He said no, and in his 20+ years of owning a business, he has never had a problem with privacy tint on residential windows. We decided to have 25 of the windows done that was being exposed to the sun. Three years later, we have issues with six of the 25 windows done. One of the windows shattered, and five of the windows seals broke due to the tint. Our home is less than six years old and has Andersen windows. We upgraded the windows from the builder grade to a 200 series by Andersen. We called Andersen about the windows asking if they could repair them, and they said since we added the aftermarket tint, it voided the warranty. Andersen recommended getting in contact with the company that installed the tint. I spoke to Greg about the issues, and he said it was a defect in the windows, and the tint would not cause the problem. I explained to him what the representative from Andersen said; he became very defensive and then said, you are out of warranty and will have to figure it out yourself. From the pictures, you can see where the seals have broke due to the tint. I told Greg, I will write a review about your practice methods and how you are selling a bag of goods untrue to consumers. Before I could finish, he threatened he would sue me if I wrote a review for misinformation. I would not recommend doing business with Precision Tint. Not a very ethical company and someone who will sell you lies of untrue claims about tint.

The tires were shiny, the exterior was clean, the windows were clean, and the inside smelled strongly of carpet shampooing. It all looked OK at a quick glance. The next day, when I got to see the car in the light, I realized no interior detailing had been done. Everything had only been given a very quick once over. My floor mats were moved to my trunk, and were not cleaned at all. None of the vents, cup holders, storage, trim, etc were touched. The dust and grime I was hoping to see gone from the detail was all still there. Glad I didn't pay full price, because I would not recommend this place. I got the sense they are not very happy about issuing the Groupons, and the service reflected that.

I have a…read more2023 392 Rubicon with only 18,000 miles and had always stored it in my garage and always used touch-less car wash. I needed it to be cleaned since I had coolant leak smell in my engine and I thought why not get the exterior cleaned too. Bad idea. There were scratches on my car, trimming on my vehicle melted and was somehow pulled from its original place. I brought it to a third party collision center to assess the damages and I was told there were chemical burns on my car and rotational scratches from not using the correct buffer. Total estimate is $5,500 in damages! I specifically asked Shammeriffic if they wash and shine the vehicle by hand and they said yes, well that wasn't true. They wanted me to bring my car back in so they can "fix" the problem, but why would I bring my vehicle in if they caused the damage. Please do yourself a favor and read all reviews, not just the 5 stars.

The first time was substantial damage caused by a deer that ended up taking several weeks. There were issues with getting parts and some engine issues that were challenging, but Sarah was helpful and kept me informed along the way. This last time, was my own carelessness that caused a blemish on my car. I had thought it was just in one spot and Sarah quickly pointed out another part that was scratched I hadn't noticed, so I applaud her attention to detail. The car was ready before schedule and looks fantastic. I took my vehicle to Gerber collision and glass because they were the preferred collision repair shop recommended by the insurance company. (travelers Insurance) When I dropped it off, 6/24/25, for repair it was Mechanically sound and functioning correctly. I was driving it daily with no issues. The day I was to pick it up, 7/8/25, The sales person and I looked at the repairs they made due to being rear ended about 6 weeks prior. After settling the bill. I got in to drive away and the car stalled and died as soon as I took My foot off the accelerator. I struggled to get it to start again, drove a very short distance and again it stalled and died when I took my foot off the accelerator. I was less than a 1/8 of a mile from the parking lot. I limped the vehicle back into Gerber parking lot and talked with the sales rep managing my claim. They said "we can run a code scan but we are not a mechanic." The sale rep had trouble getting it started to drive it into the garage for diagnostic scan. The Diagnostic scan was performed, they said they would need to tow it to a Mechanic for further diagnosis. Some where in the process of the repairs performed something happened so that the vehicle will not function mechanically. Gerber says they are not responsible for that. Long story, short, it's 7/18/25 and I still don't have a vehicle returned functioning properly. When I take a vehicle to have repairs made I expect to get the vehicle back functioning in the same manner, hopefully in better condition than the way it was taken to the place to have repairs made. Lesson learned: Test drive the vehicle Prior to paying the final bill.
