"IT Factor" is such a Wonderful Salon! I love going to get my hair done there. Each time I go the Salon is clean, great music playing that feels the atmosphere with good vibes! Each time I go she is focused only on me and my hair. I love that because a lot of salons are over booked and you are sitting waiting for your stylist to work on or finish up another clients hair. I had bought a voucher from Living Social for a "Haircut and Brazilian Blowout or Keratin Treatment" and opted for a brazilian blowout. The place is quite spacious and really clean. Tricia was very nice and friendly. She had told me that she had been doing this for a long time so I knew I was in good hands The only gripe that I had was that at the end she didn't have any product for me to purchase to maintain my hair for as long as possible. She had another shampoo and conditioner that were thankfully close to what I needed, but I felt like this was a lack of foresight to be honest. All in all, Tricia did a great job and I'm happy with the results. read more

My hair is curly/ frizzy and most hairdressers are not able to style my hair without burning my ends or they don't dry it well enough leaving it a frizzy mess shortly after I leave the salon.
