The chiropractors that they have listed don't even work there anymore, and haven't worked there in quite some time.

Why is this place always closed? Every time I try to get an adjustment lately it's closed. I get messages constantly saying sorry for the inconvenience.... It's 11am on a Friday. The door hours say it should be open. read more

I had good adjustments at this location, however it has been closed 19+ times since I signed up in July. Most days that I plan to actually go after work, I get an email notifying me that "due to unforeseen circumstances... this location will be closed today". I want to cancel my membership because I am being stopped from using it at the location I want to use it at, but you can only cancel at the location you signed the contract with, and since they are closed so often, this is really hard to do. I do not recommend getting a membership with The Joint because of these bad business practices. read more

Response to the business manager: It's not my first time going to a chiropractor. What you guys do is not medicine. I wouldn't even call it chiropractic care. Frustrated. I have been going here for years and I have always had a good experience and it works with my schedule. I used to always come on Sundays, then they closed this location on Sundays. So I started coming on Saturdays and in the past few months, this branch has posted a sign 5 times saying they don't have a dr. I have unused visits expiring each month and with the Saturdays with no dr, they are closed for entire weekends at a time. It's also not easy to get to another location as they are quite a distance away. read more

When Dr Nick took a couple leave of absences, I was actually pretty upset and started to try out other locations. It was cumbersome to deal with. But I came back to try out the new doctors and now my current favorite, thank god! Is Dr David Ehls. He can get those deep cracks and fast too! I've been a member of The Joint for probably 5-6 years now? I've lost count. And I realize what dictates a good Chirco is the effort it takes to get the cracks in. The ones I don't like, press too gently and don't make any cracks on top of taking forever. Some of them just don't have the natural touch (like the other doctor there) but if you can get Dr David, you should be very happy. I'm happy to have him as I was originally very disappointed to have lost Dr Nick. I should also be praising the desk rep Jen. She is such a pleasure to talk to and I always feel like she takes good care of me when I have any concerns or random needs like billing statements. She has my name memorized so check in is super easy. Whenever it's busy, she gives me a heads up which I appreciate. I also see her being kind and informative to other patrons. Sometimes I sit there and help her insist the customer to sign up lol because I love the convenience of The Joint so much. I was nearly poached by a different chiropractic company once lol. I'll just stay here. I love my grand fathered price. Will probably be a Joint member forever. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now. Walked in at 1:25, says they close at 2. Apparently they can't see me because I have to fill out new forms since it had been a few months, and to come back another day. They had 35 minutes before their lunch break. And refused to let me fill out forms and be seen. There was no other customer in the office at the time. I told them I've been having back pain and would really appreciate if they could see me. Again they refused and said come back another day. Really upset since I drove 25 minutes here and could've gone to the Downey location since I was closer to there but came here since I am familiar with the location. They will no longer be getting my business. And I will no longer be recommending this place to my customers at my gym. read more

I was not treated as I had a really bad sciatica issue and was grateful that the chiropractor was honest and upfront and said he would only hurt me more than help me. He could have taken my money hurt me more as he said and sent me on my way and he did not. Thank you and as soon as I am better I will stop by to get my body realigned. read more

This place and it's doctors are so helpful and amazing. They have definitely helped me when it comes to cracking my back. As a hairdresser and being on my feet, sometimes 12 hours a day sometimes my shoulder and my lower back or my sciatic nerve issues flareup and anytime I go in It brings me such a relief. Liars! lairs! liars! Fake! Fake! Fake! I went in for a adjustment and signed up for the wellness package. I was told to make sure you call before the month ends to cancel my wellness package. When I did I was told it was a 2 month commitment and that I couldn't cancel but that they would cancel my wellness package for the following months to come after the 2 month commitment. I called in after I noticed a 3rd charge on my bank account. So I called again and they told me that they would cancel my account and they would email me a cancellation notice which again they never did. I had to go into the business and get it in writing or else they would've got me for the 4th month. Liars they're just In It to con you Save your money and just go to a actual chiropractor. I asked for a refund and to speak to a manager and was giving a email. He never responded and no refund. read more

