The Team at The Infinity is so STRONG. That includes, Anthony, Nelson, Fei, and Kim to name a few! A special shout-out to Gary, who always puts a smile on my face, none the less everyone that walks through our doors. Gary, Thank You for going above and beyond everyday for us!!! Without asking, packages are available for pick up, important messages are relayed, and residents are fully taken care of! Personalities radiate throughout the 4 buildings. Located in the Rincon Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, and walking distance to the Embarcadero w/ views of the Bay Bridge, The Infinity makes home feel that much better. read more

Great place to live as SOMA is getting more and more stores, restaurants, and lounges that are not just for the corporate crowd (i.e. over-priced boring food with cheap alcohol)! I love its proximity to the Embarcadero where there are no cars and Ferry Building for the most amazing farmer's market and produce (when you can't make it to the actual market on Tuesday, Thursdays and Sats) and to AT&T ballpark without being to close to the drunkards and rowdiness that ensues. The parking near ATT is horrendous during baseball season. My fave part is that Prospect is just downstairs. this place i swear should get a Michelin but i'm ok it doesn't cuz I can get in most of the time!! If you're looking to live there, here's the lowdown on the units: Units A and B are North and N-East facing, C&D are East and SE facing, and E is south-facing. Views go from city views to water to south or ballpark views. Units F-H are West facing from FiDi to south west facing. The higher floors are basically corner units with one or two duplexes (A & E). If you're looking to buy, think about whether you want the sun as it rises or sets, and if you prefer views of the hills of I want to say Twin Peaks, the water views, Ball Park, or some part of the Bay Bridge. One plus is that w the Bay bridge Lightshow and Infinity situated north of it, the show is great. On New Year's eve, you get front row seats at the fireworks too. There's a mix of people living there, ranging from bachelors to young couples, young families and more and more empty nesters living in their dream city home. events have been catering to all of the above so can be a home to grow into. I like the fact it's not a valet building and you get a deeded spot, which some people rent out. The downside is that there are very few parking spots o the street that are not metered. Makes visitors not want to come. Overall, if there's an issue the office will do their best to address it. In the next few years, I hear Folsom will be a Blvd with more shops from 2nd ST to the water...I think that's great news! read more

I don't live here...but I know someone that does ;) What a lucky bastard; it's a really nice place! Everything in the condo is chic, modern and luxurious to the steel fridge, drawers you can't slam shut (they're quiet!) to the energy efficient washer and dryer. They have big gorgeous panel windows that allow for ample natural lighting to come through. High level of security considering you can't just walk into the lobby, you need a remote to open the door AND to use the elevator (unless you're heading straight to the Lobby). There's always security/doorman to greet you when you walk in. The underground parking is crazy; it was built like a maze and most of the spots are tight. Plenty of street parking and depending if you're lucky, you might just score a spot where you rarely have to move it. Lots of metered parking all around. Amenities range from business centers to a gym to a theater room. This place is definitely all about perks!! The gym bathroom also has a sauna that I would love to try one day :) It's about a 10 minute walk to BART, 15 minute walk to the Financial District, 20 minute walk to the mall/Union Square, 25 minute walk to AT&T park, 20-30 minute walk to Safeway/CalTrain and Embarcadero is right around the corner. Not to mention it's off the 80 freeway and really close to the 101. Don't even bother leaving the place around traffic hours, it's a death trap. The only real downside is that the surrounding area isn't that developed yet (mostly parking lots) so all the great restaurants, lounges, bars and clubs are a walk or a cab away. Sometimes it's hard to get a cab around the area too. I think the condos here are renting at an insane price (about $3000 for a 1br/1ba!) but again, you're paying for all the perks and for living in a newly built luxury high-rise. Also, construction is still on-going for the Infinity Towers and you can hear it in the morning/afternoons. Other than that, Iiving in one of the Infinity Towers is definitely on my wishlist! read more

Lovely location and view. Really gives a whole new meaning to skyline views. Free parking

I've now lived here for 9 years and some change... and I still love it. The location feels more like a neighborhood since the Philz and Woodlands Market opened. On Saturdays, I will still walk over to the farmer's market even when I have nothing to buy as it's always lively. The giant bow/arrow installation on the Embarcadero is also a popular place for pet owners to socialize their dogs. On the week days, I love being able to run or bike to the Embarcadero and take the road all the way around the circumference of the city, uninterrupted by stop lights! It's about a 2 mile mostly flat route to the Marina or 4 mile route to the Presidio, which is the gateway to Baker Beach, Golden Gate Bridge and Marin Headlands. The Infinity itself is well run. The staff has been working their asses off with everyone's deliveries during quarantine, and they are all just SO nice, incredibly professional, and go above and beyond all the time. The common areas are always spotless and clean. The gym and pool were my favourite amenities because they were always fairly empty even when they were open. Equipment variety is always improving. I can't say enough good things. read more

