I watched another customer get three packs no problem, but when I asked for the same, I was told the exception was only because they "knew him" and the cards were for his kids (that apparently doesn't matter if they are there or not) to quote what I heard a worker say one-time "doesn't matter if you bring your friends or family and they are there it's still limited to one per person." The next day? The rule was suddenly back in full force for everyone else. So if you enjoy selective policies and a little favoritism with your purchase, this is the place. Otherwise, don't expect fairness -- just a reminder that you're not part of the inner circle.

My partner and I both have alot of hobbies and HobbyTown had an amazing selection of items at great prices. I left with a few Gundam models and Pokemon cards with sets I haven't seen elsewhere. My partner is into dungeons and dragons as well as Warhammer and he left with books, models and a few new game sets. There's a good selection- you won't find everything you want but there's certainly some gems in here. The staff were lovely and helpful. I'd come back here next time I'm in the area.

They carry a lot of the big three (MTG, YGO, Pokemon) but they also have some sports cards and other IP's like One Piece, DBZ, and Star Wars. They also have some rare comics and collectibles like Funko Pops. Their rarer cards at the front desk are priced pretty reasonably but it well depend on the market & availability. Don't expect to find many booster boxes, ETBs, or starter decks here though. The staff is pretty helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It feels like they know their regulars and I always feel welcome unlike some shops where the staff doesn't even look at you if they think you won't buy anything, or silently judge you for not knowing something. Even on their busiest days they check on every customer to see if they need any help. If you're into competitive play they hold events in-store pretty regularly and they also hold release events.

Warehouse management are all former military personnel who will work you to the bone for unfair minimum wage, but they can afford to fly warehouse manager Andrew Yarem back and forth to Florida every single weekend. You will get made to feel bad for every bit of PTO or sick time you take. Often witnessed longtime employees get harassed by receiving manager Amber Legezdeh. You will not be set up for success at this job in any way shape or form. Half their stuff is bootleg and filthy. If a product is covered with mold and they think they can get away with selling it to you, they will. Would never recommend doing business with them.
