I needed a windshield replaced and Auto glass now was the best price with the quickest turn around…read moreand little interruption to my day. They booked my appointment for the next day. No mobile install fee. Martin was my installer and his customer service was superb! He called prior to arriving to confirm the address and provide an arrival time. Once on site he did a side by side walk through assessment of the current damage, let me know next steps regarding the repair and time it would take to complete, and assured me the job would be done correctly. My windshield looks excellent! Correct size, quality glass (not that thin, weak stuff made inhouse by a big box glass retailer), no glue residue inside or out, VIN number perfectly aligned, all curves and angles flush. Wow, looks better than new! Martin's customer service, industry expertise, and commitment to quality paired with great pricing and a smooth process from end to end will make Auto Glass Now a top referral and consistent choice for me.

At 5:00 p.m., I called and was told that they were closed. I then scheduled the appointment for today, 5/14 and was told that the crack had run so it could not be repaired. Although I showed the tech a picture from yesterday with no run. Safelite said there was nothing they could do and offered me a pair of windshield wipers. Worst customer service ever. They continued to make excuses for guy that didn't show up yesterday. Tiana needs to take a course on what good customer service is.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business! It's rare in 2022 to be thoroughly…read moreimpressed by a business and all of the people who run it, but I AM! First off, they're family owned and have been in business for over 50 years... so they definitely know what they're doing! They said they could get me in that same day to replace my windshield on my 2008 Escape- but I was the one who couldn't make it until the next week. My mom and I got there and they had cars and trucks lined up left and right. I thought, "Uh oh, we'll be here a while." NOT AT ALL! We came into the office where the lady who greeted us who was multitasking in so many ways but not too much to pleasantly get us checked in and tell the dog to quit barking -they have a dog behind the desk btw which I thought was awesome because it's a bull terrier. We sat in their very clean waiting area decorated in red and black, with every kind of magazine you could imagine and watched about 25 minutes of the World Cup. We were really getting into the game and "Hello dear, your car is ready!" "What? I thought it would take an hour?!" They did a spectacular job and went above and beyond by reattaching our compass with glue (the car came with it taped up there!) The gentleman who worked on it explained what they did and how long of a warranty we have. I paid half of what the other windshield replacement people wanted! I have recommended them to everyone since then and will keep recommending them as long as they are in business! Btw, I come from a family of mechanics and work on everything on my cars on my own- except for windows. I'm glad I have someone that I can count on for those now!

Michael is the exact opposite of the nightmare I had just gone through. Michael is professional, easy to communicate with, he does what he says he's going to do and then some, he shows up every day and works a full day, not just 2-3 hours once every couple of weeks. If there is an issue, he communicates efficiently and effectively offering options to solve the problem immediately. He's honest about what he can and can't do instead of just taking your money & telling you what you want to hear. But most of all, he's meticulous and takes pride in his work, taking the time to do the job right while sticking to the schedule as much as possible. I can't recommend Michael enough, especially if you're putting off projects due to negative past experiences with other contractors. You will know he is different as soon as he tells you how he runs his business. I slept better than I had in 4 months the day I accepted his bid which was very fair. And his workers, including Matt (the floor guy) do excellent work as well. I look forward to working with both in the future.