Great place. I'm going to compare and contrast against the Millennium since that was the other tower I was interested in. Very good amenities, but not the top of the heap. The Infinity has a lap pool, a very large gym, a business center, conference room, theater, and a reservable club lounge. The Millennium, on top of all that, has a full size pool with an amazing skylight, a dedicated wine locker area for all residents, a kids playroom, and large shared and open club lounge area. Of all these things, I really miss the shared area for residents to hang out and chill. The units themselves are great. I've never had a problem with noise from other units. The high efficiency appliances take some getting used to, but with the right detergents, etc ... it's become a non issue. The layouts are smart, with the signature corner units having some really striking curved floor to ceiling windows that really give a sense of panorama and wow to visitors. The Millennium, by contrast, has some very weird layouts that make poor use of the space, and also has huge girders that sit in front of various windows and block your ability to actually walk up to them. Some of the best views in the city are here ... specifically, those overlooking the water. If you get the right unit, it's like having a giant living postcard picture of the bay bridge outside your window. Ridiculous. On average, the views here from most units are very good. A big plus is that the Hills Bros building to the north is historic, so those views are essentially protected. The Millennium has a lot of views that just stare straight at other buildings ... and the views don't really start until you get much higher up. Webpass services this building and it is FAST. We're talking around 200-300 mbps both upstream and downstream for less than 40 bucks a month. Amazing. Location is pretty amazing. You can walk to BART and be at either SFO or OAK within an hour. You can light rail to the Westfield Mall and be near Union Square inside of 10 minutes. High speed rail and the Transbay Terminal is coming here in a few years, which means even more connectedness. You can go one block and be at one of the most scenic views in the entire state for a nice walk or run. Only the Millennium has a better location, since it's next to BART and a little closer to the mall, and then only by a couple of blocks. I would say the surrounding area is a little dead on the weekends and perhaps not as directly happening as living in the middle of a nice neighborhood like Pac Heights or the Marina, so that could be a downside for some. Residents ... perhaps obviously, the age skews a bit older around here, but there's still a mix. The residents seem to be well behaved in general. Staff ... in general, I find them to be responsive and they do care. I do sometimes need to ping more than once to get logistics taken care of, and in that respect I think the management office could do better. What seals the deal here? PARKING. There is one parking space for every unit in the building. I have to circle a lot to get to my level, but at least I have a spot! The Millennium has valet service for some units, no spaces for many units, and only the most expensive units have dedicated spots that you can self park in. Shocking. You just can't take this stuff for granted in SF, and I expect it will only get worse in new high rises. In short ... amenities and location a bit worse than Millennium, but still top notch. Pros - great building, great unit layouts, great views, slightly better pricing, amazing access to public transportation, and you don't have to give up your car. The Millennium certainly edges the Infinity in some ways, but, where the Infinity wins, it wins big. EDIT: The most important update of the past two years ... unlike the Millennium, the Infinity is seated on bedrock. read more

OK, ok, ok. I don't live here, but my friend does. Lucky for me, huh! Impressive is such an understatement! When I saw the condos in this place, my jaw dropped. The views are absolutely spectacular. Urban living at it's finest. Really. Decor is clean and modern, a gi-normous gym with all the amenities. Not to mention safe parking and security features everywhere. And those elevators are so smooth you wouldn't even believe how high you're going! To my total surprise, the sound of city traffic...what city traffic?...disappears completely. (I can't say the same for any other place I've lived in SF) Well, if I was super rich and wasn't afraid of heights, I'd definitely want to live here. I would call it my urban retreat / vacation home ;) read more

Lived in this building for 3 years and loved it. I'll keep this simple, but this building is one of the best I've EVER lived in. It might be the best building in SF in my opinion. PROS: - Staff is SUPER awesome. - Gym is huge for a building like this. - No noise at night. - Construction is nice. - Can walk to bart or the embarcadero walkway - Very safe area. CONS: - Location is a bit empty - I missing having some good hole in the wall places like the mission district, but this comes with problems as well. - People who live here are older and boring, but that's also a plus sometimes too. I can't think of any reason you'll regret living here other than the fact that the pace is a bit slower than spots like the mission district. If that really doesn't matter to you, this is heaven in SF. read more

