A little out of the way since it's in a mall, but tons of parking! I don't live here but I would definitely come back if I did. My friends who live here love coming to The Joint. I bought a "pothead" hat to take back home, I love it. I got the bourbon maple latte with oat milk. I always forget that I don't love bourbon flavoring in my coffee, but it was still good. This is an awesome coffee shop I will definitely be coming back to to try more from their menu. They roast some of their coffee beans, such as the Guatemalan. Guatemalan beans were used to make their iced cold brew, which was good. The server was upbeat with customers and did great job explaining and serving. read more

Came here for the first time on a hot date with my wife . She got a Chai Latte and I got a Pour Over Guatemalan brewed 12oz coffee. Prices are adorable as well. Place is legit. Vibes are cool, music is good and the coffee was phenomenal. Wife says the chai latte was good as well. Only thing I can say is, parking is extremely difficult on a Saturday afternoon (as it should be near the mall), I can see it being better on like a Tuesday morning or so. They make great coffee (I always go with a latte), and they are genuinely kind. I lived in Oregon my whole life so I'm used to incredible coffee! You can't rival Portland Oregon coffee shops. The joint is solid! Great coffee. My wife even said the vanilla latte was one of the best ones she's ever had. Housemade syrups and sauces (WHICH IS KEY TO GREAT SPECIALTY COFFEE). I'm always amazed by shops that use cheap syrups/sauces. Here's the only downside. They're not the nicest. Not very welcoming or warm with the exception of the gentleman that works there. The coffee is good enough to overlook that. But that's an area that could turn people away. read more

This was my first time at the Joint in Whitehall. I've been to the Joint in Bethlehem a few times before and this place totally lives up to expectations. The coffee bar is in full view and very clean, the decor is minimalist and beautiful, and the location is great! The coffee is delightful, I got a vanilla latte with an extra shot and it was amazing. The milk was steamed to perfection, the espresso was tasty, and the talented baristas here get orders out in a timely manner. Great little coffee shop in Whitehall, PA, not far outside from Allentown. Very cute interior decor, lots of parking outside (it's located sort of in a mall setting) very friendly barista that helped us and the coffee is great. My co-worker had a dirty chai and said it was also great. We sat outside and they are using COVID guidlines. Recommended spot if you are in the area. read more

Absolutely loved the interior design here unfortunately wish the service experience was nicer. It was my first time visiting. I asked about the difference between a drip and pour over. In hindsight I probably knew but had mom brain going on because of my baby. The attendant seemed inconvenienced to have to explain. She didn't smile. She didn't welcome us. She didn't thank us. The whole experience was so rushed. There was no line behind me. She could have taken a few minutes out of her day to be nice and talk about the menu and sell us some coffee. She had a more customer friendly service demeanor to the woman before me and to a few other folks who came in after me. Let's talk about the coffee -- I went with a drip that she said had been sitting there for 2.5 hours. It was cold. Ended up throwing it away after I left. The experience from my visit did not sit right with me. Not how you expect to be treated at a coffee shop. Typically baristas are enthused but this girl just seemed stressed and overwhelmed. This place is awesome! The coffee is spectacular, with a bunch of delicious syrups to add in to most things. There are cute little cookies and such for a little snack. And the atmosphere is amazing, it's so calm and cool in there as a place to sit and work. And the staff are super friendly and kind. I had the most beautiful heart art in my latte the other day from Sabrina. Overall 100000% recommend, it is a little bit on the pricey side but for top quality drinks. Love it here! read more
