I stopped by Eko's Bar & Grill for dinner recently and took a seat at the bar which actually has a few hightop tables & chairs at the bar. The Roku TVs were not showing live TV, so I had to watch my football game on my phone as I was deciding on food. I requested an ice water and placed an order for the Seafood Chicharron ($18.99 plus tax) and the EKO's Veggie Burger ($14.99 plus tax) with fries. However, my food order took a long time to come out, 40 minutes to come out for both the starter and entree at the same time. The Seafood Chicharron plate had a sampling of fried seafood & onion rings including calamari, shrimp, and salty fish filet, served with a dijon mustard dipping sauce. The Veggie Burger was very thick & heavy, which was comprised of a thick soft lentil & sweet potato patty with lettuce, tomato, & yellow sauce on a soft bun. The salted fries were hot & crispy.
