My parents came here when I was young and I continue to come here. Dr Christensen is the ONLY person I let crack my neck. He is genuine guy that cares about his patients and their health. Not only has he done my adjustments for the last 15 years he has aided me in recovery from extensive sports injuries that required more attentive therapy. They do a good job if you're in pain. Don't really crack you all over to make sure EVERYTHING is aligned, but like I said if you're in pain these guys are good and priced fantastically! They do a muscle stimulator and cbd oil to relax the area before the cracking begins. Interesting process. The muscle stimulator dude said they currently don't have a massage person on staff which is a bummer. Seems like a deep tissue massage before an adjustment is the way to go haha. I have been seeing Dr. Christensen for years and even have my kids go see him when they have a big growth spurt. He has helped with sciatica and my vertigo immensely. They use TENS unit with heat before your adjustment and the massage therapist comes in to make sure you are relaxed for the adjustment. The Staff is friendly and very good bedside manner. Dr. Casey Christensen, very very well known in the industry of chiropractic medicine. I have gone to him a couple of times already and I must say the quality of service is exemplary. Their facility is very clean, very professional, very timely, affordable, and very very centered on individualized patient care. Did I say that they are very very centered on individualized patient care? I just could not stress that enough. Dr. Casey was a recommendation by good friends of mine, and now he is a recommendation I will be giving people when they do need this type of care. I have been seeing Dr. Christensen for months & had no issues in the past but I called today to speak to him & a woman named Jennifer answered. She was extremely unprofessional, rude & disrespectful. Her responses to my questions were very immature, I felt like I was speaking to a 1st grader. This experience was unpleasant & as I stated before I have nothing against Dr. Christensen but unfortunately I no longer feel comfortable visiting this office. read more
