The girl on the phone was very pleasant and set me up for the same day appointment. Now, I won't lie, I Was not sure what to expect when I saw that it was an industrial building. I got a little bit of creeped out at first going up the steps but I was like what the heck if I walk in and I'm on comfortable I can always leave. I walked in and it's a very no-frills place if you're looking for all the bells and whistle's this is definitely not for you but if you're someone suffering from aches and pains or just need a break from reality this is definitely the spot to go. The young lady that did my massage was wonderful. She was an expert in her craft that is for sure. Her hands worked magic. She got every single knot out . The downside to a place like this is you can hear everything going on around you the walls are paper thin so I had to hear a couple talking during the end of their massage and I had to listen to a woman giving instructions on how she wanted her feet rubbed. Also? A worker came In and began to have a chat with my masseuse in the middle of my massage. This really bothered me because for some reason massages are always a very emotional experience for me and usually I always go into a deep state and I begin to cry. So I was a little annoyed that my concentration was broken as I was meditating during the massage and focusing on an intention that I have. With all that being said I found out that the full hours normally 45 which isn't that much more than the $39 Groupon price I paid I'm gonna be going back to work in two weeks so I set up an appointment for next week just to try to get me in the right headspace again. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that has a lot of soreness or stiffness that works out a lot etc.

She was able to locate every area of my body that was problematic and there were alot. She got the area in my shoulder, my hip and my hamstring. She found the pain points and worked on them hard. It was like having accupuncture on steroids. I could not believe how intuitive she was in isolating the trouble spots. My shoulder was so problematic, I was thinking I may need surgery. One day later it was significantly better. I would say she is as good as a Physical Therapist, if not better. I took the 90 minute massage and other than one 2 minute water break, she worked on me the entire time.

I entered my small massage cubicle (surrounded by 3 walls and a curtain) and waited just a moment before my massage master entered. I received a full body massage - head to toe. It was extremely relaxing and comfortable. The only downfall was that, just as I was falling into a near-comatose state of relaxation, the massage masters were talking to each other (actually more like shouting). Besides the loud talking, it was a good experience overall, mostly due to the price vs quality.

The tables have very little effective padding. I liken the comfort to an army cot. My arms fell asleep when hanging over the edges as they were pressed against the hard frame that isn't protected by padding. The head/face rest fell several times and I was taken to a different cubicle. Same thing in there with the very uncomfortable massage table. They are small and they are not padded well. I am sure that over the years that the padding effectiveness has deterioted with use. I had to ask Lucy for extra toweling to protect my mouth from hitting the steel rod underneath the openning of the head/face rest. I didn't want my lips touching this part of the equipment that was probably being touched by other lips. I will not return until I am certain the tables have been updated. So sad to see what was once a good place for a massage go downhill the way that it has. In addition, the lack of an English speaking person in the establishment is another problem. Lucy had to call someone who spoke English, I had to talk to that person and tell them what Lucy needed to know and then Lucy got the info from them.

She made sure I was always comfortable and checked that the pressure wasn't too much and did fantastic working out some of my muscle knots and sore spots. My wife went to Peter and he had her feeling like she was walking on air when we were done. Although it was a 60-minute massage (much of it with discomfort), I was never turned over on my back to massage my upper arms, shins, ankles, collarbone and shoulders. After getting a horrendous massage from a massage therapist at a chiropractor's office yesterday, I got up with an awful neck spasm. The massage therapist woke up all my trigger points in my upper back and never released them all. The next day I was at this spot at 11 am to get a two hour session with Jenny. She was amazing! Super strong and intuitive I didn't even have to tell her where my neck hurt she fixed my broken neck in those two hours. I will definitely be back.
