I'm a serious DIY person--I almost never hire anyone because I usually feel like I can do the work myself (and often better). But every now and then, I run into a project that's beyond my skill set. When that happens, I'm looking for someone who is not just capable, but who cares about the work as much as I do. That's exactly what I found with Charles at Pocket Plumbing. From the very first job, I knew I had found my "forever plumber." He's skilled, honest, and takes real pride in getting things right. What really sets them apart is their integrity. Between my projects and my family's, we've had a couple of situations where subcontracted work didn't turn out perfectly. As soon as Charles was made aware, he personally stepped in and made everything right--no hassle, no excuses, and no additional charge. That level of accountability is rare. Today, his assistant Dave helped me on a project and was equally professional and knowledgeable. I was so impressed that I immediately recommended him to another contractor who happened to be on-site. If you're looking for a plumbing company that delivers high-quality work, stands behind it, and genuinely cares about their customers, Pocket Plumbing is the one.

I got 3 quotes for a re-pipe of my house (2 ba, ~1600 sq ft). One was insanely expensive; nearly…read moredouble, so they got thrown out right away. Super Bros was not the cheapest, but very competitive with the lowest quote. There were a few reasons we went with Super Bros. First, they got started on my whole house re-pipe the next week. The other company had me waiting for more than a month. The other reason is because Super Bros was super communicative and explained the whole process before it started, asked lots of questions about my preferences, and was incredibly transparent about every details and process. My primary point of contact for this job was Jeremy. He was actually another reason that I went with Super Bros, as I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything or push me into doing something I didn't want or need. He was clear about where there were options and where he has seen challenges from a project like mine in the past. His experience and demeanor were what locked it in for me. After agreeing to use Super Bros, the next week I was met by Mike, who walked through with me as he was point on the project. I work from home so I was around for the entire thing, but I can honestly say that there was barely any disruption to my workday. Yes, the water was off for one of the 3 days of work, but other than that and the expected noise of cutting out metal pipes here and there, the disruption was nearly invisible. I was also greeted by Serge and Denis who were handling different parts of the project. Both incredibly polite and obviously damn good at their jobs. This was NOT some group of minimum wage kids subcontracted to do the work. every one of these guys was an experienced and efficient tradesman from what I could tell (admittedly I'm, not a plumber, but you could tell that they were professionals by the quality of their work, their speed, and some of the challenges my house provided that they were able to find workarounds for). You can probably tell that I'd recommend Super Bros for your next plumbing project, but in case there was any question: you should use Super Bros for your next plumbing project. Highly recommend!

I was previously charged over $600 by another plumber for a leaking toilet, only for the leak to return in less than five weeks. When they came back, they refused to stand behind their work and instead tried to push a new repair quote exceeding $3,000. To make matters worse, they had originally told me that if the leak returned, it would be due to the toilet itself and that the prior payment would be credited toward replacement labor. I went ahead and purchased a new toilet based on that guidance, only to be told later that the issue had nothing to do with the toilet. The entire experience felt misleading and inconsistent. Ivette and Millennium Plumbing handled everything the way it should be done. They were honest, direct, and transparent from the start. They presented two repair options, one more affordable and one more extensive, and clearly explained both. What stood out most was their integrity. They openly said that if this were their own home, they would choose the more cost effective option. That level of honesty is rare. They also went above and beyond by offering to install the new toilet I had already purchased at no additional cost, saving me the hassle and expense of returning it. The workmanship was excellent, the communication was clear, and the overall professionalism was top tier. This was easily the best plumbing experience I have had. If you are looking for a company that is skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely looks out for your best interest, Millennium Plumbing is the one to call.

As great as that was, i should have done more estimates as they charged way more than it should have been. Word of advice, get a toilet through a store, then have them install it for cheaper. Anyhow a different tech came to put the new toilet in. He was nice and did a good job. However, should have checked the upper tank and it was wobbly a bit. I messaged them and ask if that's normal. A different tech came and temporary fixed it. I believe it's that type of tank that is just not steady in the upper part (top flush button) I ended up again using a towel to put behind to make it sturdy. Imagine that, a pricy toilet that uses a towel to keep the upper part sturdy. As annoying as it is to get estimates, you should definitely do that before you settle for one that's more pricy than it should have been.