I've checked out a lot of condo buildings in SF, looking for modern and elegant construction along with a good mix of residents. A lot of the other ones had major disadvantages, such as mandatory valet parking (hands off my car!), outrageous HOA fees, or claustrophobic floor plans. The Infinity was the first building that combined great building amenities, a nice variety of residents, functional and open floor plans, and great views. I've lived in The Infinity for seven months, and I've been loving it. Just avoid the overly pricey in-house design upgrade center as much as possible if you do purchase here... read more

What lovely apartments with great views and amenities. I can see why people would buy here: the views of the embarcadero waterfront are phenomenal and you are close to everything including the transit station and the embarcadero Bart station. The wide floor to ceiling windows never let you forget your prime location, which is good since you are definitely paying for it. Very nice floor plans too. Outside my budget by a long shot but grateful I got to check out the Infinity. read more

I've always loved these buildings from afar. No, I don't live here - but I had a chance to check out the area today. My friends had a party in the Club House. Really nice and big room - complete with kitchen on the side, lots of counter space for the food, big area with comfy chairs to watch the big screen TV - and even a decent sized outdoor patio with lounge chairs (for those perfectly HOT days like today). Great place for a gathering. Really nice building to look at. Seen pictures of the units - and so jealous that I don't live there. read more

Lived here since it was built and have loved it. It's got the best location of all the highrise condo's in SOMA/SoBeach, in that it's closest to Embarcadero and away from the heavy traffic areas like 1st street and Mission street, but still has easy freeway access. The complex has a friendly staff (formally trained in hospitality) and neighborhood feel, unlike the more expensive Millennium towers which is gorgeous but feels like you're living in a upscale hotel. The complex had some teething problems with the initial management company but they were replaced a couple years back and it's currently run very efficiently with a focus on constant improvement and customer satisfaction. It has all the amenities (pool, gym, sauna, business center, club lounge, theater) you would expect in this price range (although we could use a jacuzzi and outdoor bbq like the Metropolitan). Big plus is that every unit gets a deeded parking (no longer an option given new City ordinance) and unlike Rincon Hill and Millennium which only have valet parking. The units are well appointed with Bosh/Thermador/Viking appliances, Studio Becker cabinetry and granite counters. Most units I've seen come up for resale in the complex have had upgraded hardwood floors and custom lighting. Due to the extensive windows used by the architect, especially in the corner units, be ready to spend $$ on window coverings if the unit doesn't already have them. But it's well worth the views and tons of natural light you will get in return. Overall, this is a great complex that's struck a good balance between modern highrise living and a friendly community feel. If you're considering purchasing, go for the corner units that are the signature offerings in this complex or the amazing sky terrace units - if you can get your hands on either as they sell fast! read more

Been living here for just over 2 years. I really can't complain. After reading some of the reviews, I have to agree with the guy that bitched about the cops pulling people off the freeway. It goes on all night. I'm never here enough to enjoy the ammenities, but on paper, they are pretty spectacular. Yes, there's a movie theatre that you can reserve for your own private use. Yes, there's a gym with a two lane 75 foot lap pool. Yes we have the friendliest lobby staff any building could wish for, but I honestly don't know any of my neighbors. So weird. I really like living here. I have nothing to complain about. I'm a lucky son of a bitch and I wouldn't change a thing. read more

I love living at the Infinity! Great amenities (you name it, they have it), easy parking, good location, quiet (can't hear your neighbors), and the staff is excellent. Fei is my favorite desk person - she's so nice and helpful! Of course it's pricey, but worth it. The only complaint I have is since it's in the financial district, mostly everything is closed on Sundays, but just walk down to the ferry building and you'll be happy. It's also the cleanest streets I've ever seen in SF and beautiful views of the water & bridge. read more

Location: A+ Amenities: A+ Design/Aesthetics: A+ Appliances: A+ Don't even think about going through the in-house design center (Adriyl) for upgrades. It will cost you a ridiculous amount of $ and cause nothing but inconvenience and trouble. Check out the Adriyl reviews on Yelp and you will see what I mean. If you take this advice, you won't regret purchasing at The Infinity - SOMA's best choice. read more

I've been a property owner here for almost 5 years and I love, love, love it. I've been here since the beginning. I've watched the second tower go up. I've watched new hoa management come and go as well. I don't yelp much but I have to warn potential buyers and renters the building is great etc however the Action management team led by Jyotika and Ryan are incompetent at best. They will spam your email with"official documents" when they want something or access to your private unit, however resiprocity doesn't exist. Whenever I have requested any information or repairs it has taken at least three months and constant pressure to see any results. This is a warning to potential consumers. This is not the best building in the area. I wish we moved to the st. Regis. Don't live with our regrets. read more

