We smoked a bit of Danny before we hit the road and that was a mistake. Big one. I consider myself a gosh damn weed smoking professional and Danny damn near got me! I got so high that I forgot how to use a map, or how to let GPS to help me. It doesn't matter how much it cost, it was totally worth every penny. I'm sorry. I know that's unsafe. Won't happen again We pulled over and chilled at a park for a bit to come down. Holy crap! The service was great! They took the time to talk through the different stains. This was before I had legal weed in MS so I was not used to a dispensary environment at this point. It was always meeting in parking lots and in folks shitty apartments and other shady places before that. We bought a bunch of other crap, but nothing compares to Danny. I should have bought it all!! Until next time Danny!! Oh and Kush21 too. '26 - 13

CAUTION BUYERS: You are unlikely to receive a replacement/exchange regardless of if you follow the…read moreexchange policy, and you may be left fighting for your life to get a $25 cart exchanged against an angry, bitter, condescending manager. Said employee (white woman, skinny, long brown hair, 40-50yo,) blatantly attempted to place the blame on me for the faulty product I purchased yesterday and refused to exchange the product for a new one. I provided the original receipt, the original packaging, and described how my cartridge broke off onto the battery and you could see where the glue that holds the cart together failed. I purchased both products yesterday. The manager claimed that I must have twisted it onto the battery too hard (I didn't), and her evidence for this was that she could not remove the tiny white piece stuck to the battery with her bare hands. I pointed out that if you used pliers to unscrew it, it would come out (it did when I got home!) but it's obviously tiny and not going to unscrew by just pulling on it with your hands. Then I said I was only asking to exchange the cart. She was trying everything in her power to get me to admit user error and not do the exchange. Then, to prevent having to do the exchange, she pivoted to saying sarcastically, "what are you going to do with just this?!" *holds up cart* implying that a new cart would be of no use to me because I couldn't use it with the battery that had the broken piece stuck in it.... as if it couldn't be possible that I would own more than one battery. By the end of this exchange I was nearly in tears because of the way she was speaking to me. I told her I would be using the replacement cart with a different battery and she finally conceded. I think she had no more room to make things up. This was my second negative experience at an AGT location. Folks, if you don't want to go through this terrible process of being blamed for a faulty product and denied an exchange that followed policy 100%, AVOID. I think it's likely they infrequently follow the return policy, and are likely getting out of doing it by blaming user error. Folks may accept this because it's easier than fighting back, only did I get my return because I defended my case heavily and didn't back down.

Today is now the 7th time I have come to the store and paid something other than what was on advertised on the website. That's after they apologized for the first 6 times, and they did it again. They advertised one item at 40% off, so we stocked up. Then the reciept charged me 15% off instead. I went back to the store, where they were giggling at me the entire time, and the dude behind the counter calculated my discount, at 40% off, or -19.20 a piece, for a total of $38 back. Instead, they gave me $24. I counted my money in my car and realized they still owed me money. I went back in, and the dude told me that a) he wasn't even supposed to help me, but did anyway, so I should be grateful for anything i get (wow, thanks) 2) he wouldn't help me because he "can't even with me" 3) that I should never come back 4) then he gaslit me to my face about them giggling at me. Kudos to you for mocking an old man. Great job there. Bottom line: At this point, I am stupid for continuing to return here and give these people a chance. Don't be stupid like me. There are plenty of options nearby. I have never had an experience like this at REEF, or the Bakeree. If Seattle Cannabis Co. advertises a price at the site and the discount seems "too good to be true," then theyre ripping you off. And when they do, don't go to the store for help, because they'll just gasface you and take your money. (*) [edit: a) we've shopped here since my first review, but it's normally my partner that goes b) yes, I did return and shop after my first negative experience because I gave them a substantial benefit of the doubt in spite of my past experience c) clearly I was wrong to do so.]

What really stood out to me though was the customer service. The staff actually takes time to explain products, specials, and daily deals without making customers feel rushed or pressured. You can tell they value relationships and repeat customers, not just quick transactions. The daily sales are honestly some of the best I've seen, especially considering the quality and variety available. The atmosphere is clean, organized, professional, and welcoming all at the same time. In a market where a lot of dispensaries feel copy-and-paste, this place actually feels intentional. Good energy, solid products, fair prices, and people who know how to treat customers properly. Definitely a hidden gem.
