the next day. They were unapologetic and didn't accept any accountability. They also refused to refund us enrollment fees and some other fees that totaled $300. Our son was there for only 4 hours.

I have submitted a delete review request, and do not know why the review is still active. However, it's incredibly unprofessional to share details on who has and has not toured the facility. From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

Everybody is super friendly, my son is turning 5 and in less than a year with them he can already say some stuff in French and Spanish, he does have homework sometimes which I found fantastic because he can see over again with us on the weekend what he learned and he gets so excited. The people at the front office are so nice and really good understanding needs. Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. I'd love to be able to control my payments, and see documentation, etc. Overall great experience for the kids. 10 stars

We were here for less than a year, and it was the worst experience we ever had. My opinion is the…read moreadmin and owner do not care for families and this culture unfortunately, creeps down into some not all of the teachers that are there it's truly unfortunate. Not only is the admin team lazy but their communication is extremely poor. It's interesting how expensive Primrose is in comparison to others especially for administration type fees and yet what are they for. You pay for a curriculum they do not even use. They don't even send you a tax statement and you have to go and filter out invoices in the app. What are all these admin fees even for then if you can't even take a few moments to send your customers who spent thousands of dollars a year a tax statement. The document you get from the app, barely suffices to give to your tax person to process tax return. It's the bare minimum for service and they can't even give you a year-end statement. So if they're that lazy giving you a statement, imagine how they are handling your children. My 3 year old daughter at the time was pushed and told me and i never got an incident report. She had a busted lip and a tooth that died. Not one report of the incident and when I asked they knew nothing. They r kids accidents happen but to not tell me. Seems like the teachers didn't get the support they needed. Not to mention the revolving door of teachers because everyone quits or is fired. Not having stability in your team says a lot & it impacts the kids experience. I'll tell you my experience was awful. I thank God I pulled them & I begged my family that lived in my neighborhood who also attended there to pull their kids. People only stay there for the convenience of the location but that's not worth it. If you have a child with special needs please consider another place as they have been neglectful on multiple occasions with my own child who is very much high on the autism spectrum. He doesn't need a lot of support at all in a daycare setting. Before coming to the school I had heard about an incident with another child autism, & they assured me that it was out of their control, and that they just didn't have the supports in place to handle an extreme case like him. Knowing that my child was on the higher end and didn't need any support in daycare setting I thought we would be OK. We were not. They were unkind to my child and he would tell me along with parents who had kids in the room with him. Another thing that was really terrible about Primrose was how unfriendly they were. When you walked in the door, no one even greeted you or said good morning, even if a child is saying good morning to them, they just ignored them. Same with leaving. Coming from a son who originally was nonverbal until he was 3.5 years years old speak to them and say good morning and ignored was extremely rude and i had to explain to my child it's not you. This wasn't just my kids or me, we witnessed it happen to others. When my eldest child started kindergarten we did the afternoon bus services to meet the younger sibling at the daycare. On two occasions my child was not accounted for. One time Primrose called to say hey do you have your child. I'm like no. Panicked. So scary. On another occasion the school called me because they failed to pick up my son. Both times Primrose apologized but blamed it on the elementary school. honestly wow zero accountability. He was there the whole time with a teacher waiting. I paid tons of fees and two weeks of tuition for my yet to be born 3rd child including fees for my other kids. When I decided to pull them, I asked how much I can get back and they said nothing. I cannot recall the amount but it was well over $1000. My third child never even attended & we gave ample notice. To not get even $1. All that to say this. Please consider a different place for childcare. This is my honest experience and maybe others have a better one but the inconsistencies run rampant and the culture of being unkind, bad communication & lack of care isn't worth it.
