My usually guys are really backed up so I called premier as an alternative. Premier has worked on 4 houses of mine in the last 6 months. Communication with this company is horrible and "the customer is right" doesn't imply with premier. I have a commercial building in Oak Grove that I'm still waiting on a roof replacement bid. I've reached out to them 4 different times with 4 no call no shows. I recently had their Gutter install walk off the job claiming I needed to have facia replace before he could put on the gutters. Then told premier I canceled not the other way around. Ever other gutter company I've worked with would have replaced the damage and finished the job same day. I'm holding I get my money back. Yes... with premier you have to put half down before they show up. Not the case with most companies. My experience with this company is been really shaky. Tyson is a really nice guy that just doesn't follow though with his promises. Even for a customer that has paid for 62 gutter jobs in the last 5 years. I could only imagine what they would be like for just a "fix my house, my only house" type of customer.

They decided to wait and repair everything at one time when the new shutters came in. There were some ordering issues with the shutters so the job was delayed to the point I was discouraged and decided to move on to another company. After expressing my dissatisfaction, Ben agreed to come out and replace the missing shingles a few days later. I was very concerned with the lack of communication, but really wanted the roof repaired. Updated: Here we are almost 2 months later. My old shutters were removed by Ben so he could take them into the shop and have the correct size ordered. I haven't heard back from them, so I will look at ordering some new shutters from someone else. My roof also leaked from the storm we had on the 4th of July weekend. It could be from new damage, although the storm wasn't very strong. It could also be water damage from leakage when it took over a month to get a few shingles replaced or from shoddy replacement. Regardless, I am going to seek out a professional roofing company to make the new repairs.

They kept messing up the base trim around the house. They had to keep coming out to "fix" their issues, but eventually my GC called out his Handy Man to tear out sections and replace it. Such simple things that I could have done myself better, and now I'm stuck living with this on a brand new build out. Avoid them if at all possible, I would never call them for even something simple. They came out to install some barn door guides and even split the trim and just left, again my GC had another guy come out and clean up their mess. On top of that, my basement smelled like an ashtray for a few hours after one of their guys left. It was impressive just how bad of a job their guys did, they clearly knew they were doing crap work and just left, I guess hoping no one would notice.

First of all, most places either do auto glass or window replacements or installation, not repair glass. That left me with only a few choices. I called all of the ones that did repair glasses on windows and this came in at the cheapest and fast. It was only $20 to replace the glass on the window as opposed to $247 and $150 at other places I called. Granted, when you come here, it's a very unassuming place but it's in an industrial block so I wasn't expecting much. I assume that keeps the overhead cost way down which is a benefit for customers like me. I can't wait to get my window back and come back to get other windows replaced since it's affordable.

They took care to measure the glass for a custom cut and even put a plastic adhesive sheet over the shattered glass to keep it from falling out. They gave me a reasonable quote right away and ordered my custom glass. When the glass arrived, they called me to schedule the install. They were on time and took every caution to remove the broken glass and install the new glass. I am beyond pleased with the service, the price and the results! I highly recommend this company!
