The receptionist didn't make any calls to indicate they actually tried hard to find someone else. They advertise walk-ins so this was very disappointing seeing as I had an appointment, and have a health issue that prohibits me from driving so I had to take a day off of work, work out a ride, and have an event tomorrow which is why I made my appt for that day/time. On top of that, I was not offered parking validation (which they normally do), so I ended up paying for no services provided.

It is located less than a block from Lancaster General Hospital. I walked in with a few ideas and Bobbi took the time to listen to me and help me figure out exactly what I wanted and needed done.