I have ceased to be impressed by my favorite door gal Denise. She is so great with all the tenants and owners in the building, she knows everyone by name and always greets you at the door with a million dollar smile. She is one impressive lady and fantastic at her job. She always goes above and beyond and I want to take her with me everywhere I live. She makes life so much easier, from calling a car service, to ordering your favorite lunch or booking a day at the spa. Denise deserves 11 stars!! And is by far the best! read more

The HOA rules are crazy and keep getting crazier. The latest is no deliveries on Sunday. At all. Seriously.

I like this place and I like the residents a lot too. Was worried about it being stuffy based on certain first impressions. That worry was unfounded, so far life has been good. And the location rocks. read more

Everything about this building is perfect, EXCEPT THE HOA ASSOCIATION. They are extremely overzealous and are a constant pain for the residents. I have been living at the building for over 5 years, and I can't count how many times the HOA has been a thorn in my back. For the smallest issue, they schedule mandatory hearings for you to appear in person (like we have nothing better to do with our time, such as WORK) and if you don't appear, there are fines, suspensions of privielges, etc. Just an aweful HOA association. I've lived in several high-end buildings and the association at the Infinity is by far the least considerate. The attitude seems to be that the HOA is the king of the building, instead of serving the residents. read more

Heard many good things from buyers and residents, except to avoid the in-house interior design firm -- many complaints and high price.

The amenities are top of the line. The most important thing about the infinity is the location. Close to the water, restaurants and the ferry building. Steaksauce!!! (A-1....this building is a 1!) read more

I moved in July 2009 and couldn't be happier. In terms of location, floorplans, amenities, appliances, residents, price, building exterior and staff, this building is second to none. Anyone looking for a place in SF should seriously consider the Infinity. Plus I live here.. 'nuff said... read more

I decided to go to my co-worker's pad after for a birthday dinner last week. I was honestly more interested in seeing the place than the dinner. It's located in the Embarcadero area close to BART so that's a BIG plus. The exterior and garden is beautiful and adds a luxe touch to the feel of the place. Extremely modern place!!! The lobby was so nice. Yes, the security was tight(which is a good thing) but they were still nice and and accompanied me to the elevator. My friends condo was 1 bedroom but it felt so BIG. High ceilings, great flooring and floor to ceiling windows. WOW. JUST WOW! The view was SPECTACULAR. His kitchen was brand new and felt like it was ripped off from a page of Architectural Digest. His bedroom also had floor to ceiling windows so imagine waking up to an AWESOME view every single day?? I am sure his pad( and all condos in this building) are EXPENSIVE but I definitely think you get what you pay for. read more

Another great great residential building in downtow sf. I have a few friends that live here. The amenities are of good qualify. The building comes with gym/ swimming pool (well, it's included in HOA LOL). Very convenient located in downtown SF. Easy access to Bart/muni. Very quiet at night/the restaurant down near the lobby is 3/4 stars. If you ever feel lazy and don't wanna cook, you can always go downstairs. Yah, you can reserve the common space for parties! (Karaoki, drinking party, movie night etc. you name it). The common space/conference room can host up to 50ppl? I think. Good investment as well. read more

Just an update for potential renters. There is a $600 move in fee AND a $600 move out fee both of which are non-refundable.

I've lived here for 2+ years in the "D" building. It's a great location, and pretty good amenities. The service still needs to work itself out. We get occasional alarms in the middle of the night because of maintenance mishaps. Last night, one happened at 11:55pm, and then another went off at 12:20am. We are a young family with a nine month old, and this happening on a sunday night basically ruined a workday for our family. I wish I could say this is the only time this has happened, but sadly, there have been other false alarms in the past. read more

The Infinity is a beautiful, modern, luxury building with high-end elements in-unit. Many cons: 'industrial carpet' is actually pretty thin and hard, smallish closet space with non-existent storage space, wind makes the already-small patios unusable, have to battle traffic for bay bridge and baseball games, sirens from police pulling cars off the freeway nearby, and construction noise from the bus station across the street, plus future bus noise and pollution. Also, gym has no ellipticals but big arc trainer machines (only 4 machines for a very large complex), and a yoga room that gets illegally taken over by a class every saturday morning which you have to pay for. and in general the units are overpriced! otherwise, a great place to live. read more
