I was yelled at by a short angry woman with glasses for rearranging a chair in the front of the store to avoid the sun. She would then pop out from the back periodically and follow me around for no reason. The kicker is while I was sitting in the back of waiting for my clothes to dry, she bumped me with the dry mop, and sarcastically said "excuse me" while sighing and shaking her head. This lady clearly needs to work in the back or something away from the general public. I've never met anyone as bitter and miserable as her in my entire life.

I went in with my girlfriend to wash a few clothes,we go here because its not as crowded theres always an employee there keeping it clean as we got a cart we commented to eachother on how we got here at the best time because no one was hardly there about 3 other people we found several washers free so we used the first one on second isle near vending machine kids area we then put empty cart back and went to our car to wait for our clothes (everyone does this) which we parked in front of business to wait theres a huge window where you could keep an eye on youre stuff and you can see everything both inside and from out. We still had plenty time in our machine so we went to get a pizza from dominos a couple business down same shopping center. When we return we come to find all our clean clothes still wet soappy thrown inside one of the carts (you know how gross and filled with germs to toss clothes blankets that are clean to a dirty cart used to put dirty clothes in first) inbetween vending machine and a table my girlfriend saw this first and came to tell me when i was getting the bag for our clean clothes to put in. When i turn around i saw an older man giggling and rushing out the door frantically and getting in his car and leaving like there was a fire behind him didnt think much bout it but i saw why when she showed me what happened hes the reason why all our clothes were out the machine.(hes lucky i didnt catch him) As she gathered our prewashed clothes (they couldve taken it out before the timer was done because our clothes were still soapyreally wet ) i was looking for the laundromat employee to tell her why our clothes were taken out without our permission and why another persons stuff was in the washer (the guy left in a hurry he left a load of clothes unattended on top of washer ) now i asked her in spanish who did this and her response was that ".she has a right to take other peoples clothes out of the machine because someone had to use the machine and no other machine was available."(lies 3 people using a whole laundromat or how bout my girlfriend opening the washer next to hers its all in the surveillance cameras they got everywhere) "she told me you have to be physically in front of machine while youre clothes wash or she has a right to invade youre privacy" she said" there is a sign out in front saying i can take youre clothes if you are not in front of washer during cycle you have to be present( really tho how many people wait in there car while cycle finishes )she then got rude and loud in front of two other customers there continued to get loud in spanish trying to convince me that this sign is outside she must of tought i didnt know any english because the sign clearly says just the hours of business i told her shes a liar and has no right to do what she did i asked for her name and i wanted to get her supervisor or owners number immediately.She refused She snickered pinche negritos which translates to "F****** BLACK PEOPLE." which she tought i didnt hear her say when i confronted her to tell her can you repeat that she got loud again trying to convince me theres a sign for all her lies she told me she was on the phone with her supervisor saying in spanish i just want to be the first one to call to let you know that this is why i took the clothes out at one point i mention wheres the sign that says you have the right to take someone eles property out the machines or the sign that says you have to be physically standing in front of machine or be subject to having youre personal clothing items touched by the laundromat employee not one sign says that the sign which is inside thats so clear and visible to see has a white background big blue bold lettering says nothing of what she told us for her actions she took upon herself to do "i blurred out you are going to loose youre job who talks to people this way let alone customers we been coming here for years and this never has happened the other employees are friendly and helpfull i hope youre management sees how youre acting what happened next was unbelievable she started laughing at us and being childish about it making faces like a kid with tantrum even another customer saw her actihb this way as an adult let alone an employee representing youre business terrible work ethic not to mention her bias ways on other ethnicity i tried calling the owners but no number works for this business 1805 736-4567 is not a working # 18054308170 is listed as their number but after various attempts no one answers and no leave a message part just says enter pin.I contacted better business bureu in town and ventura county but with no luckwho dosent have a working #to a business thats been here some time?. One worked perfectly fine, on the second washer, it wasn't working after it took our quarters we called the service number stated they would send someone and call us back. We moved our clothing to another washer, again $4. Everything was working, until it started making a noise and smoking up. We called the emergency line and removed our clothing, once again. Our clothes was burnt from the bottom, stained horrible, had to be thrown away. We called and requested immediate service as the laundry mat was smoking and didn't know if we should call 911 for that or wait. Nearly called two more times after that in the span of an hour, there was no service whatsoever and have asked about a refund and haven't gotten a response, just a "we will call you back with accommodation later". I am deeply upset, as i am 36 weeks pregnant and came to wash my clothes and lost money and clothes. I wouldn't recommend this place, as no resolution or urgency was done especially with the hazard of it smoking up.
