Lots of machines available. Some waiting when it gets really busy (like saturday afternoons). Staff keeps cleaning all day so it looks kept up. Plenty of room for folding. My only critique is when customers keep hogging the laundry carts even when they aren't using them. read more

Tried to use my card to get more quarters to pay for the rest of my wash (sign said they accept it), then one of the staff rudely told me that it either wasn't working or they don't do cash back?? I couldn't get my quarters that I used back from the machine, and my house was too far to get cash and make it back without risking my clothes. read more

Compared to how it was kept and how there was always someone there walking round to clean & make sure things were up to par, there are machines not working. Many. And it is messy inside now. DEFF needs the girl that was there before. She was always doing something to keep the place clean and working. read more

Very clean and spacious laundry facility. A large variety of different sized washers and plenty of them. There is always someone on site cleaning, and available if you need help with getting change. They also have snacks and beverages for sale inside the office. The bathroom on site is kept pretty clean, and has been available all but one time. I'm happy to find such a nice space to do my washing and drying. I don't recommend coming "after work" as it was super busy and we had to wait for a washer and dryer both. read more

I go to The Laundry Room in Lompoc CA. 304 W Ocean Ave Lompoc, CA. Mostly things are great but recently thing have been not so great. The laundry room has become a homeless day center. They come in and take over the folding counters with junk to charge there phones for free, Blocking the front door with bikes. They are not doing laundry. They are taking up space and a nuisance. They are UN-bathed dirty and smell. If you complain to staff it dos nothing because everyone that works there dos not have the minimum grasp of the English language. The Laundry Room is compromised by homeless Zombies and I will take my business elsewhere if management dos not correct this issue. read more

Our washing machine broke, and we needed to wash a few loads so we headed to the "new" laundry mat in Lompoc. This place is sketchy, smelly, dirty, and disgusting. I wouldn't wash my dog's bed in this place. First, the change machines do not work and it's almost impossible to find someone to help you because the employees hide in the back. Then, I opened one of the washing machines and there was an overwhelming odor of mildew and vomit. You could also see brown crust on the edges of the machines they haven't been cleaned, probably ever. The rank smell of cheap detergent couldn't even cover up that smell. I almost threw up. So we packed up our clothes and drove the Buellton. Another sad/disgusting observation was all of the trash and empty beer bottles in the green area surrounding the parking lot. Absolutely disgusting and horrifying. This place is revolting at best. I am so angry and sad about what's happening in Lompoc and this is a perfect example of how little pride and respect Lompocians have for what used to be a very cute little town. I wish I'd taken photos, because it's hard to believe anyone is okay with this BS. read more

No contact info anywhere. No phone, no email, nothing. On Friday Dec.20th your employee showed 45 minutes late, no apologies, nothing. Freezing customers waiting and many gave up and left. The next Thursday, she opened and went and sat in a car talking for half an hour. Nice, relatively clean place but she is terrible. read more

I only used the laundry service. I was very disappointed when clothes I dropped off were missing when we picked up our clothes. Apparently kids switched the label on the machines so we had someone else's clothes. When inquiring we were told the other customer would bring our clothes back. That was a month ago and we are still waiting for our clothes. We found a new place that has much better service and they don't lose our clothes. It's called The Soap Spot can't say enough good things about them. read more

I been coming to this laundry mat since it opened and I absolutely love it. But there's one lady that works there that needs to go. She starts cleaning by 830 and won't let us use half of the dryers because she's getting ready to go home and we need to be out by 940?????? Regardless if our clothes are wet. She's extremely rude to everyone and this has been my third bad experience with her here. Mind you if I knew she was working the days I come I would DEFINITELY not come when she's here. read more

I just moved here from out of state in this laundry mat it's probably one of the most cleanest their washers and dryer's are very high-quality I enjoy being there they have a little snack area which my kids love very much everything is very sanitary my favorite is definitely the dryers these are the best dryers I've ever used in my entire life highly recommend to all moms out there!! read more

This place is In a good location. The laundry room is dirty with fabric sheets on the floor. The bathrooms are not kept up to pare. They were out of paper towels and toilet paper. When I told on of the employees about it she didn't seem to care. Ten min later she came out and cleaned and stocked the bathroom. Another issue I came across is where the parents let their kids run around the place yelling and screaming like its a play ground. read more

