Acquired an old greenhouse that had tempered glass panes. A few had been broken during its time…read morestanding. I called around and got some estimates for three panes of glass. Two were the same size and the third was less then half of that. I was told that it would take at least a week to make. Some of the prices given seemed rather extreme to me. The price that Santa Fe gave me was almost half of that cost. I asked how long it would take to get and was told possibly by the end of the business week. The order went in on Tuesday morning and they called me Thursday to say the glass was in. I picked it up and the panels fit perfectly and made the greenhouse look great. Will keep them in mind for future work and noticed that they make custom screens as well! Very satisfied with the whole overall experience and will recommend to others and keep their information for myself.

This leads me to believe they don't care about customer satisfaction enough to check their reviews to notice the outdated information. I never worked so hard to get someone to take my money. No return phone calls 3 non return calls just to get an appointment and 2 no return calls when they didn't fix the initial reason I scheduled an appointment. I went there for a kill switch warranty replacement because the Brand Company listed them as "Certified Pro Installer". Once I got an appointment and my device replaced the installer could not tell me if the defective unit problem was due to connection, installation or something else. He informed me he never installed these devices so he couldn't tell me if it was done correctly or not. I asked if this would fix the communication problem with the cell phone app and he said he had no idea. He thought it had something to do with AT&T or T-Mobile but he was not sure. Mind you the primary problem was the device was not communicating with my app and we were trying to ascertain where exactly the connection problem was, and at no time did he log into my phone and check the new device communication he just replace the device and that was it. He said I could call back tomorrow and ask someone else. I'm still wondering where the "Certified Pro Technician " was, they said was there. So low and behold when I got home and paired the device with the app it didn't work. Same communication problem. Called KC Tint back and they said they would call technical support and get back with me.. Day and a half later I had to call them. Their explanation was they were busy and were unable to call technical assistance. I informed them I was on a tight schedule as well and the courteous thing to do would've been to give me a call that it would be longer that expected or just declined the work so I could seek other options . I don't think they-care what kind of impression they were leaving and I hope that does not translate to bigger high dollar jobs. I would be very cautious delivering your vehicle to this place unless you have the patience for this kind of customer service and lack of professional integrity in their work. End of story. I cancelled my credit card payment.

The first time I didn't say anything, because it really could've just been an old part. So, I paid Goodyear $700 on a Friday to have the heat fixed for the second time. Drove it back up to KC TW that Sunday blasting the heat and dropped it off to finish the work. When I got the vehicle back today the heat is broken for the SECOND time after being in their shop! When I asked if my heat was working before I picked it up, they told me they didn't have time to fix it. I was really hoping they'd do the right thing, but nope. They will always blame something broken on parts on your vehicle, it shows on the other reviews. It's obvious they don't care about making sure things are done right. It felt very much like they just wanted to get my vehicle in and out without taking responsibility for their work. Tons of excuses. There were other issues as well that I'm not even going to get in to. On top of it all, they also charged me $1,000 more than what I was originally quoted, plus the detail is the worst I've ever seen. I paid $350 for a "detail", and just picking it up there are crumbs everywhere, no carpet shampoo. Just not good at all. Will never be able to recommend them, unfortunately. Bad experience. UPDATE: I hired this company after they came to my home, evaluated the project, provided a quote, and accepted my deposit. We scheduled the installation for Saturday and it was to take approximately 4 hours to complete. The technician never arrived. What was most frustrating wasn't just the missed appointment--it was the complete lack of communication throughout the day. I contacted the company multiple times Saturday by both phone and text, asking for an ETA. I was initially told by phone the technician would arrive around 10:00 a.m., but 10:00 came and went with no technician and no update. By early afternoon, after waiting for hours, I requested my deposit back because it was clear no one was coming. Later that afternoon, I reposted the job on Thumbtack to find someone else. Ironically, this same company responded expressing interest in bidding the project again. I replied that they had already been hired once and failed to show up. That message also went unanswered. It wasn't until after I posted reviews that I finally received an apology. I was told the technician had been given the wrong phone number and had unsuccessfully tried to call and text me. I can't verify what happened on their end, but I can say that I never received any calls or text messages from them that day, despite repeatedly reaching out myself. More importantly, I had contacted the company at least three times during the day asking when the technician would arrive. If they truly believed the technician had been unable to reach me, that would have been the perfect opportunity to tell me. Instead, no one mentioned any difficulty contacting me until after I had posted my reviews later that evening. I understand that honest mistakes happen. A wrong phone number is a mistake. What turned this into a one-star experience was the lack of proactive communication. If the company had contacted me promptly, explained the situation, and rescheduled, this review would likely be very different. Instead, I spent an entire day waiting, repeatedly asking for updates, and only received an explanation after leaving public reviews. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
