My friends and I stopped by here for Sunday brunch. The wait can be long so I suggest going early if you can. We each got the bottomless coffee and we all thought it was the worst finer coffee we've ever had. It tasted like brown water. Our waitress never asked to fill it up again but we wouldn't have wanted it anyway. I got the spicy monkey breakfast burrito with turkey bacon and it was ok. The home fries were the star of the show and perfectly spiced and salty.

First of all this place was basically just like a hole in the wall small little breakfast spot nothing big. The atmosphere was awesome fun environment. The service was great very attentive waitress, and you cannot leave without ordering the monkey bread. Hands-down best meal I had it was so yummy. I wish I would've ordered one to go.

Great breakfast spot. I ordered the breakfast sandwich on a bagel with bacon egg and cheese. It was so good. Totally hit the spot. Parking on the street in front. Small diner vibe. One restroom in back. Good service.

We've eaten here before and we continue to perform our, "is it as good as it used to be" test. They pass with flying colors. The ambiance screams "local, casual" and it's such a good feeling. The ability to walk in and sit right down reminds me of why we love Newport in the winter. As cool as all of that is, the food continues to be the star. The pancakes are arguably the most flavorful I've had. The hash is excellent! The special was a Churro Stuffed French toast. Oh man! So rich. Staff is friendly as always!

I forgot to take a picture of the best thing on the menu which is the monkey bread to start off your breakfast. If you go it's an absolute must to share with on the table. We went on December 31st so it was a long wait and they made everyone stand outside. That wasn't my favorite thing on a chilly day and I would plan accordingly going back in the winter. The pancakes were good as was the bacon but the omelette wasn't anything special and definitely not worth the super long wait. This is a well known diner in Newport and the Monkey bread alone is worth the visit but be prepared for a wait on weekends.

The food was delicious! I had the Greek omelet, turkey bacon, and the famous stuffed sweet French toast with bananas! Amazing! It's a must-have! The ambiance was family-oriented and nice, but the service could have been better!

An okay place to grab some brunch, especially if you don't want to wait a Corner Cafe amount of time! I got the Irish style eggs Benedict and blueberry stuffed French toast. The Benny was decent but the hollandaise wasn't as flavorful as others I've had and the poached eggs were a bit overcooked as the yolks weren't very runny. The blueberry stuffed French toast was just okay. The blueberries didn't have a great texture and just felt gummy and wrinkly.

I love this place. Usually, never a wait, depending on the time you get there. They can fill up and pick up quickly. Usually, anytime before 8, you're good. The service is great. Servers are friendly and always have a smile. Especially mariana. Have to say she does it all. I had her both times I was there. Quick , to get you ordered and situated. Running orders making coffee. Topping off your coffee when needed. She remembers her customers from what I see. So when I went to pay I told her it was my last day there. Told her I would be back in Oct. Thank you for the service. She was kind to inform me that there is a food festival that is coming up before my next visit. Which is great seeing as I love good. So now I have looked into that and will have to make an extra trip before October, which is not an issue, seeing as I love the food in that area.

This restaurant was the perfect distance away from downtown and wasn't jam packed with tourists. They have ample seating and customers are encouraged to sit wherever you like. They have a large breakfast and lunch menu, most meals are around $10 and the portions are generous. The wait staff were friendly and prompt. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to others.

My initial review of this place was from almost seven years ago and it was an easy five stars! This is now my second and last ever time going here in the past month and I truly wish I could rate them lower. I ordered two spicy money burritos which is essentially a breakfast burrito and to my disappointment the burrito tastes like "Dawn" dish soap. The sad part is about two months ago I went here and got the same order and left because my burrito tasted like dish soap which I chopped up to a bad day for the cook. This is now the second time I have gotten this crappy food and I will not be back and will recommend against this establishment. If you do not believe me, order the burrito and taste for yourself. The cook is either truly incompetent or an ass. The service has depleted at this establishment where now it's like they do not even care to be nice. They expect their auto tip and do not care about anything. Get rid of the cook and stop making your burritos taste like damn soap as the first time was accepted but now the second time you are just rushing to leave for the day or your service is so damn bad no one wants to come here anymore. I will not take my service to the Corner Cafe.

I have been contemplating taking a road trip up there just to come here. The food was so good that we ate there 3 mornings in a row.

The home cooked breakfast grub is truly worth it, and they turn tables pretty quickly, so you shouldn't be waiting for too long before you can sit in a comfy booth and dig into fluffy pancakes, perfect omelettes, and the best hash brown potatoes ever! The inside of the restaurant is casual, with surf inspired decor, chalkboards listing daily specials, and a full service bar with TVs broadcasting the latest game. Atlantic Grille is family friendly, so if you are looking for a chic girls brunch spot or something quiet and reserved, this may not be the place for you. However, if you are looking for classic breakfast fare at a good price in a fun and convivial environment, this is the place to go. I love the Western Omelette with gooey cheese, crisp ham and fresh veggies, or the Eggs Benedict, which features perfectly poached eggs (kudos to the kitchen for nailing this every time).
