Their equipment is top notch. I as a 49 year old had a blast. Yesterday I took my son and 3 of his friends here for his birthday. They had such a great time doing cooperative play. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Something that really blew my mind was how good their coffee was as well. I'm kind of a coffee snob as I have an amazing "superautomatic" espresso machine at home. The VR Cafe coffee is probably the best in the mall and quite reasonably priced. If your at the mall and need a good coffee, look for this place. You won't be disappointed. If you want to have some fun while you're at the mall, play a game or two here. This old man had a blast. The kids can't wait to go back (me too). Worth every Penny.

Highly recommend experiencing either but only with a friend. Went downstairs and paid ~$10 on a Thurs special for 1 hour of PC gaming with my friend with many options avail. Despite starting a bit later, due to a group ahead of us, we were able to upgrade our Groupon to play multiple games. Then the set up from there was quick and easy. The VR games the staff facilitate really are a lot of fun, even for non-gamers like me. It's also just enough activity to work up a sweat, but not enough to drain you. You will laugh and shout a lot and truly feel submersed for a good hour. I was glad we paid extra to upgrade, as we got to play a variety of games with different degrees of difficulty. The staff was great, guiding us the whole time, and the lounge has a waiting area with TVs and music. It was a dope experience.

The headsets seem to fit loose and the downloaded video files of your experience have playback issues due to codec compatibility problems which seems to prevent you from sharing the downloaded files via social media... or at least IG (Thats as far as I got) The "Video codec not supported" error is essentially the digital version of being given a high-end Blu-ray disc when you don't even own a DVD player.
