Acquired an old greenhouse that had tempered glass panes. A few had been broken during its time…read morestanding. I called around and got some estimates for three panes of glass. Two were the same size and the third was less then half of that. I was told that it would take at least a week to make. Some of the prices given seemed rather extreme to me. The price that Santa Fe gave me was almost half of that cost. I asked how long it would take to get and was told possibly by the end of the business week. The order went in on Tuesday morning and they called me Thursday to say the glass was in. I picked it up and the panels fit perfectly and made the greenhouse look great. Will keep them in mind for future work and noticed that they make custom screens as well! Very satisfied with the whole overall experience and will recommend to others and keep their information for myself.

When I asked if my heat was working before I picked it up, they told me they didn't have time to fix it. I was really hoping they'd do the right thing, but nope. They will always blame something broken on parts on your vehicle, it shows on the other reviews. It's obvious they don't care about making sure things are done right. It felt very much like they just wanted to get my vehicle in and out without taking responsibility for their work. Tons of excuses. There were other issues as well that I'm not even going to get in to. On top of it all, they also charged me $1,000 more than what I was originally quoted, plus the detail is the worst I've ever seen.
