We've used Choice Options for a year and a half, and they've exceeded our expectations. Our child care needs are significant and complicated, with variations from month to month and week to week. They worked with us closely to devise a customized plan involving both a permanent nanny (whom they helped us hire) and supplemental temp coverage. It has worked out very well for us overall. With their help we were able to find excellent nannies and they've been consistently present with us since the beginning. Having an agency that we trust has also been key during times of crisis. We've faced both injury and illness with our primary nanny, and Choice Options was always able to find coverage on short notice. Sierra and her team really does an impressive job with all the puzzle pieces fitting together - our care needs have varied greatly, and easily 10% of our initial schedules were ultimately changed. This was always handled smoothly. I was very hesitant about using an agency when I arrived to the area last year - but its been overall a very positive experience. Some nannies were a better fit than others, which is normal, and our feedback was always considered. And importantly, someone (even if it was sometimes someone new) always showed up! read more

Started out great... then comes the money. Now I find out they have not kept their books straight and I have over a $2000 Credit on their account.. not the worst thing right? its better than me owing them or so I thought. Come to find out they will not refund me my money. They say they will leave it on their books so that if I ever need service I have a credit. They still can't tell me exactly how much money/credit they owe me. Given they cant even do that or show good faith in returning my credit to me, I would never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone else. All I want is a refund of the money/credit I have that is sitting there. read more

Overall an OK, average experience-- it's not the greatest but definitely not the worst. Pros: Usually able to find a nanny but not always. Nannies are almost always on time. Good choice in nannies-- so you can usually find someone you like. Cons: Customer service from office staff and owner isn't always great, and can always be improved. The agency doesn't seem to value their customers very much (my personal opinion). The nannies need better training. Some of their nannies are great, others not so much. (Believe it or not, I've actually had a couple of nannies show up who did not know how to make formula, or who don't know what is safe for the children-- pretty bad!!) Overall it's OK and I do plan to keep using them as needed. Overall I do recommend them-- just try out many of their nannies to see who best fits your family. read more

The most INCREDIBLE experience. We have had to use Choice Options for back up care for a nanny. We have used the service 3 times and have had to have 3 different nannies and they were all AMAZING!!!!! I felt zero hesitation or concern after experiencing the service the first time. All 3 women were incredible. I wish I used this service well before we made the decision to do so since our daughter is 2 years old now. I look foward to the times we have to use them. So convenient and so professional. From calling in a last minute request to scheduling and working with them is the best. We are UA employees. I really do not want to write this review but I have to. Choice options terminated their services to us because my wife and I asked a question regarding whether their nannies work outside their network - it was a total misunderstanding. First, the owner's attitude in the termination email made us very unpleasant. I tried to explain but the owner did not want to hear our explanation and did not even reach us to investigate this issue. It seems the owner only listened to her two caregivers . We did not think their nannies told the entire story. The owner should have told us this "termination policy" first - this policy cannot be easily found on our UA and their websites. We ASKED questions without any intention to hire any of their caregivers independently. My wife and I coincidentally asked a similar question due to different intentions. That week was chaotic in my family. They were supposed to explain the policy to their clients or at least give us a call or let us know right away, definitely not terminating the service right away. Why should the clients get "punished" by asking questions? We had no chance to explain. The way the owner handles this matter and her attitude were very unprofessional. Also, we only used two nannies of theirs. Their first nanny was professional and we liked her - I have to be fair to them - but we were not satisfied with their second nanny. I am sorry to post this review here because the owner did not give us a chance to explain the entire situation to her and she emphasized that her decision was final. read more

What a great experience! This agency not only provides nanny services, but also companion services and corporate childcare. I needed a temporary adult companion for a family member and interviewed several different in-home agencies. I had certain doubts with all of them---until I called Choice Options. I was pleasantly surprised with their prompt response to my query and within a few days I met with the owner, and the staff director in a pleasant and cordial setting. They are very experienced and professional and were 100% committed to help me find a workable solution for my individual situation. Our family has been using Choice Options since we moved to Tucson 4 years ago. We have used them for nanny, babysitting, a cook to come to our house to cook and freeze meals, assisting with house party set up, serving, and clean up, and for regular house cleaning twice per month. They are reliable, flexible, and willing to help you with whatever you need. The staff is excellent and courteous on the phone. They use email to communicate as well so that is convenient.