My back was bothering me for about three weeks. I finally went to the chiropractor for the first time in my life. It was one of the best decisions of my life. I was met by Dr. David. Let me tell you he is nothing but professional, efficient, and amazing. He cracked my neck before I even realize he cracked my neck, cracked my back and got me all straightened out. My back pain was gone but he did not empty my bank account. My first visit was $29. He told me nothing major was wrong with my back. There was not a long process to see him. No x-rays, no CAT scans, no nonsense just straight to the point. I highly recommend this place and Dr. David. Sorry to say after 5 years I had to cancel my membership. I miss having a consistent person there that knows me and what is going on with my back. Every time I go in its someone new and most times it's not satisfactory and the wait times are getting longer when you are lucky enough to find a doctor in the office. It was a great price as I pay the same amount for every visit at a regular chiropractor as I pay monthly here, but I get the same doctor every time no weird hours or weeks with no one in the office. I called my home office in Whittier but I think they are to busy to care. To be fair the service has been great until now. But when I pay a monthly fee I expect to be able to use the service when it's convenient for me not The Joint. Holland Chiropractic in La Habra family owned and operated great people. I don't even know where to start about this place!! This place is freakin amazing!!! First of all let me start off by saying that the front desk agent (Em) is friendly, amazing at explaining how everything. I would have bought the the sessions just because of her!! Then there is Doc Faniel. She is hands down of of the most professional people I have ever worked with and she is amazing! I've have X rays and they couldn't find out what's wrong and she found it in no longer than 5 min and explained it like I was in 8th grade! Haha and it was the best thing ever and now I know everything about my back.. This is the best 'money have spent on myself in a long time and have no problem!!! Been going to this place for years now. First it was the young man who's helping me deal with my aches and pain, sad to say he moved in Sun City late last year. And it was a young lady who replaced him, she's good too, but she's too tough and a little rough for my built. But if you're a sports buff and muscular she's perfect. Went Friday on this location and Dr. Berger took care of me. She's a lady most likely a senior, but this woman is awesome!!! She knows what to hit the pain and aches. She's wise beyond years as well... her schedule is Friday and Saturday!!!! Try her she's so good! I'm so happy to visit this place regularly as part of my health routine. Nothing beats a good alignment after working long hours on the computer and driving 70 miles to work. A new doctor Dr. Nick, he's so good! Very attentive and very helpful. He even go far and beyond giving you advice how to deal with my pain and concerns. Kudos to this location. read more

I visited The Joint after not being there for several years. I signed up again and had an adjustment today. I had a great visit with Dr. Michael. I forgot his last name and the front reception woman was very kind and friendly. The waiting area was kept clean and sanitized. There was a long wait but there are plenty of places to eat or grab a drink, coffee or a snack while you wait and the receptionist will text you. Dr. Nick Nam helped with my shoulder which completely fell after I moved my neck incorrectly. I went in the first day completely lopsided and really really bad pain. He was super careful and very professional. He is knowledgeable and would recommend. There is a long wait depending on the line but when it is your turn Dr. Nick Nam gives you the time that you and your body is requiring. She literally grilled me on why I was there and why I was there if I hadn't been in an accident or had a lawsuit going on. WHAT? Why can't someone just come in for an adjustment??? I wasn't told on the phone I would need xrays. Also wasn't mentioned before I filled out all the paper work. Then I sit and wait as other clients come in after me and are taken back. Finally the Dr comes out and says I'm sorry we can't work on you without xrays. I've been in pain for days and not happy to hear that. Cut to a few days later I'm coming down with bronchitis and go to urgent care. They take xrays of my chest as well as my back and hips. I'm like great now I can go get some help. I get there and they tell me they can't look at the xrays on disk, their computer is not working for that. "We need a written report. I'm like okay just call them and have them fax it over. "Oh we can't fax either." And they tell me if I have an actual problem they can't work on me anyway. Totally useless. After my post about the rejected holiday coupon, a business manager responded in Yelp asking me to contact her, but there is no way to contact her. Her post gives the appearance that she is following up, but there is no way to follow up. I tried 3 browsers and there is no way to send her a message thru Yelp. She says to contact her, but leaves no contact information, no email, no phone. I called the Joint facility and they never heard of her. This is just a trick to make it look like they are responsive. It is dishonest and much worse than the original reason for my bad review. The mystery business manager calls herself Claire H., but the store says there is no such person. read more

Dr. Kristen is an amazing Chiropractor, probably the best I've been to. She is very friendly and welcoming. She is very thorough in her assessment and has been a Godsend throughout my pregnancy. She stretches me for about 10 minutes before the adjustment, including my round ligaments. Originally I was going for maintenance on my sciatica but that pain has all but vanished entirely. I continue to come about once or twice a month or more regularly as the issue requires. Kristen follows up and provides resources for maintaining the adjustment. I'm 8.5 months into my pregnancy and feeling great! Kristen is in the office Sunday-Thursday. I try to avoid weekend adjustments because I feel like the male Dr who fills in on the weekends is not as comfortable with pregnant women as Kristen and therefore does not do as thorough of a job. read more

Absolutely rip off place! When I walked in the front desk staff asked me anything wrong. I told her my neck is locked due to sleep. I couldn't move my neck to the right or to the left. I need Dr to adjust my neck. I had same problem it happened before so I went to a chiropractor to adjustment there for me then I felt great next day. She asked me so many times did I get injure my neck? Did I get an accident on my neck? Did I fall or hit on I neck? I said no no no. Why she didn't believe me? Later Dr Maureen Berger show up introduced herself to me and said they don't have x-ray and equipments....and asked me same questions that front desk stuff asked. Again! So. Anyway I told her my neck is locked due to sleep now feel stiff. She checked my neck here there...just used a puncher clicked on my neck and told me that I should feel better. (I feel the same!) I asked if she can adjust my neck because I had same issue before when chiropractor adjusted for me I can feel good next day. She refused. I felt she's scared! not enough knowledge! not enough experience! From the time I saw Dr. and a time I walked out -5minutes!! and they charged me $29 for???
