Once I had signed up, their app/site wasn't showing the special pricing. So, I emailed them...they fixed the issue pretty quick and everything was fine. A while later I decided to drop down to a smaller package. I had to email them....no response or anything back. They did it and all was fine for a few months. Then out of the blue, I'm getting charged the larger package 2 month in a row. I didn't email them on the first large payment, hoping they would've noticed. They didn't, and on the 2nd larger payment, I've emailed them to cancel my subscription. We will see if they refund me and cancel everything. My issue is the whole no response part. I have had more problems with the car than before the motor went out. I'm not sure what they did but I know it wasn't quality work, it runs out of oil so fast now after an oil change and just sounds horrific ever since. I even called them and told them it was acting funny, so I figured they would look into it since I had a so called warranty on the work. Not to mention I'm missing bolts that I know were there before and even told them that. Took my car back up there before warranty ran out and all they did was an oil change instead of trying to fix the problem, and still missing bolts like they didn't even listen to me when I told them. Still having massive problems with rebuilt motor but I'm just supposed to deal with it I guess. I know it was just a rebuild but I feel like I should have gotten better service for$3600. What a waste of money, will never go back here again. Just when you think you can trust someone they make your car worse than it was originally and not trying to make it right at all. Would 100% not take your car here they will get over on you and then there is nothing you can do about it apparently. So disappointed in the quality and now I'm out of a car after only a year. Wow!!
