The game was super interactive and immersive, be prepared to sweat, because it's surprisingly physical! However, we ran into quite a few technical issues that took away from the overall experience. The game paused 5 to 6 times, and we had various other problems as well. At one point, my cousin's screen went completely blank, and our headphones stopped working midway through the game. These issues made it hard to stay engaged, even though the staff did their best to help. There's a lot of potential here, and once they work out the bugs, it could be a really fun and memorable activity. But right now, just be aware that it might come with a few hiccups.

Despite starting a bit later, due to a group ahead of us, we were able to upgrade our Groupon to play multiple games. Then the set up from there was quick and easy. The VR games the staff facilitate really are a lot of fun, even for non-gamers like me. It's also just enough activity to work up a sweat, but not enough to drain you. You will laugh and shout a lot and truly feel submersed for a good hour. I was glad we paid extra to upgrade, as we got to play a variety of games with different degrees of difficulty. The staff was great, guiding us the whole time, and the lounge has a waiting area with TVs and music. It was a dope experience.

I went online and made reservations, you can use debit or credit. I received a response shortly after submitting the booking request. The staff sends you reminders once you book, the closer you get to your reservation window. COVID-19 precautions are practiced here. All of the equipment is sterilized, after use. So its clean when it's your turn to put the gear on. Since the VR goggles are worn on your face, you are given a disposable mask to put on that sits between your VR goggles and your face. The goggles never touch your face. There are several choices of games to pick from. Ranging from Easy to Hard. My wife and I had never played VR type games before. Our fun here was worth the price of admission! I suggest getting here a few minutes before your scheduled time. The staff has to set you up and get you positioned. Their equipment is top notch. I as a 49 year old had a blast. Yesterday I took my son and 3 of his friends here for his birthday. They had such a great time doing cooperative play. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Something that really blew my mind was how good their coffee was as well. I'm kind of a coffee snob as I have an amazing "superautomatic" espresso machine at home. The VR Cafe coffee is probably the best in the mall and quite reasonably priced. If your at the mall and need a good coffee, look for this place. You won't be disappointed. If you want to have some fun while you're at the mall, play a game or two here. This old man had a blast. The place is staffed with mostly young adults who spend their time texting while the customers are trying to figure out how to work the games. They did help our kids but it seemed like we were pulling them away from their phones. We were disappointed as were our kids to learn that you can not play the games together but must take turns.
