The forbidden fruit is our favorite perfect mix of sweet and savory, sweet pineapple and hearty slices of Canadian bacon. Service is quick and friendly. Each table has a QR code scan and place your order without leaving your seat. Pizza and drinks are out within minutes. I can't say enough about the service here, we accidentally tipped our pizza over knocking our last few slices on the ground (totally our fault). Before we could finish picking them up someone came over grabbed them and said he would have another one right out. He was so nice cleared our table, and within minutes a whole pizza was brought to our table. We already loved this place but this kind of service they'll forever have a customer in me. read more

Service could be a bit better- although it does seem more like a help "yourself kind spot". One feedback, I was excited to take my daughter there and when she found out they had gluten free pizza she was stoked. Unfortunately the gluten pizza fell short. Way short of her expectations. Weren't expecting a loaf of gluten free bread with toppings. With the level of quality of the other pizzas, I was expecting her to be blown away. She was a bit disappointed and said in her teenage jargon "Mid". Step it up team, can't be letting this out the kitchen. The best pizza joint in Marin County. So, my family and I were very excited to try this spot out since the reviews were very good but was let down do to service. Parking was a complete nightmare. Plan ahead, have a lot of patience, and don't be hangry. We arrived around 1:30pm and the place was jumping. We were told by the sweet hostess we had to find available seating on our own which was fine. After waiting and eagle eyeing every table for about 30 minutes we ended up scoring one. We ordered 2 beers, water, an Italian salad and a cheese pizza and it all came out in a timely manner. When we got the beers I asked the server if we can get a glass of water for our son and he said okay. He seemed irritated we asked. He brings the jug of water and puts on the table and storms off. We couldn't even ask for a glass he took off so quickly. Our salad and pizza come and I asked a different server for a glass and some plates since we were all sharing it and she tells us they ran out of plates that when she gets some she'll bring. Well that never happened so we ate on top of napkins. I felt the vibe was a little chaotic and they were lacking when it came to preparedness and customer service skills. On a positive note, the Italian salad was delicious. The pizza was perfect the right amount of sauce, cheese and crust was delish. They even make their own ranch sauce which super creamy and tasty. Stopped in here with my friends for a quick bite after riding motorcycles near Stinson beach this weekend. It's a beer garden with a full taproom of local drafts with pizza provided by Pizzahacker. There's a small bar inside and indoor seating. They also have a huge, beautiful outdoor patio space with large communal fireplaces, which were a major blessing after freezing on the bikes lol. Ordered a pepperoni + pepperoncini for $24 OTD. Prices were surprisingly cheap for the area. The pizza was splendid! The dough tasted fresh and had a perfect undercarriage. High-quality sauce, cheese, and toppings. Nice little spice to balance it out. Very impressive! I didn't drink any beer (personal rule when I'm riding) but will definitely return to try some. There was a wait outdoors so we technically sat inside we they have huge doors open so we felt like we were outside. I came for a work gathering and I honestly wasn't expecting much and expected a small pizza place but I was so surprised how much space this location has! There are multiple both indoor and out door reservable spaces for large groups and parties. We had ours outside to be COVID safe and it was awesome! They had lots of heat lamps for us so i wasn't cold at all. As for the pizza, it was delicious! We ordered a ton (15+ pizzas) so I lost track but my favorite was definitely the Hawaiian one with ham and pineapples. The salads were also delicious! I was mostly so impressed by the awesome out door spaces though and how much lights they had. The decorations were amazing and I loved the large fire pit. Overall, definitely would be back! Terrific biergarten in Tam Junction would be appreciated any time, but now that well spaced, outdoor seating is really a prerequisite for any sane person eating in a public venue, this is my new local favorite spot. The menu is straightforward: pizza and beer. All seating is outdoors on distanced picnic tables or spaced adirondack chairs. The beer, cider, wine, sparkling wine and kombucha menu here is extensive, with many of the offerings either on tap, or in the bottle. Ordering is done through your phone, and arrives at your table carried by a friendly, inobtrusive, mask-wearing server, which feels safe and thoughtful. Although pizza is the one thing Mill Valley already has plenty of, it seems the PizzaHacker crew has kept it tasty, and we enjoyed the chorizo and olive pizza with its incredibly thin crust and tangy tomato sauce. Its really been a blue moon since I've eaten out out, preferring cooking at home and restaurant delivery, but it is so nice to see humans again and have a beer in a public beer garden in a way that feels thoughtful, safe and fun. read more

