I requested classic extensions explaining that my lashes were thin. What I got were hybrid which were three lashes on one of mine (much easier and faster to put on). What happened is my lashes FELL OUT along with the extensions. Half of them were gone within a week. I called to complain and cancel any further touch ups that I had signed up for (and their "club" which was supposed to save me money). I had already paid for the original service. They didn't offer a refund but tried to get me to come in and get new ones put on. Since my lashes WERE MOSTLY GONE NOW there was nothing to glue more extensions to. They also refused to cancel the "club" saying I needed to give them a FULL 30 day notice!! They tried to bill me for the follow up service (that I never got) but my bank stopped them. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. No wonder it was empty. read more

Not satisfied at all. LUCKILY I only paid 50 dollars for a promo they had. If I paid more I wouldnt leave just a review. I went yesterday at 3:15 appointment and that was all good. She had me sign a waiver etc with questions stating about my eyes the usual. But my LASHES. Not so good and a lot of lashes fell. Not filled in. I wanted more filling than length and literally did the EXACT opposite of what I wanted. We did hybrid and I showed her the picture to make sure that style was hybrid. We did hybrid with mink lashes. I tried to call in to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady was rude to start made me repeat myself three times when I told her right away I needed my eyebrows threaded. She then proceeded to tell me they can't take walk ins and it's by appointment only and they are fully booked & that I can't make appointments over the phone. Mind you . They had just opened at 9am and it was 9:26 am . Hard to believe they were fully booked for the morning. I was looking for a shop that's quick and easy before work. This is definitely not an option if you have stuff to do and in a hurry. I tried to quickly do it online while in the area but just to make an appointment, you have to create some sort of account on their website which takes 5 minutes alone so you're better off driving down the road to another location that actually accepts walk ins instead of dealing with all the hassle. Anyway I just am super glad i called before and I didn't show up just to get sent away!!!!! read more

I went to lash lounge to get my first set of eyelashes. The woman was very annoyed with me because apparently I couldn't relax my eyes enough. The entire time I laid there listening to her make noises and express her frustration with me. It was truly an awful experience. The more upset she got I'm guessing my "eyes" got less relaxed. She didn't take the time to explain anything to me and was when she was done gave me little to no advice. If you like rudeness, this is definitely the place to go. All I have to say is shame on her, she lost a potential loyal client. read more
