My child built a great relationship with all of them and it was clear he was learning and growing under their care. About 6 months ago they started using an app and I received regular updates and photos about how the day was going - loved this! The prior directors, Jessica and Anissa, and the current director, Misty, have all been great and have happily answered any question I had or engaged in a conversation if I had any concerns. Our childcare needs have changed now, but if we need a daycare again, OST will be at the top of our list for both care and value.

She has no concern for your child's or your concerns. I have three children that were all going there (10, 7, 2 years old). I had to move my two year old to another daycare due to him getting bitten and scratched constantly. I understand when you have a toddler things are bound to happen at daycare. My concern is when I brought this to Gianna's attention about the safety and reporting and consequences of behavior it was brushed off, like it wasn't that big of a deal. Every single week he was enrolled here he had one to three ouch reports sent home EVERY WEEK! The teacher Natasha was very nurturing and made sure to give my son tlc when this happened and was VERY transparent about all of the situations, she was able to explain what happened what she was able to do about it, but when I went to the director.... Uhg let's just say it didn't matter. I have never felt so disrespected by a care giver in my life! I had to speak with her a few times about this and every single time it wasn't as big of a deal as I was making it out to be. One time I had my 7 year old in the office with me and I was holding his hand talking to her about my concerns for my 2 year old and she literally got in my face and was extremely Rude and saying we can't do anything for your child since it's not the same child that has bit him... she then proceeded to say that if you feel your child is unsafe you should remove him from the program. Responsibility and accountability was always evaded with Gianna... instead of trying to fix the problem she would say well we can't separate the kids... well then maybe we should address biting... granted kids bite because they can't speak their frustrations... so as a director of the daycare what do we do about biting!? Her response was all we can do is separate them for that day and call the parents of the child that bit... okay... well on one side that makes sense but for my child to be bitten pretty much 5 weeks or so in a row by "different" kids hm... something needs to be addressed obviously! I got to a point where I didn't even feel comfortable talking to the director anymore. She seriously does not care about anything... the way that she speaks to children is absolutely ludicrous saying "get out of my face, you are a child you don't get to ask questions" talk about emotional abuse! I have so much going on in my life that I don't need a daycare that has a five star rating, I'm supposed to trust, to have no care in the world! Honestly, I just don't get it! Thankfully the regional director got involved and it will be handled accordingly. I still don't feel comfortable having conversations with the director though! I will go to the co director or the teachers before I talk to Gianna.. this was my first time putting my children in daycare because I've been a stay at home mom for ten years. This is why I would rather stay at home with my children because of stuff like this. I just want to let everyone know my situation because I don't want you to go in there blindly. If they got rid of Gianna I would probably put my 2 year old back into the school but knowing Gianna doesn't care much about children and the concerns for occurrences like this, I can't. Also, the bulling of her own staff is sad. The way that she tries to scare the people that work for her because SHE got in trouble is beyond me. In my opinion Gianna needs to go this is no way upper management should ever act! I am completely baffled!

I was SO stressed about trying to get my kiddos in quickly and Tara (The Director) was so understanding and helpful. We have been an Outer limits family for almost two years and loved this facility when we first…read morestarted. Now under the new director and assistant directors' leadership, our feelings towards this daycare have changed. Outer Limits used to be a warm welcoming place with caring teachers (which they still have) where someone was always at the front desk to greet you and knew you and your children by name. Now, it is quite the opposite. Not only do they not prioritize knowing your name, there is almost always an empty front desk when parents arrive, especially in the mornings. Safety has also been an issue recently as a result of this new management. For example, we had a family member do pick-up/drop-off for four days and hardly ever saw anyone, and when they did, they were never questioned who they were, who they were there to pickup, or ever asked for identification. The management is distant and aloof of who is coming in or out. Over the past few months, there has been a large amount of staff turnover and it's became very apparent as many of these staff members had been there for years. People talk and the talk is, the staff turnover is directly related to poor management. My family as well as many other families, have left because of the new management's lack of initiation, implementation and overall feeling of caring. Their lack of continuing/creating a welcoming and safe daycare is unacceptable. I decided to give the two weeks notice for withdrawing my child, because I was unhappy with all of the changes. Three days after I gave my notice, I received a call after business hours stating that my child was biting and was not allowed to come back for the rest of the week. On this very day, when I picked my child, the assistant director never addressed this issue, in fact it was one of the rare times a goodbye and a goodnight was offered. I attempted to call back within minutes, though no answer, and was unable to leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. This is the type of unprofessionalism and poor communication, which is now a common occurrence at Outer Limits. We've had another child attend Outer Limits that aged out, and we loved our experience with previous management and staff. But unfortunately now, the atmosphere and how it is managed is far below any parent's expectations or tolerance.

My children have attended little ranch day school since 2024. Of course I understand through school…read moreand different ages and atmospheres children will act certain ways and accidents happen. With that being said my oldest son (4) has been being bullied by multiple children and adults in his class. More often than not the classroom ratio is severely off. It has gotten to the point where my son is afraid to go to school where as that was his favorite thing to do last year. He scream cries and physically vibrates from shaking so bad out of FEAR of a TEACHER....Priscilla. Priscilla is allowed to have her son in the same classroom as she is monitoring however her son is older than the other children and much bigger over all. Her child is autistic and non verbal. Majority of the time I am picking up or dropping off i see Priscilla physically overpowering her son, dragging him by the arm or just over all yelling. I understand autism is its own to handle but this child is left to use the other kids as biting toys and punching bags. I've witnessed multiple children get shoved across the room by said child while Priscilla was worried about facing me and denying anything I said. My four year old son was also able to make it out of the classroom (child locked door) out of the campus and out the front office before an adult saw him running down Glenn because he was so afraid of this specific teacher. His reasoning was "but mommy I stayed on the sidewalk i was safer ". The corporate office of small miracles conducted an investigation supposedly and the fix would be moving Priscilla out of her own class into training and then she would not be allowed to be alone with her own class. They moved the teachers schedules around so she's not in my sons class at drop off or pick up but she has continuously found reason to write my son up immediately after being reprimanded for her behavior (feels like retaliation at this point) My son has also informed me that Priscilla pinches him. -I asked if he liked a list of teachers, his answers were all yes except Priscilla I asked why and he stated "she touches me and yells at me" I asked him to show me how she touches him and he pinched himself on his shoulders. This is not the first time Priscilla has been found in the middle of child abuse allegations at this specific school. 2024 another mother found her sons head covered with a blanket (by Priscilla) and the cot was also kicked out from under the child's head. Speaking with the director of the school Maria Monaco does nothing. She is very good at rebuttals and not listening. She's cold and tends to appear as fake. Speaking to the corporate Maria apparently also does nothing because there is very little follow up on her end.
