Micheladas were so good. 10/10
Zusammen G.

Food was good. But kinda sucked that you can't do half pounds. Micheladas is probably what will make me come back. Service was not bad.

I haven't been to The Kickin Crab in such a long time, but I'm so happy to say the quality is still AMAZING. Everything tasted just as good as I remembered fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. The garlic noodles are a MUST. Perfectly seasoned and so addicting with the sauce. And don't even get me started on the Cajun fries... crispy and well-seasoned. My go-to will always be the craw fish with Kicking' Style sauce and rice. It's seriously the best combo. So rich, garlicky, and full of flavor. Definitely the best seafood boil. Service also fast and ambiance was nicely decorated. Can't wait to come back again!

Service is always amazing ! What I didn't like that the ac has been out for a while now and the fans aren't really helping , when so many people dine in to many body's and just one big fan common now !

Void food that took forever to

Would you recommend hell no ! Waited over 1 hour for my food and no one check on us My son was hungry so I just left Boiling crabs stays champs !

I went here with a best friend yesterday and I LOVED IT!!…read more The self serve boba was delicious and I love how you can really just fill up your cup with just boba if you'd really like. Free will is truly powerful. I got the hokkaido tea which I believe was a new menu item. DELICIOUS. It really wasn't too busy on a Tuesday night and the interior vibes were really cute. Elaina (sorry if I misspelled!!) helped my friend and I and was very kind overall. We were having a quick chat since there weren't any customers and she was very accommodating and gave us a few recommendations for our next visit! I'm dialing in the fruit teas next time for sure.

Parking: The location has a large parking lot, so finding a spot was quick and easy. Service: The team members were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Drinks: I tried the Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and it was really good! My sister usually gets the Jasmine Tea from here and says it's delicious too. I did forget to add ice to mine today silly me! Thankfully, it still tasted great. Overall: I had a great experience! I especially love being able to control how much boba goes into my drink. Sometimes I want just a little, and other times I want the cup loaded, so having that option is a major plus. I'll definitely be back!

The meal started with complimentary chips served alongside both a sweet mole and a savory, tangy mole sauce. It was something I'd never experienced before, and it was incredibly delicious. I ordered the chicken enmoladas, and they were generously stuffed with chicken and smothered in rich, flavorful mole. Every bite tasted authentic, comforting, and incredibly satisfying. For dessert, our waiter recommended the plantains in tequila sauce paired with a café de olla. They were so amazing that we completely devoured the dessert before I even remembered to take a picture! As first-time visitors, my guests and I were genuinely impressed by the quality of the food, the authentic flavors, and the warm service. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're craving authentic Mexican cuisine.

8/5/26 Read the reviews and it looked promising. This is a hole-in-a-wall mom n pop type of eatery…read morein the heart of Bell Gardens, home of La Diosa del Molé. Service is attentive, the food has its charm with in-house made tortillas. It really was a hard review to write because all the elements of a great restaurant is embodied in this hidden gem. I chalk it up to ordering the wrong items. The flavors did not pop for me. Hubby opted for the chorizo and he said it was decent and he described it as "diet chorizo"--that he'd probably needed to go back to Sinaloa to capture the true essence of "real" chorizo, the way it's meant to be. The star of his meal was the in-house made flour tortillas-now that's authentic! This is/was the reason that it leaned towards a 4 star. These looked and tasted phenomenal. The aroma took me back to the times when we visited Rosarito's Puerto Nuevo, as the lady made the tortillas by hand & pressed them in the comal, ahh, good times. I ordered the vegetarian omelette with beans & potatoes. The omelette was decent with fresh bell peppers & onions but the seasoning was so mild that I requested for salt & pepper. The potatoes appeared well seasoned in color but lacked that oomph that salt & pepper couldn't fix. My apple pancakes were average. While I appreciated the strawberry compote, there was no apple or apple taste in them. To wash everything down, I had cafe de olla, that was good. The aroma of the brown sugar & cinnamon was ever present. Estrella, our server was very welcoming, attentive and friendly, she gets 5 stars for her service with a smile & hospitality. Their lunch & dinner menu looked very appealing but we wanted breakfast items. We wish we were both molé enthusiasts then perhaps we would've better appreciated & enjoyed those offerings. Both indoor & outdoor seating (front & rear), parking is free & shared with their liquor store at this corner small plaza. Beware, no restrooms available. I'm glad we gave this little shop a try.

I set at the table long enough to read the receipt and see that there is a spot for gratuity. Ashamed I walk back to the counter and see a plastic box for tips. So opening wallet I have $1.00 and a $10.00 I walk to the right counter and notice they have buzzing pagers, strike one. Why I didn't get one? But then I remember I can pick up my food to the left. Ok credit a star. Trying to make eye contact with a new lady at the same register, to get a ten bill broke, but failing to do so,I well this is ignore by her. So a buck for the other ladies kindness. I picked up my food. Looks so good and I am really hungry. I eat fast by the time I slow down. I realized this tastes nothing like lasagna. I know because I had lasagna tv pie for dinner. No flavor, whats the gritty texture meat? A little pasta? Ok it was a soup, but im disappointed. So as most of us do. Send a review if you're dissatisfied but where were you on the best day? Let me think I like their bread, cookies scones and once like the dark roast and then I was unhappy. Now be honest and review. Tables are dirty no pager, no assistance and the food was dissatisfying. But they have a nice dining area except it is dirty restrooms available, ambiance a plus good parking.

This was a bit off the track on our way but had great reviews so went for it! Reviews said meals come with bread and aguadito! Count us in! The bread and aguadito are actually Yummy together, never thought to eat like this but it's so good. The soup is more watery than I make mine or have had but trust me, dip your bread in it! Game changer!!!! I love that they do this, makes them stand out and serving soup with each meal is why we chose it over all the other Peruvian restaurants on the way. The place was packed by the way. And we saw more ppl going in for the first time as well saying oh look, it's over here in the corner. I love more and more ppl are discovering how amazing Peruvian food is!!! For meals we got aji de gallina, my personal favorite and it did not disappoint. It had a very slight kick to it. Again trust me, I'm Kentucky born, I can't handle spicy lol. And this was perfect. Not spicy. Just a tiny kick. Try it. Enjoy it. Make sure you take a bite of rice with each bite of this dish. It's meant to eat together. Got papa rellena to share but we weren't fans so we just ate our other dish. But next day we ate it with our leftovers and we both enjoyed it much more. A must with the aji verde of course. And again, each bite must be paired with the salsa criollo that comes with it. Salsa criollo is the sliced red onions in the container with limon and cilantro, trust me, it's how it's meant to be eaten. Hubby got the arroz con mariscos. He enjoyed it. I am not a jaela fan, so I just don't care for these dishes. I'm a chaulfa fan! And they are not the same though they may look similar. So if you don't like this try chaulfa next time. But my husband prefers this dish to chaulfa, still he doeslikes both. We got chicha to drink. There's taste a hint different than other places. Not at all a bad thing. We loved it! Obviously house made! Some put a tad more pineapple and some a tad more cinnamon etc. So not all will taste the exact same. I highly recommend you try there's. Wish we'd gotten two each! Restaurant was clean and efficient and good seating options. Bathroom was clean and roomy. Staff was welcoming and nonstop working and willing to explain the dishes if you aren't familiar so ask if needed. Menu is thorough. It explains each dish well. My only complaint, it's far from Oceanside lol!!! LA has sooooooo many options, we need more in San Diego county. But if you are trying to decide since there's sooo many in the area, we recommend you try this place. Oh and my husband used the extra aji verde we had left over on our pasta, he loved it.
