They have a great polish selection clean chairs and tools (they keep your suppliles in a box with your name so that the tools are only used for you), and bathroom. They serve lovely refreshments to keep you happy while soaking your feet. The cost is in line with other providers, but the service is extra special. My almost 80 year old mother went with me just to watch. She has never had a pedicure despite my constant urging. After she saw how well my pedicure went, she too got up in the chair and had her very first pedicure then manicure. The polish lasted a long time on both of us, but nearly a month on my mom. Thanks for giving us a first-time mother daughter treat and making my mom feel so comfortable about the services. We will return.

Was told to wear gloves...,the only things I did was shower, sleep, get undressed/dressed, drive my car and take a Pilates class. They offered to redo my nails but why if they will just chip again later today or tomorrow. Absolutely the WORST nail salon & now I understand why there is never anyone there. I did end up waiting a while due to there only being 2 people working in the shop and me being a walk-in, but they were so friendly and apologetic I honestly didn't even mind waiting. They took their time on the clients they had but also worked efficiently, which I would have wanted if it had been me. And they didn't turn me away even though they had to stay open almost an hour later than their posted hours to complete my manicure. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and even gave me some advice on nail care. My nails turned out great. Also I was happy to see that they allow you to add a tip on your card, unlike most other nail salons that require a cash tip. My new nail spot!

I called a place with a good rating only to discover they didn't have an opening till May. So scrolling throught the other choices I remembered seeing this place so I though I would give them a try. When I entered, I was greeted by a very friendly woman, the place is small and clean, nothing fancy. I asked for a pedicure, with really hot water. She ran the water it was excellent , her husband gave me the pedicure and massage, he did a great job. Didnt cut my nails to short, did an excellent job with the painting of my nails. And we had very nice conversation. When I finished my pedicure I asked if they had time to redo my gel nails. Sure no problem, again the gentleman did a great job and was super nice. So as long as I am in town this is going to be my place, and taking my husband with me next time. If you live here you should be patronizing this business.

I called last minute for a Sat appointment and they accommodated my needs. When I went it was busy but they were efficiently keeping up with the appointments and the walk ins. I typically get gel but went with a regular polish manicure one time and it lasted for a full week without chipping! The pedicures are relaxing and very well done. Even when they're busy they don't skip steps or rush through it. I'm always greeted politely right away. Their prices are super affordable. And they also offer complimentary beverages ranging from water to a mimosas! Talk about great service! I can't recommend them enough. If you want a great nail salon go here!!

I went in this past weekend to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, the…read moreexperience left me extremely disappointed and, ultimately, in tears. I started with a pedicure. I did not choose the basic pedicure, yet the service felt very rushed and incomplete. The sides of my toes were not cleaned properly, including the areas where sock lint had collected. I had also decided that I wanted the same brown color on my hands and feet, along with a design on both. When it was time for my manicure, I realized the same person who had done my pedicure would be doing my nails. I decided against tips and explained that I wanted my usual builder gel and polish. There was a significant language barrier, and I had difficulty understanding much of what she was saying. I was ultimately talked into a jelly gel color instead of the brown color I had originally wanted to match my toes. When I left, I was extremely unhappy with the finished nails. The design and overall application were not what I had expected, especially considering that I was paying for this as a special treat for myself. I have attached a picture of the initial final product. A friend of mine who knows the owner, Cindy, contacted her and explained how unhappy I was. Cindy told me to come back and said they would fix my nails. I returned around 3:45 PM on Monday, and Cindy directed me to sit at station #4. Unfortunately, the experience when I returned was even more upsetting. The technician- Mai Pham immediately became argumentative with me about the color. She told me I had to keep the jelly color and that if I wanted the same brown color that was on my toes, I would have to pay an additional $15 for a color change. I tried to explain that the jelly color was not what I had originally wanted. I had initially requested the same brown color that was already on my toes. She eventually agreed to change the color but told me there would be no design. During the interaction, she also told me that she didn't do my nails originally, that I should have said something while I was there Saturday, and that she "doesn't like cleaning up after someone else." She then explained that they work on commission and that someone had to pay her and that it would be her boss. At that point, I was so uncomfortable that I began silently crying. I told her that the way she was speaking to me was making me feel like an idiot. She continued speaking in her language to the other employees while I was sitting there, which made me feel even more uncomfortable and isolated. I want to be clear: I understand that mistakes happen. I also understand that employees work on commission and that correcting another technician's work may be frustrating. But none of that should result in a customer being made to feel embarrassed, belittled, or unwelcome--especially when the owner herself had invited me back to have the service corrected. Despite everything, I still tipped the technician through Venmo because I always tip for service. When I was getting ready to leave, she put the cash equivalent of my tip on the table and told me she didn't want my money. I left the money on the table and walked out. I left in tears over something that was supposed to be a simple treat for myself. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been coming here regularly for pedicures. This was not my first visit, and I had previously considered this a place I could return to and enjoy. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled has completely changed my impression of the business. I am not writing this review because I expect perfection. I am writing it because the quality of the service was disappointing, and more importantly, the way I was treated when I returned to address my concerns was extremely upsetting. Customers should be able to voice a concern and have it addressed respectfully without being made to feel like a problem. Unfortunately, this experience left a terrible impression on me, and I will not be returning.

One thing that initially attracted me to this salon was the convenience of online booking, so I scheduled a pedicure and fill with Anna. When I arrived, I was informed that Anna was sick and was asked if I would be comfortable seeing another technician. I agreed and was paired with Kim, which turned out to be a great experience. Kim was incredibly thorough and attentive throughout the appointment. Whenever I requested a little more filing or a shorter nail length, she was gracious and happy to make adjustments. She took great care with both my manicure and pedicure, and I honestly don't think my nails have ever been painted so neatly and precisely. The finished result looked very professional. The only drawback for me was the length of the appointment, which lasted a little over two hours. After a full workday, that was a bit longer than I had anticipated. However, it was clear that much of that time was due to Kim's attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work. While I plan to return to my regular technician once she's available again, Kim definitely left a positive impression on me. She was skilled, kind, and genuinely attentive. The salon itself could use some updating, but the staff was welcoming, there was a great selection of colors, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit.

On several occasions I was asked to come back later or wait anywhere from 15 to 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment. The salon is clean, and the staff does good work, so I cannot complain about the quality of the service itself. If you are someone who has the patience and flexibility to wait, you may have a good experience. For me, the repeated scheduling issues became too frustrating.
