The workers even acknowledged the funkier smell and has no explanation. I always use the 8 loader for about 4 loads of clothes to insure it's not being over filled. I use two cups of OxiCleanMaxx detergent. I think it's time to find a new place to go until they fix this issue . Don't waste your time or money unless you're okay with this .

State of the art machines they take credit and debit cards, free coffee what use to take all day took a fraction of my morning....Monica took care of me as if she was a friend or family member helping me out with everything her customer service skills were phenomenal and awesome I wish more people could be like her ..... overall this was by far the best experience and service I have had in years. I came in to use the bigger machines as I was doing bedding and my home machine was acting up. This was the most negative experience that I have had at a business in a really long time. The cleaner guy was just leaving so the floors and countertops looked clean. Looking for a big washer the cleaner said the three by the front door don't work as he headed out the door. I found big washers in the back and loaded the clothes in, put in the soap, put in the $7.00, pressed water temperature and start and nothing happened. . Ok take everything out and loaded into another big washer and freaking guess what? Does not work, that's $14.00 figuratively speaking down the drain and there is no attendant present to give me back my money. Ok, now I give up on the big washing machines and break down the loads to fit that size machine which cost 4.00 per wash. Of the smaller machines I tried to use, three of the five worked now I have just spent $22.00 on washers that don't work and they're are no out of order signs on any machines in the whole place and no phone number for who to call to get your money back or to complain to . WAIT IT GETS BETTER. Ok now I am out of the quarters I brought and have to trust that the change machines work, one did and one did not . Ok clothes are now washing for the moment at least, off to Starbucks in the plaza for a needed coffee. Back sitting in the laundromat and thinking I will soon have to choose four dryers to use!!!! Panic sets in. I picked the 2nd, 3rd and 4th on top by the door, the first one had an out of order sign inside it lol not taped over the money slot??? ANYWAY I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN, and while I was waiting there I told three other people coming in to use the facilities and when I told them of my experience they turned around and walked out. So if you want to take a chance and hope that the machines you chose work then I wish you luck but I will never support this business ever again. If I could give negative review this would be a negative five. I hope the owner uses the money that he is making off of all the broken machines and buys new ones or he will have no one coming in to use his business. Also a means posted telling customers how to get their money back from the broken machines. Beware

Two times ago, my clothes weren't ready by the time they had specified, & it isn't like they're right down the street from my house. When I don't receive a text, I check the link they've texted me after drop off & it always says they haven't started on my clothes yet. It isn't until I call the store to ask about the status, that I can confirm whether my clothes have been completed. They still do an excellent job overall & the prices are fair, but the lack of communication & reliability is becoming a bit frustrating.

My wedding dress cost about $100 for dry cleaning and preservation in a nice keepsake box. My husband's barong Tagalog cost $19 to dry clean and his undershirt for the barong cost $6.99. We opted for pick up and delivery to our home. Service was friendly and our clothes came back in great condition. I went in store to pay for my order since my card wasn't working for the online payment. I was able to speak with one of the owners, Cleo, who was very kind and you could tell he is passionate about his business. Parking was easy and the inside of the laundromat was clean. The only I issue I had was that the delivery date for my dress was incorrect. I waited at home from 8 AM to 12 PM (the estimated timeframe of delivery) the day our laundry was supposed to be delivered and ended up calling the store to inquire where it was. I think the company can improve by giving a more accurate delivery date for special items like wedding dresses or update the customer via text or phone call if the expected delivery date has changed. Thankfully, my husband was able to be home on the new delivery date to receive our clothes. That being said, I still had an overall great experience with Fresh Laundries due to the friendly service, ease of booking the dry cleaning service, fair price, and the outcome of the dry cleaning.
