Jeff came & did SUPERB work, fixing both glass storm windows AND the screen so everything fit snug! On top of that, he completely replaced my failing porch screen door turnbuckle assembly--had to go back to their office to bring back the new parts and expertly installed it! Very personable and competent! I will ALWAYS go back to them for any storm window or screen work that my ancient old house (built in 1869!) needs, & I think there will be lots. I called with an explanation of what happened and was immediately put on their service call schedule. Having to order and wait for the replacement parts to arrive, their servicemen arrived as scheduled, replacing the hardware, and securing the door. Unfortunately, one of the sliders did not close all the way. I called and was and scheduled for a few days later. Again, the servicemen arrived as scheduled and made the necessary adjustments. By their own admission, they had never experienced that hardware failing, but stuff happens. Bottom line, we've been very pleased with their product and service and enthusiastically recommend them.

I called a few months later and they said I was now out of the warranty window and would have to pay for a new shower door. They told be I would have to provide proof I had called before warranty was over, but they changed their phone number and would not provide me with what the number used to be. I would not recommend a company that operated by taking advantage of the consumer. Should have sent someone out the first time I called and the tech that did eventually come out said the same thing. Situation was handles wrong by their dispatcher and they don't want to take responsibility. The GM, Tim Hand, was no help at all. I now have a chip in my door they refuse to take responsibility for and she door keeps sagging.

They took care to measure the glass for a custom cut and even put a plastic adhesive sheet over the shattered glass to keep it from falling out. They gave me a reasonable quote right away and ordered my custom glass. When the glass arrived, they called me to schedule the install. They were on time and took every caution to remove the broken glass and install the new glass. I am beyond pleased with the service, the price and the results! I highly recommend this company!

Acquired an old greenhouse that had tempered glass panes. A few had been broken during its time…read morestanding. I called around and got some estimates for three panes of glass. Two were the same size and the third was less then half of that. I was told that it would take at least a week to make. Some of the prices given seemed rather extreme to me. The price that Santa Fe gave me was almost half of that cost. I asked how long it would take to get and was told possibly by the end of the business week. The order went in on Tuesday morning and they called me Thursday to say the glass was in. I picked it up and the panels fit perfectly and made the greenhouse look great. Will keep them in mind for future work and noticed that they make custom screens as well! Very satisfied with the whole overall experience and will recommend to others and keep their information for myself.
