I ran up to drop the car off and go eat lunch... well, the downside was the place I wanted to eat was closed on Mondays, so I just went back to the shop. They had it done already. Yep, fixed my windshield in 15 minutes. That was a month ago and no further damage and I am very happy with what I paid for this repair. A great value overall! Will use again should I need!

Horrible. Customer service is TERRIBLE…read more We had a very small chip on our windshield and brought it in here to get it fixed. When we brought the car in, it was a tiny small area, the size of a mole. After getting resin in the area, the chip looks way worse. There are whisker like lines coming out now in two different directions. I called and they said to bring the car in. So I did. They said there was nothing they could do since the resin was already in. My issue is that these whiskers or whatever the technical term for these lines on the glass were not there before the repair. And since having the repair, they are getting longer. The whiskers reflect the sun in a horrible way. The tall guy with reddish hair (name ????) was an a--hole. Excuse my language. Customer service 0. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE!!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business! It's rare in 2022 to be thoroughly…read moreimpressed by a business and all of the people who run it, but I AM! First off, they're family owned and have been in business for over 50 years... so they definitely know what they're doing! They said they could get me in that same day to replace my windshield on my 2008 Escape- but I was the one who couldn't make it until the next week. My mom and I got there and they had cars and trucks lined up left and right. I thought, "Uh oh, we'll be here a while." NOT AT ALL! We came into the office where the lady who greeted us who was multitasking in so many ways but not too much to pleasantly get us checked in and tell the dog to quit barking -they have a dog behind the desk btw which I thought was awesome because it's a bull terrier. We sat in their very clean waiting area decorated in red and black, with every kind of magazine you could imagine and watched about 25 minutes of the World Cup. We were really getting into the game and "Hello dear, your car is ready!" "What? I thought it would take an hour?!" They did a spectacular job and went above and beyond by reattaching our compass with glue (the car came with it taped up there!) The gentleman who worked on it explained what they did and how long of a warranty we have. I paid half of what the other windshield replacement people wanted! I have recommended them to everyone since then and will keep recommending them as long as they are in business! Btw, I come from a family of mechanics and work on everything on my cars on my own- except for windows. I'm glad I have someone that I can count on for those now!

The facility/office is very clean and well kept. They have free beverages and a nice waiting space with Wi-Fi and climate control. Their workshop was very clean and well kept, organized and had some expensive cars having work done . A Ferrari was dropped off while I was waiting m for my own truck to be done for crying out loud! The team took great care and did a fantastic job on my tint within a shorter estimated time than stated. If you've been around the tint shops in the area, you'll see a wide variety of "professionals". Cornerstone is the best by a landslide from my experience. The nice lady at the front desk was able to make recommendations on products and services with zero pressure and really allowed me to take my time and select what I wanted for me. Everyone there was very knowledgeable on the products and asked what I wanted to accomplish and made their recommendations from my answers with no pressure. I thought I wanted to go with 5% tint, but got 20% all around and it's exactly the look I wanted, while also reflecting a ton of heat, keeping the interior cooler. I drove 35 minutes for this service and would gladly do it again on my next vehicle and may be back to have them do PPF on my front bumper and hood. Couldn't recommend them enough for your tinting and PPF needs.
