However when we are one of 3 tables in the whole restaurant with two servers you would think that the service would be pretty good. That was not the case today. Our server took our order brought our drinks and disappeared until they brought food. It was about a 20-25 minute wait for food which is totally acceptable what was not is being ignored for refills or anything else. The food came and we requested refills which took several trips and her asking over and over what we needed for refills. Half the table didn't get refills because we were tired of waiting. The restaurant was so cold my Grandma couldn't enjoy her meal without wearing a jacket and she was still uncomfortable. We were hoping that the food would be the saving grace but several people had soggy calzones and luke warm food. I have loved this place for a long time but something has changed. Don't know if I will be back.

If you need to talk to an employee do it in a calm and professional manner. The food was okay and extremely high priced. Don't think we will return. Never want to see that lunatic again.

There is a sign stating "no public restrooms," which I initially didn't realize also applied to paying customers. During my visit, two different people came in asking to use the restroom-- want to use it in another just to wash their hands-- and both were returned away. After the second request, the employee put "out of order" signs on both of the restroom doors, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and underwhelming. The food is mediocre, and the service doesn't make up for it.

This used to be a regular hangout when it was the Penalty Box. Went last night and security was letting Greely's best wannabe gangsters right through the doors flying their colors with no shame, and allowed them to harass and pick fights with all the good customers. Our group happened to be the only table made up entirely of people of color that night, which made the whole thing feel even more uncomfortable and hard to write off as a simple misunderstanding.
