Good work and fast. Reasonably priced work as well. Have options for OEM or third party glass.

Friendly, fast, and reasonable. If you need auto glass, here's a locally owned business to support. You'll be happy you did!

We took our Jeep down from Des Moines to have a tow bracket and brake cable installed. During the brake cable installation there was an issue that they caused. This was not because of inexperience of sloppy work; more so that things happen. They immediately stopped the work and told my husband to take to a Jeep dealer and they would pay for it to be fixed. We took it to Jeep in Des Moines had it fixed. True to their word they paid for the work and even called a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok. They did everything they said they would do and went above and beyond. Thank you Truck Works South for being a business we can trust.

The first one they installed had manufacturing defects. They noticed them as it was installed and explained they would order the repair parts and get it fixed. After replacing one part the cover still didn't work correctly. It took some effort but after several communications with BAKFlip, they were able to procure a replacement top and get it installed. It took about 4 months but throughout the ordeal they have been in constant communication with me. I never once doubted their efforts to make it correct. They also installed a Line-X spray in bed liner. That went perfect. I highly recommend Truck Works South for anything you may want for your truck. Thanks again.

    Crown Toyota - My new 2023 Rav4

In 2020 we stopped in on our way to Manhattan with the hopes of purchasing a Rav 4 and walked out with what we were looking for. It of course took a while, but overall it was a smooth process and we didn't feel overly pressured. Now, this year, we had our older car totalled after being rear ended in the fall and after a lengthy insurance claim finally were ready to buy a new car this winter. With two kids in tow now a mini van seemed like the right fit and we settled on the Sienna. Only problem? There seems to be a Sienna shortage all over town. I called every single Toyota dealership in the KC metro, got on the waiting list for one of them, and the others either never responded to me, lied to me about their inventory to get me to purchase something I didn't want, or nearly laughed at me for even asking if they had any in stock. I was honestly pretty taken aback by how unprofessional and disinterested in my business the other dealerships were. Now, enter Crown Toyota who when I filled out an online form, a salesperson called me, and respectfully talked me through the shortage of Siennas, the wait, realistically what I was in for in terms of timeline, and was kind, courteous, and friendly throughout the whole process. Honestly, it's a small thing, but having Charlie call me and follow up with me made me feel like they wanted my business and actually cared about if I ended up with a vehicle that was excited about driving. After that phone call I stayed on the waiting list with another dealership just in case, but I was already pretty sold on working with Crown. After that he was in touch with their next shipment and what was available, we chatted about the one that was most attractive to us, reserved it over the phone, and then came in to finalize things when it arrived. I won't say it was a perfect experience, as there were a few hiccups when we went to pick it up in terms of the young man working that couldn't help us and seemed confused, and the complicated nature of having to have my husband sign electronically since he couldn't come with me, BUT it's still a five star experience because everyone that we worked with here was so nice, so supportive, and great at talking me through all the options. Charlie even followed up a week later to make sure I didn't have any questions and followed up a few more times to make sure the titled arrived, and that we were satisfied. I'm only in my thirties but maybe I'm more old school than I think when I say that I really value this level of customer service when making such a big purchase, and despite Lawrence being a bit further away I'm inclined to always reach out to Crown Toyota when I'm in the market for a new car.

Both went average; they forgot the 5th tire rotation but luckily I caught it and got it taken care of before I left. Went in today due to a check engine light that came on yesterday, let me read it, and then went back off after a couple of starts. Scheduled a 7am diagnostic appointment online and drove across town to be there on time. Walk in, explain the appt and what happened, and am immediately told it's at least 24-48 hours until they can get to it. Can't leave it there that long, so I asked to set up a time when I could actually come back in and wait, to which I'm told that they don't do appointments for diagnostics there. My only choice is to drop it off and hope they get to it at some point. Next up, asked for a loaner - don't have any available. Obviously that's no way to run a business, so I asked to speak to the service manager, Dustin. He comes in, tells me there are 20-30 cars back there all waiting for diagnostics and "they could be gone today, they could take a week". Still trying to find a solution, I asked to be place in line as car 31 and just have them give me a call when they got to 29. He made it clear under no uncertain terms that unless they were holding your car you didn't have a spot. Personally I find this to be ridiculous and left with my Jeep - I wasn't looking to jump the line, but to hold on to someone's vehicle for an indeterminate amount of time, with no option to schedule, seems very unprofessional and shady. Certainly regret buying my Jeep here (hopefully no one else reading this makes that mistake), and will do my best to warn everyone I know off of both service AND sales - bad businesses need to feel the consequences! Also, if anyone feels the need to reach out; you have my information and can use that. Not looking for a blackhole email to make it "look" like you care.
