Their brisket, burgers, pulled pork, pulled chicken and sausages are very good. Their brisket always has a flavorful smoke ring and bark. I did get the correct sandwich. The sandwich itself was quite tasty - I don't usually order the toppings, however, I decided to order it how it's usually served and I did enjoy it. There were two employees working - one making the food (I'll assume Gomez?) and a young man taking orders (who seemed a bit distracted, however, he was friendly). Because the canopy was off the step, the food was handed to me. Napkins probably should have been included as this was a messy sandwich. However, I enjoyed the meal and would definitely order it again. I've not been to their shop, however, this visit could sure inspire me to stop by there as I do live fairly close to it.
