Despite starting a bit later, due to a group ahead of us, we were able to upgrade our Groupon to play multiple games. Then the set up from there was quick and easy. The VR games the staff facilitate really are a lot of fun, even for non-gamers like me. It's also just enough activity to work up a sweat, but not enough to drain you. You will laugh and shout a lot and truly feel submersed for a good hour. I was glad we paid extra to upgrade, as we got to play a variety of games with different degrees of difficulty. The staff was great, guiding us the whole time, and the lounge has a waiting area with TVs and music. It was a dope experience.

The staff sends you reminders once you book, the closer you get to your reservation window. COVID-19 precautions are practiced here. All of the equipment is sterilized, after use. So its clean when it's your turn to put the gear on. Since the VR goggles are worn on your face, you are given a disposable mask to put on that sits between your VR goggles and your face. The goggles never touch your face. There are several choices of games to pick from. Ranging from Easy to Hard. My wife and I had never played VR type games before. Our fun here was worth the price of admission! I suggest getting here a few minutes before your scheduled time. The staff has to set you up and get you positioned. These issues made it hard to stay engaged, even though the staff did their best to help. There's a lot of potential here, and once they work out the bugs, it could be a really fun and memorable activity. But right now, just be aware that it might come with a few hiccups.

Each person under your reservation has to check in separately and complete their own. You're then brought to the back and given sensors for your wrists and ankles. After a brief discussion in the game room about what to expect, being told about the red line so you don't crash into walls, and how to communicate if you need help, you're immediately transported into the game once you're headset is on and your avatar is picked. As fans of the reality show, we were impressed by how spot-on they were with the graphics and gameplay. We enjoyed letting our competitive side come out during the various games, some unique to the show and others new. At the end of the game, they transported us to a virtual birthday room with cake and singing for my birthday. We then came out to the entrance and watched the highlights of each game and the results. After signing in, a staff member took us aside and began positioning sensors on both our wrists and ankles. He then began to provide more details about VR. The young man who assisted us was professional, well-organized, and communicated all instructions efficiently. He gradually began to place our headsets on and we were off to explore this new world. It did take a few minutes to adjust to everything that we were seeing. This experience was thrilling and quite intense. Lots of ducking, shooting, and occasional screaming, which made for a delightful afternoon of fun. One thing I would suggest is making sure all equipment works beforehand. Unfortunately, my gun wasn't working in the very beginning, and there were times when we experienced technical difficulties during our game, and had to ask for assistance. Of course, this can dampen the experience because it interrupts the flow of the game, but we had a blast nonetheless. Be advised, you will work up a sweat, so wear appropriate clothing- nothing tight, heavy, or that can restrict movement!
