The Infinity is located at The Oyster Bay resort in Sint Marteen. It's open to the public! Even if you're not a guest. Service varies between the servers. Elvin is the most memorable name. He was everything that a waiter should be... hospitable, nice, sincere, kind, and attentive. When we had service with Elvin nothing ever skipped a beat or was amiss. The other servers were okay but nothing out of the ordinary where we had a lasting impression. As others have mentioned, service lacked at times. The infinity has an outdoor and indoor space. The restaurant is decent. Ambiance is that of a typical beach resort. The menu is American cuisine favorites. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served the American way. No specials or specialties dishes just what you see on the menu. Let's get into it! Avocado Toast - Good! American Breakfast: Great! The potatoes varied from day to day but overall hard to mess up eggs. Calamari- Good! Red Snapper- Delicious they know how to fry a Snapper! The better half loved it! Being a pickier eater, I had to result to the kids menu. Despite the little hiccup my pasta with Alfredo sauce came out fresh and was a generous portion. The food at The Infinity is focused on fresh seafood and seasonal ingredients. With floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of Oyster Bay, the setting alone is worth the visit. Whether you're seated indoors or on the outdoor patio, the view of the water, especially at sunset, is absolutely mesmerizing. We were staying at Oyster Bay on night one of our honeymoon in Saint Martin. Famished and searching for an amazing dinner spot, out of convenience we decided to give The Infinity a shot despite the negative reviews... Oh wow I am so glad we did, as absolutely everything we ordered was fantastic! We started off with a couple apps at the bar, the chicken wings were tiny but crispy and perfectly cooked. The coconut shrimp were homemade and so yummy. For dinner we were offered a spinach soup appetizer. It was soooooo good we ordered a giant bowl to share. Out of this world!! My husband ordered the grouper entree and I ordered the red snapper. OMG everything was fabulous!!! Dinner was so amazing we came back for breakfast before checking out. My husband ordered an omelette and I ordered the ham and cheese crepe. OMG the crepe was outstanding I literally could not get enough!! The omelette was delicious as well but the kicker were the potatoes that came with the omelette. They were sautéed with rosemary and onions. The remaining onions/oil was a perfect pairing with my crepe. I'm still drooling thinking of it! All I can say is had there been at least 1 Yep Elite review I would not have hesitated in choosing The Infinity for our dinner option. If you're ready to wait several hours to be served then come here! Every table was complaint of the service. People have been waiting for at least 45 minutes including me. They were more concerned with my bikini top than ensuring proper service. Then another lady came in and the same waitress that told me I needed a shirt never even mentioned that to her. So I took my shirt off and then the manager came up to me and told me I needed a shirt so I asked why nobody approached the other lady and only me! After she did tell the other group that she needed a shirt on and they went outside not before complaining about it. If they focused more on service and less on clothing and discriminating only certain people for swimwear and not everyone I think it would be a better experience. This is a must try. We enjoyed our first night dinner in the island. The people are very nice and welcoming. The restaurant is casually elegant overlooking the ocean and infinity pool. Solid breakfast spot Oyster Bay Hotel in St.Maarten. I got the salmon crepe with cream cheese instead of sour cream. The staff here is really nice. The service here is great. They also have really great music too which helps with the ambience. read more

We had the breakfast buffet. It was fairly standard, pancakes, eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, etc. But for the price, it wasn't bad. $15/person not including tip. The atmosphere is so nice, with beautiful ocean views and elegant colorful interior. When you're on the main road, you need to make a right onto the road on the southern part of the bay. Make a left into Oyster Bay Beach Resort and then drive to the peach colored building (you'll need to guard to let you through). read more

This place is...pretty horrendous. The service is incredibly slow, and the food is OBSCENELY overpriced. They advertise fine dining, and it's apparent they make the attempt. I had the escargot..was excellent. Very clean,helpful staff. I order a take out strawberry cheese cake to go..sadly the put caramel topping. Reason for 4. Otherwise very nice and comfortable setting. On our first trip to St. Maarten, we enjoyed the Sunday Brunch at Infiniti restaurant at Oyster Bay Beach resort. This was one of our nicest dining experiences while on the island. The staff was friendly and attentive; the live musician did an excellent job on his performance, keeping the atmosphere fun, yet relaxed. The buffet was well attended to with many delicious options; and we found the seafood pasta bar to be an added specialty.......choices prepared made to order. The oxtails were excellently prepared and the Cappucino cake was divine! We look forward to our next chance to visit the island and hope to enjoy this experience once again. read more

Breakfast is decent but the dinner is horrible. Not good food at all! Service is horrific, we literally just go for cappuccino now. Old menu looked good but actual is low star restaurant material. The chef best dishes has been the soup sampler they give. Much better options!! read more

Okay, so here is the real deal. Is Friday February 15th. We came to have dinner at Infinity. The waitress came to take our order an hour and a half ago, no food yet. We ordered gnookie and pasta with mussels....are they picking mussels from the ocean?? It sure is taking a long time, why?? Is not like they have a full dining room. No apologies for the delay or your dinner will be ready soon...finally the pasta came to our table. By the way, they were serving other people who Sat after us their food, keep track of your guests people, WTF....very upsetting. read more

Had Sunday Brunch here and it was the most amazing brunch I had. Their selection is great and everything was excellent. At only $25/person it's well worth it. As a tip, coffee is not included in the buffet/brunch price and is extra. Staff is very friendly and Resturant is very clean. read more
