I liked that they had regular and large capacity machines for both wash and dry. I was able to throw all our road trip laundry in one big load and was done in about an hour (wash was 16 mins, very quick!). There is a Starbucks within walking distance if you want to entertain yourself and get a refreshment while laundering.

Went to the Laundry Center to have someone else do my laundry. The laundry center turned out to be $.75 less a pound than an unnamed spot I had called right down the street. Sierra attended to me, told me that there was a good chance she could get my laundry done within the next hours. She was super gracious and professional. I had my own soap and she said there was no problem using mine. Four hours later I got a text and went and picked up my stuff. Sierra had already gone home so I was attended to by a young man. He was also great. My laundry was packaged neatly by categories and the young attendant helped me take my pretty heavy bag to my truck. The customers I saw were mostly older folks, everything was super clean, and I felt like I could go do my laundry there at anytime day or night and not have my stuff stolen or deal with feeling unsafe. That has not been my experience in the past of most laundromats, although they were not in Klamath Falls and it definitely was a long time ago. AnyWho, highly recommended on my part. My friend also says she does her bedding there and told me to go there.

So let me get clarity on this, I pay YOUR facility to do MY laundry yet it's all up to me to wash fdry and fold, and pay to wash and pay to dry, yet my trickle charge from the wall outlet I cannot utilize why? What a shitty facility for a small community. It provides nothing but a pay me service and nothing else. Oh you get video monitored but cannot have access to a wall outlet? Oh I can use large machines but not a wall outlet? Unless that's of course I pay for that too correct? No I do not expect anything for free... but a little give back would be nice. oh and since yes, I am new to the area, I will not be using this local succubus that provides nothing to those in the community but more financial gouging....

There were holes in the wall and the housing around some of the washers, exposing electrical wiring. no matter who needs to use this laundromat, they deserve a place that provides a experience that is not demoralizing and unhealthy. i've been in dive bars more hospitable than Suds your Duds.

I had no choice but gamble with the more expensive washers..(only 4 of them worked) then the dryers....well again had to gamble..I used 3 and only 2 actually dried my things...I wasn't surprised!! The floors look like they haven't been vacuumed in months. Trash was over filled The "bathroom" had a thin SHEET to pull across instead of a DOOR!!! AND...the machine to convert bills to quarters is of course out of order!!!!! Oh and the phone number on google doesn't work..no surprise since they probably get nothing but complaints!
