So fun! 10/10 would recommend. This place was way better than similar places. We went here on opening day and the staff was friendly and super helpful. Check-in was a breeze and I loved that lockers were included so we could store all of our valuables. We loved all of the rooms and found it so cool that each room had different games to choose from. You could easily spend 2 hours here, but be prepared to get worn out because there is a ton of running involved. We loved every second! Next time we come back, we're going to have a party and use the special room in the back as a nice home base. No matter your age, you'll be sure to have fun. They do have games of different intensities, so if running isn't your thing, you can pick the brain games instead. We will be back for sure!

Nice addition to the area for some fun physical games and puzzles for all ages. Play competitively or co-op. Nice clean facility and great staff..

The lighting is cool and it's much larger in Cherryhill than The American Dream mall.

What is meant by "outdoor shoes"? Do you need to rent or bring special shoes like bowling shoes?

Best to wear sneakers or any comfortable shoes. You will be moving around a lot.

The new ownership has completely changed the atmosphere for the worse. Tonight, after spending around $300, I tried to order a large pizza with a pitcher of soda and an additional pitcher of water, and was told that they "no longer serve water" and that I couldn't even get both pitchers. Absolutely ridiculous. How does a family establishment deny basic water especially when customers are already spending good money to eat, drink, and have a good time? The new rules and lack of customer service are beyond disappointing. On top of that, they're gouging us with $5 water bottles. Beyond disappointing! This used to be a fun, family friendly spot, but it's clear the new management doesn't care about loyal customers or basic hospitality. We won't be returning until things change.

We've been coming here for years and it was always a great, affordable time, but not the case anymore. Our family of 4 spent over $300 bowling and eating their disgusting, overpriced food. We had a waitress for about 2 minutes who got us drinks only and then wanted to cash out and get her tip since she was leaving. We debated on going bowling or to a 76ers game. We picked bowling because we thought it was the more affordable choice, boy were we wrong! We wont be back!

I sent an email with questions about our reservation and never received a response. The online booking portal doesn't provide much detail, and while the website has a "Call" option, it wasn't very useful. I received multiple automated reminder emails stressing that we needed to arrive 15 minutes early because race times wouldn't be extended for late arrivals, which is completely understandable. I just wish there had been the same level of attention when it came to responding to customer questions. Once we arrived, the experience was much better. They gave our group a private seating area, which was a nice surprise. Our server was friendly, checked on us periodically, and never pressured us to order food. We chose to have drinks only, and it was nice to relax before and after racing. The simulators were a lot of fun, and everyone in our group enjoyed the experience. The only thing to know is that the races move quickly--you only have about two minutes between sessions to switch drivers, so there's not much time to explore the venue or step away without paying attention to when you're up next. Overall, it was a fun and unique way to celebrate a birthday. We'd definitely come back, although probably as a special once-a-year outing because of the cost. If F1 Arcade improved its communication before events, this easily could have been a five-star experience.

Fun experience, but definitely on the pricey side for the amount of actual racing you get…read more F1 Arcade is a pretty cool F1 racing simulation where you get to drive an F1-style race car on various real F1 tracks. The simulators do a good job of making you feel like you're actually racing--the seat moves and rumbles as you go around the track, accelerate, brake, and presumably make questionable racing decisions. One warning: if you get motion sickness easily, this might not be the activity for you. Between the moving seat and the racing visuals, your brain may start wondering why your body is sitting still while your car is doing 200 mph. The place itself is huge, with 40+ simulators. We went on a Saturday afternoon and were surprised by how empty it was. They also have a bar and serve food, but we were there strictly for the racing. We had a party of 4, so we did the team racing option and were given two simulators. Each of us got three races, and the system paired us up differently for each race, so everyone got a chance to race against everyone else. That part was actually pretty fun and made it feel more competitive. The downside is that the races are REALLY short--about 3 minutes each. So for roughly $30 per person, we each got only about 10 minutes of actual racing time across the three races. Once you factor in getting everyone set up and waiting between races, our entire visit was under an hour. The staff was friendly and did a good job explaining how the simulators work and how to check when your next race was starting, so the whole process was pretty easy. Overall, this was a fun experience, especially if you're an F1 fan or enjoy racing games. The simulators are definitely more immersive than playing a racing game at home. That said, the price is hard to overlook considering how little actual driving time you get. We had a good time, but at around $30 per person for about 10 minutes of racing, this is probably a "do it once for the experience" kind of activity rather than something we'd do regularly.

I went online and made reservations, you can use debit or credit. I received a response shortly after submitting the booking request. The staff sends you reminders once you book, the closer you get to your reservation window. COVID-19 precautions are practiced here. All of the equipment is sterilized, after use. So its clean when it's your turn to put the gear on. Since the VR goggles are worn on your face, you are given a disposable mask to put on that sits between your VR goggles and your face. The goggles never touch your face. There are several choices of games to pick from. Ranging from Easy to Hard. My wife and I had never played VR type games before. Our fun here was worth the price of admission! I suggest getting here a few minutes before your scheduled time. The staff has to set you up and get you positioned. This way you arent rushing to start playing. Best description, virtual reality escape room.

We shared pizza, juice, cake, and goodie bags in a more intimate setting, which made the celebration feel extra special. The entire facility was impressively clean from start to finish. Add the rock climbing and playground really gave them so many options to choose from that boredom never set in. The staff was very kind and helpful. They let me 4 year climb the rock wall because she told them she was a good climber. The usual minimum age is 6. Which she really is. A good climber I love that!! The staff was empowered to make sure the kids enjoy themselves. There was not staff at the trampoline with a whistle every time a little rule was broken. It felt peaceful for the kids to just be kids. The space is huge. We came on the Wednesday before thanksgiving so it was not crowed at all. I ever got an half an hour in the massage chair. All the kids were sleep in the car on their way home so I'd say this was a great day!!

The shop is located among a small strip of several, and the only major weakness of Toy Cantina is the limited parking situation. Big thing that stood out immediately was the owner is engaging and talkative. He greeted me upon entering, which is something some shops don't do. Everything is organized and priced, which makes this shop stand out even more, and it's clean. Toy Cantina is split up into three rooms. First room has the majority of the toys and collectables, with a good selection of new and used items. Shop is stacked from floor to ceiling. Higher value items are located behind glass but there's plenty of help if you wish to investigate them. Second room has Pop Vinyl's and other collectables, but doesn't overwhelm you with too many Pop's. Several playsets/bases were available, which are sometimes rarer due to size. They also have loose figures for sale. The back room is a free play retro arcade with some older pinball machines and various small stand-up arcade cabinets. A donation box is available but one is not required to play. I made sure throw in a few bucks as what they are doing is really cool. Toy Cantina is doing a lot right, with its organization and pricing being standout. There are no mysteries here.
