When the pandemic hit, TC was able to reconnect us with our nanny who continued educational activities, facilitated my son connecting with his preschool over Zoom and helped us create structure during an uncertain time. Not only are the nannies who come to our home caring, but so are the office staff members who make logistics so easy to manage. Thank you, TC! Their "nannies" are just babysitters and many of them don't have much real world knowledge about kids or how to actually work with children. Again not premier. The owners and managers can be unprofessional and immature and this attitude permeates the entire company. Again that is not premier. Most of their babysitters were young without much experience, some were just flat incompetent, others were rude...etc. there were only a couple of ladies who did a good job like you'd expect from a nanny. If the kids argued, a lot of the babysitters just stood there or complained. They didn't know how to handle the situation. But siblings fight. Shouldn't the babysitter know how to handle that? Also if your child is a bit different, you will be judged for it, so be ready for that. Kids aren't the same, they are different, but this company and their employees don't seem to understand that. If you use them just once or twice you'll be fine. If you use them regularly or longer term you will have problems with this company and their employees. If we ever brought up concerns with them, the owners/ managers disregarded our issues and took no accountability for anything. Communication from them was very poor. Overall we had a very negative experience with this company and there is no way we can recommend them to take care of children. They claim to be premier but they really aren't. They just think they are and charge a lot of money for subpar services.