Tons of seating indoor and outdoor, think I even seen a foosball table inside + TV to watch the games. Fire pit, stage, every table had a heater, awesome venue. Great hazy's from breweries in Santa Rosa and other local ones (Pond Farm woo!). The pizza crust was pretty dang good, for $20-something the pie was humungous. Let's start with the positive: They have Double 8 Dairy soft serve! For a family who can't have cows dairy this is 100% worth the visit. Add in the amazing pirate ship & "dancing stage" that keep my kiddos entertained this place is well worth a drive. Now why take away a star? The "no cheese" button doesn't mean no cheese to the chef, it just means no mozzarella, which honestly isn't the same thing! My kiddo can't have cows milk products, so when I say "no cheese" I mean no cheese & they think it means Parmesan is okay. Cue hungry & sad child when their yummy pizza arrives and they can't eat it! So, in order to order a real "no cheese" pizza you have to wait up front to order with their host and even then it's still come out wrong. I've suggested several times adding a "no Parmesan" option, but for some reason they haven't done it yet. Maybe a review will help? My wife and I love this place. It is a fantastic venue with great service, friendly staff and excellent beer and pizza. The atmosphere is big and open and they cater to all age groups (there's a play area in the back patio for kids). On top of being a great brewery/place to grab a bite, the Junction is perfect for throwing a party. My wife and I rented out the event space and front patio for our wedding welcome party and everything came together beautifully. The staff were so incredibly nice and helpful. They helped us set up nice personal touches to the space before the event, and then did a superb job throughout the evening of checking in on things and providing top-notch bar service. Shawn (I hope that's the correct spelling!) was a superstar. We will continue to come here regularly and might just throw another party in the foreseeable future. read more

The Junction has it all: An amazing and spacious beer garden with heat lamps, a modern and open indoor setting, great service, fantastic beer selection, and delicious pizza! We stopped by on a Saturday evening and totally lucked out getting an outdoor table since someone had just left. A staff member nicely informed us that we could order and pay using the QR code on the table or simply order with any staff member in person. We ended up getting two beers and sharing their Side Bridge pizza, which was delicious. It came out at the perfect temperature too! This spot is super kid friendly with a play structure in their beer garden. They have a parking lot at their main side entrance, but if it's full you can also find free parking on the street. This place is EPIC! We were there to hear a CCR cover band, and had no idea this amazing pizza joint was back there, never mind the great bar and concert venue. You order from the table using QR codes and even though the place was PACKED the evening we were there, the food arrived in less than 10 minutes, piping hot, amazingly tasty, really really fresh ingredients. The sauce on the pizza really was great, tasted like what we used to get back in Brooklyn in the 1960s. just great. The service was fantastic - we could not believe how many people were running around from kitchen to the tables scattered around the place both indoors and out - it seemed pizza were popping out of the oven every 15 seconds or so! Anyway, we loved the experience, the beer was cold, the pizza was hot, and we can't wait to get back there! Love the beers, pizzas, and the vibe here. We did a few mile hike at Muir Woods and dropped by here for a lunch. Large parking lot on the side but tons of traffic on the small road during a weekend. Lots of family were at this place with children and it's also dog friendly! It was packed on a Saturday afternoon 1PM but there were a few seats available at the lounge chairs near a bonfire pit - first come first serve. We grabbed a couple lounge chairs and scanned the QR code taped to the bonfire. We ordered a couple beers first - I really liked the nitro coffee beer from Barebottle. It was so good and smooth that I ordered a second one! The drinks came out pretty quick, I would say in 5 minutes. We also placed an order for Yo Vinny pizza which came with marinated olives, goat horn peppers and sausage. It was really good! Food came out in roughly 10-15 minutes. The pizza was large enough for two of us. I had 3 slices and fiance had 2, we packed 2 slices to go for leftovers. The crust was a bit burnt at the bottom but I didn't mind it. I love the vibe and food/drinks here. I would definitely be back here if I'm in the area, maybe not during a busy time. The brewery was filled with picnic table and benches throughout. Half the outdoor with shade from the trees. Indoor was bright, open, and welcoming. QR code on every table. One for food menu, one for drink menu. Order at the window. The drink menu posted next to the drink counter is a little more extensive than the QR menu. We ordered pizza and beer. 1 pizza can definitely fill up 3 people. Sucky part was that their pizzas really attracted bees from their trees :/ This place is super dog friendly. Dogs everywhere! Love it! Fish hook brewery is just a minute drive away but their wait is sooo long. I haven't tried that place yet. This new Biergarten JUST opened earlier this week and when we came by ~6pm Saturday there was already a wait for a table and they were sold out of pizzas! Thankfully we were just there for beers and were able to head on in and grab seats by the fire pit. Really great beer list including 2 sour options! If they still had pizzas I would have wanted to get one because I've loved pizza hacker since they started operating out of Vinyl in the city, but I'm just glad they're doing so well! It got chilly quick starting around 7pm so thankfully they turned the fire pit on. Bring your layers! Also very kid- and pup-friendly. Tons of parking in the back/side. CoVID-wise, all the staff has their masks on, sanitized everything, and were super nice! Host turned me away at 8:35PM with this whole exacerbated vibe that it would be a huge hassle to have me in. Out of a courtesy that I am used to extending due to the pandemic, I basically apologized for coming in, wished him a good night and left. My only request is: if you aren't actually open til 9 please just say so. Or maybe become a brunch / lunch spot with the private party option.
