Lately, I have been having back and knee pain and Benjamin has developed a personal exercise plan for me to work on strengthening my core, correcting posture and improving flexibility. He tirelessly drills into me the importance of "doing exercises the right way", common mistakes to avoid as well as learning about which muscles should be engaged in performing particular exercises. It works out great since after several sessions of repeating exercises in his office, I confidently walk away with a fully tailored exercise plan that I can do in my spare time and on my own schedule. After the first one, I immediately scheduled a follow-up as my soothed body and revitalized soul knew it wanted more. To write that the massages were amazing, excellent, "top-notch" are understatements. We've all had great massages, mediocre ones and terrible ones too. Very good massage - Mr. Benjamin Zargarian is a miracle worker. I'm an engineer by day - meaning lots of tinkering with electronics with a bent back. About six months ago, I developed a really bad back spasm. It was so bad that I was having trouble sleeping at night. At the request of my wife, I decided to go see Ben.
