My first time in the area on a Sunday. I needed to find a spot that was open while I wait for my son's call back audition. I took a chance and walked in. I believe you can make appointments. This place is very nice and everyone is so friendly. The best part was a little doggy was there to greet me. So adorable. I believe he is the owners. They do offer you drinks if you would like something. Service was great, very attentive and friendly. Overall great experience and I will be back when I am in this area. I had a VIP Pedicure ($55), which included paraffin, leg and foot massages, hot stones, foot soak (you pick the scent), lotion. Massage chair, too. I loved it. Worst manipedi ever, cut nails shorter than requested, not evenly shaped, brought in my own OPI nail polish color, they were pushing their gel nail polish, mine poorly applied, looked awful and started peeling off the next morning! Will not return. read more

Hands down the best salon around the Lancaster Lebanon area! The atmosphere is very clean and welcoming. Every time I want a design Tigon and her team go above and beyond whereas other salons just say they can't do it and to pick something else, they don't skip any steps during the process, and make sure your nails are shaped to perfection. Just coming into the salon instantly relaxes me from the smiles to conversation to getting a mimosa or glass of wine to the completion of services. Highly highly recommend! read more

I came here first thing on a Friday morning, trying to kill some time before an appointment. I just needed a regular manicure on natural nails. I like an almond shaped nail. I have a regular manicurist I go on biweekly so my nails were not in horrible shape but tend to have dry cuticles. The cost for a regular manicure was $20, my normal place charges $17 I was assigned an older, sort of frumpy woman, who seemed like she was either new to the industry, or just filling in because she seemed to lack experience or confidence. I was told to pick my color from the faux nails in a basket on top of a dryer instead of bottles on a wall. I suspect they do this so you don't see they use a cheaper brand product, as I never was able to see the branding. Since I choose regular polish it was mentioned several times by my girl, as well as the one beside her that I should go with gel or powder. Each time I said no, but they were relentless with this upsell. I was losing my patience with being asked the same thing over and over that my no's became more firm. Finally they got the hint. The manicure itself lasted tops 10 minutes. She did a real quick swipe of the file, and patted my cuticles with water. I never was asked to wash my hands. She asked me for payment AFTER she painted me. Overall I was disappointed by the price and lack of procedure. Before the end of the day my nails were chipping. It was a waste of time and money. I would not return. Edit to add: I have no idea of the sanitizing process as my girl, as well as the others pulled tools from the drawers and put them back in when done. I didn't see any equipment leave the stations for cleaning. read more

Guys - this place is the BEST! I have been dying to find a good nail spot since moving up here form Philly and I've been let down countless times. This place is incredible! It's super clean and pretty inside and they offer a ton of different drinks which is another major plus. I had Henry who I LOVED - I got a pedicure and a full dip set and I am blown away by how good they turned out. Literally have not stopped starting at them. I stopped in on a whim to get a gel pedicure. They were able to take me as a walk-in quickly and gave me choices of different pedicures. I chose a mid-level spa pedicure and it was worth it! The service was only $55 which I think is reasonable considering that price included the gel polish, paraffin wax, leg mask, and hot stone massage. The staff seemed friendly and happy to accommodate me as a walk in. Based on my experience I will go back. read more

I am from out of state and found this salon through Yelp. I called and made two same day appointment-so convenient, not a requirement. Arrived on time, picked out polish, observed a spacious, clean, well-lit salon. We were directed to the spa chairs and my sister and I enjoyed time relaxing in the massage chairs while our feet soaked. The staff are professionals and are so lovely to interact with. We had the VIP package and it literally includes all the wonderful things. Nail trimming etc, gel polish, scrubs, lotions, hot stones, paraffin wax, more massage. I left feeling like my brain dropped some serotonin and my sister looked refreshed. The staff also offered us a beverage and while we declined as we had brought our Javates coffee along this should be noted for future customers. 10/10 would recommend and support this local nail salon! read more

I went to have a new set of acrylics done and they were horrible, I asked for round shape and left with horrible almond shaped nails, not only were they not what I asked for, they were uneven and not smooth at all. they were so thick because she put 4 coats of gel polish on them, I'm assuming to try and fix the uneven nails. when I went back for a fill the shape was changed but after about a week they started lifting. I had the nails soaked off hoping to save my natural nails, but they are paper thin and unsavable. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Time and money well spent. My daughter and I both got pedicures that included lavender scrub, paraffin wax, and hot stone! It was blissful. May 3rd was my first visit tot he salon. My daughter and I both got a pedicures and nails done. Here is is 2 weeks and 5 nails have fallen off. I glued them back on trying to save what I can after paying $107. The girls are very nice and listen to what you ask. All I heard about was how the powder nails will last longer and look better. Well Mine only lasted a week and I go back in 2 weeks to get them redone. Tigon is very accommodating. The salon it's self is nice. Only wish the nails lasted longer. I wasn't asked if I wanted the powder or the acrylic nails. I would have picked acrylic as I know what to expect. They use a community powder dip when doing the powder nails and I heard that you can pass infections through this process. read more
