Super sweet staff. All 3 of my kids have gone. Baby through young child age and they loved it. If you have anxiety, they will call to put you at ease. I do miss the 12am closing time but, this is worth $13-$18 an hour for after hours care. Such a cute and fun place for the kiddos. read more

Our son loves coming here and is always eager to run off to play during drop off which is comforting. He likes their snacks; especially the animal crackers and oranges. They have a menu at the front desk of what they'll be serving throughout the week or you can bring your own meal. Most kids all bring their own water bottles that the staff keep filled for them. Socks are not required but they do leave their shoes in a cubby in the front or in their backpack which can be hung on a hook. There's plenty for them to do including a mini netted odd basketball area, train and cars play sets, and indoor playground with slide. The staff is always super sweet and seem to really care about the kids. They don't just watch them but actually play with them too. I've seen a mix of ages so there's almost always someone close to our son's age, 5. On a few occasions I've called to check on our son to see how he's doing but have had trouble reaching someone. I try not to call when I know it's busy and have left a voicemail but it wasn't returned so that's my only complaint; otherwise it's nice to have somewhere safe to take our son when it's needed. read more

I wish I would have known about this place before.y mom watches my daughter and I can she just needs a break desperately. I did some research and the word needs to get out about how amazing and simple it is. I dropped her off for two hours. I came back and my daughter was so happy! I'm writing this one on the Fort Worth page bc I cant find the willow park location on yelp. I tried it today for the first time and wasn't the greatest for me and my children . Number one I will say I misread the sign , thinking they closed at 11, when in actuality they close at 9 m-t. 11 is only Friday and sat. I will take the blame for that. So for starters my daughter and sons name and age are in the computer, and she spelled my daughters name wrong and put my daughters age as 18 months, when she is actually 2.5. Then when I told her she fixed it. It was right there on the screen. I also told them my daughter is potty trained but needs help, and you should ask her bc it's a new place and she will want to play. I also told her I will be back before 11, and she says she didn't hear me bc I got a call at 8:56, are u coming to get your children!? I felt like the worst parent in the world. Panicked and freaked out I rushed from the stock yards to willow park In About 20 mins. I pick up my kids and obviously I'm late, will never forgive myself, bc I was taking my time, and made them wait for me. I feel awful. Anyway I find out it's $1 a minute, which I get Sucks. So I owe for that on top of the hourly. $80 is too much for a few hours with two kids. Also I find out my daughter went to the bathroom in her pants, (even tho they told me she went to the bathroom several times by herself). I'm assuming not one of those times did anyone go In With her, to wipe her or anything bc she went in her pants. And they sent her clothes home with the poop and everything still in it, not even wiped out or hosed off, and all in the same bag. So I had to throw everything away. I think for the price they should be able to take care of that. I will try again bc I am desperate for childcare as we have no family to help and or friends near us, the girls were young and seemed nice but just not experienced enough for the price. I'm hoping the facility is so new they need to work out the kinks. For the hours I recommend the signage in door be changed/ it's hard to tell there are two closing times for different days - I think maybe the later days and hours be one color and separate from the rest. Or say when the parent leaves we close at 9 or 11. Just seems like it would stop issues. I was told that there were still children left at ftw location. Not to feel b I also recommend the hours changes / by day maybe a different color. So it's obvious to people like me who are in a hurry. I know this location is new and I have never gone the ftw one, but I just expected a little more, not sure. - thank you for the fast response. We love the Playspace! My son asks to go back all the time because he has so much fun playing with the teachers and other kids. They have a ton of options to keep the kiddos busy from a playground to a basketball area to a variety of tons. They also serve healthy meals if you choose that option for you kiddo. The building is always clean and neat. I have always felt extremely comfortable leaving my kids here. Thankful for The Playspace! read more

First of all, I absolutely ADORE the staff at the PlaySpace. They are all so friendly and loving towards my son Jaxon. He gets so excited to go to "school" on the days that I work. I also received a courtesy call out of the blue today just to let me know measures being taken to further protect not only my little wild child, but other children. That just tells you that this is not just a business, but a passion for the owner of the Playspace. There is also the added convenience of auto billing since my son goes there so frequently. We used PlaySpace for the first time this past weekend and loved it! The registration process was quick and easy! The staff was super friendly and took great care of our 4 month old son. They provided us with detailed notes regarding his feedings, diaper changes and naps. The facility is very clean and well run. We will definitely be returning in the near future. read more

This has been the brilliant solution to many of my basic childcare struggles! In a pinch...we go! Just need to run some errands or grab a bite without the little ones..we go! Most times my kids have a friend there and if not they are quick to make new friends! We love Carly and Gwen and a many of the other ladies. Our experience of playspace was traumatic for both my daughter and I, but especially her and I do take responsibility for that. However, I think they could have done a better job seeing as it was our first time there. Sure it was busy with lots of children and people coming and going, but how can you just take my baby as she is shrieking for me at the top of her lungs and just keep walking away with her? A month has passed and I still can't get that image out of my mind, it's haunting. Why would they not let me walk in with her while I check the place out? I would have liked to go in with her, sit down with her while we were introduced to the different care takers. Let my child get to meet them and interact with them. You know, give her a chance to feel safe before I left. She was only 16 months and they just took her away from me like it was nothing. The woman didn't even look back. I was just standing there in shock staring at my baby being so scared. I am a new mom and I really didn't know what to do in that moment. I was actually standing there crying. I wanted to get her back but I didn't want to make a scene so I convinced myself that it would be okay, that this was normal, so I left. I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes still trying to convince myself to leave. I finally did and soon after I called them to check on her and they told me she was perfectly fine. I was so relieved so I continued my Christmas shopping. When I came back just over an hour later I could hear my child screaming. It seemed like an eternity for them to bring her to me and even though she was back in my arms she continued screaming for a while. It was devastating. They then proceeded to tell me she had been crying like that the ENTIRE TIME I WAS GONE. So they lied to me over the phone. You would think that such a nice, high end daycare would be accommodating to newcomers. I made a huge mistake leaving her there and not trusting my gut. read more

We took all three of my kids ages 5,4,2 here for the first time yesterday. We were greeted with friendly staff and they all made an effort to make my kids all feel comfortable. You feel like they really care at your child's wellbeing. Everything went fabulous and on the way home my kids were already wanting to go back and play with all of their new friends they met. Always friendly staff who go above and beyond for my children ages 3 and 1. My baby son is always fussy and needs extra snuggles (thank you Tinashe) and they even helped my daughter with potty training (thank you Isamar). This place has been a lifesaver! Moving here and not knowing anyone and not finding a sitter yet, this is where we took our kids when I started interviewing for jobs! The concept is life changing, taking a load off my shoulders when needing last minute childcare. The caretakers are all friendly, even though my youngest screams every time I leave him anywhere and it's a big treat for my oldest to get dropped off here. My children and I absolutely adore this place. They ask for it by name weekly! I love how they are able to choose exactly what they'd like to do whether it be play, quiet time with books or building. The mix of older children with younger has seemed to help my son, a ton, with his social and verbal skills (speech delay). I can not speak highly enough of this amazing business.
