This is so delayed but I've been going to Nadina since I was 9 years old! I have seen her business absolutely blossom and it's so well deserved. A couple months ago I was researching for Chiropractors that specialized in the Activator Method Chiropractic Technique (AMCT). My father, who is 75 years old, has been suffering from lower back pain for 30+ years and has seen countless of chiropractors in the past to help alleviate his back pain via your typical manual adjustments/manipulation, which at times didn't help alleviate his pain at all and would actually worsen the pain. Dr. Souza really saved my life last week. I have been dealing with positional vertigo on and off for about 2 months. I tried different techniques I saw on YouTube and none of them worked. I went to a different chiropractor earlier in the week and he didn't help me and actually made it worse. Dr. Souza squeezed me in because she knew how bad I was suffering. At the beginning I really liked her treatment was working on some neck pain I was experiencing; I did not know what causing this pain. At her suggestion I had my medical doctor conduct an xray and I finally had a diagnosis. I explained the issue to her and even with her treatment my pain was increasing. I was so depressed and having no relief anywhere. In discussing this with her she got very snippy and told me that I needed a regular schedule, which I thought I was doing. My doctor stated that one or two sessions should be enough. Between her unavailability and mine we only got together once a week. As we were discussing the schedule she said that if I cannot get two-three sessions weekly then "I should just look for another doctor." Wow! I was shocked by her behavior. I thought she truly was there to help me and not make me have more pain as some of it is due to stress in my life, and that was stressful. I now feel very uncomfortable seeing her. I thought doctors helped patients? And her billing practices are not professional. At the beginning I was not covered and she would not give me a bill until after about 3 weeks and I got a very big bill all at one time. That was a little disturbing also.
