This review is based solely upon the preschool program…read more Amazing! My 3 and 4 year old look forward to school every week. They come home quoting scripture and have memorized some great bible stories. My 4 year old is beginning to read and my 3 year old is learning to write. Miss Stahl and Mrs Young in the 4 year old class are amazing teachers and I highly recommend them. Redeemer has given my soon to be kindergartener a great foundation for school.

As time went on and I observed her teaching in the classroom I began to see a teacher who lacked a smile and genuine happiness with children. I recall the very first day I volunteered she failed to introduce herself as any teacher would therefore I introduced myself, I felt that was a bit odd. The first meeting we all had about my child and his struggles she didn't say much and had her arms crossed the entire time as if she was upset. Body language expressed so much without any words needed. When she decided to share her opinion it was only the negative and with no constructive ideas on how to help. I couldn't understand the defensiveness and anger, as this meeting wasn't about her and her teaching. From our last meeting I then realized Miss. Clark disliked my child and had absolutely no interest in helping him. I will always recall my child's last day at Redeemer being a negative one. That Tuesday I walked in very excited to volunteer, that changed dramatically. I was taken back in how she cornered my child telling him he was liar several times until his eyes begin to tear. She still went on, even when he was truly not being deceptive, she only cornered and embarrassed him. My child was unable to complete the task due to his learning disabilities which she was well aware of, others would view that as bulling. Then Miss. Clark made my child feel as if he had sinned intentionally and in gods eyes is viewed as a sinner is so very hurtful. Children are too very precious and innocent and need compassion from their teachers, it's a requirement.

Open Arms Preschool is excellent,…read more My son has attended Open Arms for the last two years. When we chose Open Arms it was easy because the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The attitude I'd see reflected as love throughout the school It was so great to find a school for toddlers not yet potty trained and all to have all meals and snacks provided My son went through the infant program and it was great for him; so much growth!! He interacted with the other babies but still got the individual infant care he needed, The daily reports are valuable, The love and care of the individual babies was apparent to me with my son amd is everytime I walk by the infant room Now my son is in the toddler program, Again, I am so impressed with the program; they are all engaged,Cool and interesting lesson topics I can see the teachers control the environment and not the kids. Everyday I see all the teacher interacting with all the kids I like the daily activities and the daily report naps and curriculum learned. Here's the bottom line review...My son has a great home but everyday I pick him up, he wants to stay at Open Arms I will keep him at Open Arms through all of their programs

The behavior of my kids has changed and they are a lot more respectful and listen to me more. I have recommended this school to all my friends, it really is such a wonderful place. I don't know why the other reviews were so negative because my kids really love going here.

We love Montessori Learning School! Our son has been attending the toddler program for one year now…read moreand we've had such a positive experience. The program director and teachers have really gone above and beyond to help support our son's development. We were especially appreciative of their support during potty training and learning to use gentle hands with peers. I have loved the emphasis on building independence and our son does a great job with putting on clothes/shoes, mealtime routines, cleaning up messes, etc. The students have "jobs" they select and complete, and these tasks have helped our son with his focus, problem solving, and fine skills (just to name a few). Our family also loves that the toddler program is Spanish immersion. Our son is currently 2.5 and is talking more and has such positive things to say about his teachers, classmates, and experiences at school. His favorite is when Mr. Bruce (a music teacher) comes to visit. We toured quite a few programs in the area and really appreciated how intentional MLS is. We highly recommend MLS

My husband and I have…read moreattempted to reach out via phone 4 times ( 1 time speaking to someone, Melissa I believe) and 3 times via email over the past month. I believe the intake call went well, I was pleased with thorough information that was provided to me and the sincerity of the representative I spoke to. I was so excited to get the follow up text and have my daughter signed up for the assessment. However the follow-up link ( via text) never came and when I reached out and left voicemails and emailed no one responded. My husband then tried and didn't receive a response. The intake call was about 20 minutes long , I know this is going to sound silly but my daughter was going through a rough patch as a parent I'm sharing information about my child to someone who I thought could help her and seemed interested, capable and qualified to do so, so when I never heard back it felt in a sense my family, was for lack of better term "ghosted" by the rep. If they are full and not accepting any more clients, I can understand but a simple response to us via email would suffice. My advice is to have a response turnaround time( 72 hours at least) whether good or bad news, that will allow potential customers to not waste their time trying to give you their business. I hope this helps someone who may have been "ghosted"; You matter, your child matters and there are other businesses that will give you the courtesy of responding!

My son looks forward to his math sessions with the great tutors that are provided. He's more confident with his abilities and doesn't struggle as much in class. My kindergartner was recently placed in a reading program at school, but that makes her miss a recess or music block. Luckily, sylvan is working with her on comprehension, phonics and sight words to get her on track with reading. The staff make it a fun environment for the kids to learn in and really focus on improving the areas that are in need of help. I would definitely recommend taking your kids here if they are in need of some extra help in school!

My son has been at Kindercare since he was 3 months old, and I have nothing but good things to say!…read moreHe learns so much and has a great time, and he's always incredibly happy to see his teacher and friends when I drop him off in the mornings. Reasons we love Kindercare: - The facility is in great shape, it's always clean, and everything feels very safe. Toys are always sanitized, which is great when little ones chew on everything! - They've always done a great job with feeding, starting out with bottles and helping him transition to "big kid food" and sippy cups. They serve a good variety of food with plenty of fruits and veggies, and I'm jealous of what he gets to eat-- especially on French toast day when the whole daycare smells amazing! - The teachers obviously love what they do and love the kids to pieces. My son is all smiles when he sees his teacher! - There are plenty of rules for health and safety, how to handle sick kids, and the like. His teachers have called right away when he's been sick, and they keep us very up-to-date about more minor things like diaper rash and teething. - Everything is documented, which is a huge help to this data geek. Every day I get a sheet that tells me how he ate, napped, and diapered, and I'm glad that everything's on the up-and-up. While I was worried about leaving my first kid at daycare when I first ended maternity leave, I haven't had a single worry about him being here. He's happy and safe, and that makes me happy!
