I was bummed to see it was listed on Groupon, which never bodes well for me. The masseuse had an attitude and didn't really talk to me or ask what areas I would like addressed. I loved her contagious energy. Once on her massage table you'll see she loves what she does and knows what she is doing! You will feel it emanate through her touch. When I got there, the masseuse made a comment about having to wait for my appointment because otherwise she could have left early. Not exactly great customer service. Then, the next time I went there, the masseuse was clearly sick. Needless to say, I got sick right afterwards and I can only assume it was from the massage, which should have been cancelled if the masseuse was not feeling well. Not very relaxing.

It was like having accupuncture on steroids. I could not believe how intuitive she was in isolating the trouble spots. My shoulder was so problematic, I was thinking I may need surgery. One day later it was significantly better. I would say she is as good as a Physical Therapist, if not better. For example, Belinda always has bottled water & granola bars in the room (massage envy gives you tap water), Belinda always makes it a point to respect my privacy and makes me feel very comfortable with extra WARM blankets (massage envy didn't do a great job of this, and I was cold during my entire massage), Belinda has very soothing music that it extremely warming (Massage Envy's was eh), Belinda offers heat pads and ice packs (M.