Great machines for the most part, but WORST staff. One of the machines took $3 and then stopped accepting my quarters. I rung the doorbell on the office for help and no one answered. I figured she was on break so I thought I'd switch my load over to a new machine and tell her when she came out. Big mistake. Even though she could clearly see that I had given the machine $3/$5, she said she was unauthorized to give me any money because management would have to review the security footage in the morning and call me. I said "All that isn't even worth my $3, don't even worry about it". They definitely need a new system for situations like this. The dryers are really fast though... read more

I dont have a problem with the place itself. However, the customer service from one particular lady is absolutely horrible. I dont know her name but she is usually there in the evenings. She is hispanic, heavy set, mid forties, and her hair is dyed a grayish/silver color. She is so rude to the customers and gives us dirty looks when we walk over her wet floor. Another customer got really upset with her because she mops at inappropriate times when its super busy and expects people not to walk on her wet floor. I dont feel comfortable when she is there and most likely will not come in again if she is there. Its a great laudry room but to me customer service is a priority and this place lacks that with this lady. She really needs to go. read more

The only place I like to do laundry. The most friendly staff. All the workers are welcoming and helpful. The facility is clean and spacious with more than enough machines to use and its open late. ( great for slackers like me ) If there was a sixth star they would have it. read more

I don't have much to compare this laundromat to but this place was clean, well lit and in a good looking building. The washers and driers were newer, clean, well maintained and worked quickly plus they had good channels on tv - nothing to complain about it! I'll be back to wash comforters that my regular washer can't handle! read more

Laundromat itself is nice but they have 1 attendant who is rude and complained that we got there late, it was 7:30pm. Actually asked me why we came in late. Then while we we're folding our clothes she came over to let me know we couldn't start anymore loads. We we're trying to finish up. If it was only 1 time I'd let it go but it's a continuous problem with her. If you're job is custom service being polite is part of your job. read more

I will admit my standards were a bit higher because I had been going to an amazing laundromat in Santa Maria that has free dryers, 3 to 4 attendants cleaning and there to help at all times. Then I come here. The machines are clean. There apparently is an attendant who I think maybe in the office that has a curtain over the window and door closed. I see people walking and knocking. But the attendant has not come out to clean, check on customers or machines. The facility has a good amount of folding space, not enough seating and no vending. I was told I could walk up a couple blocks to a market by one of the people here. All the televisions work and on different shows to accommodate different people which is nice. Everyone here as customers have been really nice and courteous. The facility itself is nice and airy. I have not used the restrooms to give a review on, but if I've been here over an hour and no attendant has come out. I'm guessing restroom may be around the same lines of a gas station, hit or miss. **update at about 1hr and 30mins since I have been here and attendant came out did a circuit. Did not pick up a thing, sweep up the many fabric sheets and went back in office. Not sure of this persons function here read more

Great facility! Clean, great machines, and enough washers and dryers for an army. I was there on a Sunday at 12:30pm and there were a lot of people but plenary of machines! The attendant I spoke with was very friendly, a recent transplant from Virginia. Highly recommend! read more

Been using this place for laundry for a few weeks now. Today I started a load and then left to grab something from the store. I got back 30 min later and the power was out at the laundry room. My cloths were wet, and I was unsure if my cloths even finished the cycle. The owner was very rude to us about how the power was out for the city and wanted to blame the city. It was obvious the business around still had power since they had lite signs in the window. The way the owner acted tward me was not good business practice and I will not return due to the lack of respect from that lady. read more

The attendant on duty this evening (5/17/18) was extremely rude and seemed annoyed that I was a paying customer at 7:30PM. First, she got mad when I asked her to leave the chair I was sitting in by responding with, 'I'm trying to clean!' I don't care if you're trying to clean, its 2.5 hrs until closing and I'm not going to stand while I wait on my laundry. If that wasnt bad enough she felt it necessary to mop the floor around me, hitting my feet in the process. The last thing I wanted tonight was to come to the laundromat to feel unwelcome and leave with dirty mop water feet. read more
