Their quote was 1/2 of the price of Safelite and 2/3 the price of the dealership! Their communication was top notch! I felt heard and understood! I finally had the windshield installed yesterday, Ivan game to me at my house, changed the glass in my garage. He was fast! Very clean and paid attention to every detail! I saw no evidence of glass removal other than a clean, brand new windshield replacement! If Ivan comes to you and does this in extremely cold weather, make sure you throw him an extra few bucks for the awesome service! I did! He takes cash, Venmo, and PayPal, and trust me, this is a great value and the business is owned by a very kind individual! Love small business! Love word of mouth referrals... I've never been led astray! Thank you Ivan! Keep up the great work!

When I picked up the car I was honestly blown away. They brought it back to what felt like factory condition. The paint was shining, the wheels looked brand new, and the interior was spotless. Even areas I hadn't noticed were looking better than I remembered when I first bought the car. The price was definitely lower than what I expected for this and I am now considering getting my daily driver detailed. It's rare these days to find a business that takes such obvious pride in their work and delivers above expectations. Ask specific questions about his repair process and be sure to get everything in writing. I would also encourage you to follow-up all verbal conversations with a text/written summary of your conversations every time, otherwise you will be as sorry as I am for doing business with him. Don't be fooled by his demeanor. In my experience he is incredibly unorganized and once you start questioning him and the insurance check clears his attitude changes. He quoted me 2-3 weeks but it has been nearly 3 months and the "repairs" he made to my passenger door and front quarter panel is literally worse than before the repair. My car is now 3 different colors of white because his color-matching skills and auto-body work isn't as incredible as he claims or believes, and I keep finding missing pieces and other evidence of his shoddy worksmanship.
